I would not recommend this resort. Booked 7 days during Christmas. Food is basic with not much options. Internet is poor even if you paid for it. Some staff are nice but most of them rude. They treat differently for coloured people. Felt unwelcoming all the time in the resort. Rooms were clean. Swimming pool is nice and big. Don’t book any activities from the resort as they are rip off. Beverages are basic . Overall not value for your money. Entertainment is basic. If you are looking for a good relaxed holiday find a different country

Overall a good experience, but the hotel can get boring and repetitive. Pool was heated very well and food was delicious, especially the pasta and the pizza at the beach. But the walkways had holes and cracks, and it isn't really an interesting place for kids due to the lack of facilities for them, for example bigger slides like the other hotels nearby. In my view this hotel is more for relaxation. The room didnt have the beds we intended to have. Entertainment team was ok. Overall: 6.5/10

The welcoming atmosphere created by the courteous receptionist and staff was truly appreciated. The spacious and immaculate room provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. A diligent housekeeper ensured everything was well-maintained. It was a pleasure to experience such a positive and inviting atmosphere. This contributed to a truly memorable stay.

Actually, the hotel is not as bad as the negative reviews say. But I wouldn't go back there either. About hotel at least. Boring, the territory is clean and huge, but disinteresting, animation is poor, the restaurant doesn’t look like restaurant rather than just eating area, food court. The room was ok, but there was a strong smell of sewage in the last few days. The lobby is badly designed, not cozy, with a smell from food court, it is not pleasant to be there. Also I had an accident. My bijou was stolen from my room, not very expensive but very unpleasant! I did not believe the reviews about theft in this hotel, unfortunately I checked that it exists.

The best 5 star I have stayed in my lifetime. Of course there are better hotels in the world but this one is my best. A luxurious 5 star located at Hurghada, Egypt on a vast piece of land with every amenities available that I could demand for. Once checked in, almost everything is complementary, breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks-both hard and soft and what not. The swimming pool is fantastic and so were the poolside bars. The night dance parties were fabulous and the music played were forcing me to dance at my 60+ age. The rooms we stayed in were basic but were very good with all requirements provided. The balcony in every room facing the pool is the best place to get oneself tanned in privacy. Even sunrise was so well viewable from there. The linens and upholsteries were all clean and hygienic and room cleaning service is performed daily. The luggage transportation from the gate to room, both during check in and out were smooth and hassle free. Besides the main dining hall, annex to the reception, the beachside dining place is pretty good where we took our lunch. The food quality, specially breakfast was delicious and so were lunch and dinner. The type of food wasn't compatible with Indian tastes but I liked the new varieties and enjoyed them, specially Falafel. The staffs were very cooperative and helpful. In fact they helped us searching out my wife's lost mobile. The Red Sea is walkable from the hotel and takes only 4/5 minutes. The Red sea is a pleasure to watch with various shades of clear turquoise water soothing the eyes. The negatives: No wifi in rooms. Only free wifi is available in reception lobby and surrounding dining hall, bar etc. The TV provided in the room didn't broadcast any programme channel but only showed the private channel of the hotel describing the highlights of the hotel
