I would not recommend this resort. Booked 7 days during Christmas. Food is basic with not much options. Internet is poor even if you paid for it. Some staff are nice but most of them rude. They treat differently for coloured people. Felt unwelcoming all the time in the resort. Rooms were clean. Swimming pool is nice and big. Don’t book any activities from the resort as they are rip off. Beverages are basic . Overall not value for your money. Entertainment is basic. If you are looking for a good relaxed holiday find a different country

The food at this hotel is awful. In the evening, there is no continental breakfast, and no fries. If you order apple juice, you get syrup instead. The staff at the shops are very annoying. If you wanna book a restaurant it has to be between 8 and 10 in the morning to book it for the next day.
I think in the summer it would be okay because there are enough beds by the swimmingpool and beach but very very cheap

Rooms were basic. 90% of the staff rude. Food below average but the restaurants upstairs are nice but these have to be booked the in the morning. Alcohol was awful but I was told that about their own make so I grabbed a couple of bottles from duty free. Constantly getting pestered by salesman for massage, hair braiding, tattoos, etc. Very small shop inside with basic stuff with no prices so the charge what they want.
Shops across the street. Not many with fake designer, pharmacy, souvenirs. Apart from that your away from everything. Need to get a taxi even to go get a restaurant as there's none close.
I would not recommend this hotel and I'm honestly not that fussy.
If you've not already booked please look at another hotel.
I loved hurghada and will be booking for next year but not this hotel.
Entertainment was okay for kids

Overall a good experience, but the hotel can get boring and repetitive. Pool was heated very well and food was delicious, especially the pasta and the pizza at the beach.
But the walkways had holes and cracks, and it isn't really an interesting place for kids due to the lack of facilities for them, for example bigger slides like the other hotels nearby. In my view this hotel is more for relaxation. The room didnt have the beds we intended to have. Entertainment team was ok. Overall: 6.5/10

Fantastic Stay at Pharaoh azur resort
I recently stayed at Pharaoh azur resort , and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and stylish decor. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The mattress was bit harder. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless.
One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options. Breakfast was particularly impressive, with fresh and tasty
Overall, I highly recommend Pharoah azur to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit
