Rooms were basic. 90% of the staff rude. Food below average but the restaurants upstairs are nice but these have to be booked the in the morning. Alcohol was awful but I was told that about their own make so I grabbed a couple of bottles from duty free. Constantly getting pestered by salesman for massage, hair braiding, tattoos, etc. Very small shop inside with basic stuff with no prices so the charge what they want. Shops across the street. Not many with fake designer, pharmacy, souvenirs. Apart from that your away from everything. Need to get a taxi even to go get a restaurant as there's none close. I would not recommend this hotel and I'm honestly not that fussy. If you've not already booked please look at another hotel. I loved hurghada and will be booking for next year but not this hotel. Entertainment was okay for kids

Vacation in Pharoah azur was really exciting, the hotel is beautiful, staff are so welcoming and supportive starting from the Bell captain to the management. All of them are so friendly and nice to guests. Food is good, with different menu options every day that satisfy all tastes. Rooms are good, clean, and well maintained. The beach is rocky, but there is a pier to deeper water equipped with sofas for customers. The whole experience was lovely, my family and me will definitely come back.

The hotel is honestly great! You get a lot for a 4 star hotel. The food tasted good not many many selections but still worth it, the pools were clean, the animation team are great and the overall vibe was amazing. The rooms aren’t very luxurious but still nice. And you have to pay for wifi in the rooms :/ Apart from that it’s nice! Also one big pool only but the beach area is amazing

If I could give this resort no stars, I would. I have never been treated so poorly, in my life. As a world traveler, I would also like to add that this place is no where near a 5 star accommodation. I waited at the reception counter to check in, upon arrival. I was skipped over, as other individuals, who did not look like me, were eagarly greeted, checked in and given welcome drinks. I eventually asked one of the individuals at the reception desk if they could help me. With a nasty look, I was hastily checked in. Unlike others, nothing was explained to me and I was given a map. After arriving at my room, it was unacceptable and not what was reserved. There was also no in internet in the rooms without additional payment. I return to reception and after how I was treated, elected to leave, however, the travel company and I were told two different things from reception regarding a refund. A manager then comes out to speak with me and apologize for how I was treated and to stop me from wanting to leave. Get this, he even calls for a welcome drink and offer to change my room. Still, not okay with the totality of my experience, I essentially have no choice because my driver was no longer there and the travel company was refused a refund. Going back to the facilities, they were subpar. I'll include a photo of the advertised, stocked mini bar. The food made me sick. I am vegetarian, so my options were already few and far between. They also do not cater to common diets, i.e. vegan, vegetarian. Some staff was helpful, but there were a great deal of staff that just stare weirdly, if you're not Egyptian. The ac was another issue. I turned it down as low as it would go and I still perspired in the room. Made to believe that it was in my head, I asked other guests and they agreed that the rooms were extremely warm. After a third inquiry, one of the housekeepers sent a maintenance person to, "fix" the issue. The property manually sets the ac units to cool on so much. The worker took the cover off of the thermostats and told me that it would now be cold. This is unacceptable, especially given the temperatures in Egypt! The recurring theme seemed to be the property cutting corners to save money, at the expense of the guests. I would steer clear. Ladies, beware, if you're traveling solo. I had one of the male housekeepers attempt to touch me inappropriately. I did not report, as I did not think I would be heard. I do have a recording of him apologizing for his actions, so that I'm not called a liar. I just figured that the property would continue to write off my concerns, as they previously did.

DO NOT RECOMMEND After we checked out of the 22 rooms we had booked, the hotel claimed that towels and glass cups were missing and tried to charge us extra. I returned to one of the rooms without the reception being informed and reviewed the list of allegedly missing items, but I found nothing missing. It felt like they were trying to scam us.
