Superbly located. Beautiful, well managed grounds overlooking a stunning sea view.
Reception was excellent, efficient, and extremely helpful.
The apartment we had was on the extremity and very close to the entrance and main road.
It felt a little exposed and out of the way of the main complex.
I can't fault the place, really, but I can't help feeling that they are missing a trick without any dedicated drinks service covering the lounging and look area to the front.
The main restaurant bar area which is centrally located was closed for a private function. Ok, that's a service the hotel offers but this then leaves those not invited to traverse the lawns just to get a drink or a coffee at the poolside bar especially as the nearby champagne bar doesn't open until 6pm, this left only 1 bar/restaurant available at midday.
I can't help but also feel that the resort hasn't decided what it's clientele base is, and it seems they are trying to cater for a much wider cohort than perhaps they could.
There's a lot of kids and they're having a ball, but a quieter adult only pool or area might be worth considering.
However, I've a few hours remaining of our whistle-stop stay and I would return for a longer stay.

We had the best time during our stay in this property we wished we had stayed longer. The staff was very friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. We received an upgrade which made our stay even more special. The property was vass, manicured, with a gorgeous view. We soaked in the sunset at one of their cocktail lounge/restaurant and it was worthed. Breakfast buffet selection was good, but most importantly the staff really took care of us. We had dinner both nights at the property with a slower service at pizza restaurant because it was quite busy and slow going but again the staff made it better. The beach was beautiful, even the walk down to the beach was also gorgeous. The memories of staying at this property will last a while.

Very disappointed overall, beautiful location but feel it has lost it's 5 star shine. Our room smelled of damp, our baby was very unsettled there, it turned out there was a major leak upstairs and water started dripping down. Food is very average, overpriced and there are much better offerings outside the resort for a fraction of the price. It is called a family hotel but our 3 year old was very bored, no playroom (other than paid amusements) and the playground very basic. the bouncy castle even gave up and was deflated for a good few days over our break. The hotel gave us some token compensation but it was immaterial relative to the eye watering bill we paid when leaving. Would not recommended this for a honeymoon or young families, there are far better places.

Absolutely shocking hotel!!! Really awful experience…. DO NOT STAY HERE!! It is definitely not ‘luxury’. The food quality is extremely poor. All junk food only. The staff are unhelpful. They shrunk and ruined my clothes and refused to reimburse me even the cleaning cost aside from the clothes. I was on a ‘health’ retreat. The whole thing was so awful I got an early flight home. The room was dirty with hairs everywhere and dirty bedding. A very stressful and unpleasant stay all round. A total waste of money and I would never go back!!!

This is a fabulous, beautiful resort where the staff cannot be more friendly and helpful. A special thank you to my fantastic tennis coach Bruno who delivers inspirational lessons and always in a most friendly and encouraging manner. My husband had superb padel lessons from the head coach at the Annabel Croft tennis centre too.
Thank you all.
