We had a two night stay here and it was wonderful from start to finish. All the staff are very attentive at this property. The amenities are incredible - from the seven pools to the tennis courts to the kids club. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. It really is a fabulous property. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. There is a huge amount of sun loungers so it’s never a struggle to find one. The panoramic cliff views and the beach is also really nice. Would stay here again.

This summer I had the opportunity to visit the Pine Cliffs Resort, more specifically the O’Grill restaurant. I spent a lovely afternoon with friends who were on holiday. It was a wonderful time. We enjoyed a good rosé wine with the fantastic view of the pool, but what impressed me the most was the excellent bar service. We had the pleasure of being served by the amazing barman Ali an excellent professional who truly offered us 5 star service. Friendly, charismatic and polite! Thank you, Ali. We will definitely come back to try that cocktail 🍸

The best word to describe this resort is paradise! The property is absolutely stunning! From guest services to the amenities and rooms, the attention to detail is top notch! The food was spectacular and the pricing was great. Our room was amazing and had a gorgeous view of the resort and ocean. I would highly recommend this resort!

Massive thank you to Nelly the housekeeper. My son was having a tantrum outside and she heard and came down from the room she was cleaning and gave him a cuddle which made him stop. What a wonderful lady!! All the staff were lovely and the grounds are immaculate and luxurious. Downsides, the walls are so thin. We had 2 kids above us running up and down from 6am to 9pm. Also had a loud family next to us partying until midnight some nights. Request a top floor room if this would annoy you. Rooms are outdated albeit very clean. Could do with a some sort of splash park pool as my 3 year old got a bit bored of the outdoor basic pool which was also freezing (went at the end of August) It’s a nice enough hotel. Value for money? Probably not but nice enough.

We had an amazing time at pine cliffs resort. We stayed for 5 nights and explored around the algarve. We ate at yakuza the first night and the food and service was exceptional. The spa was amazing ,we got a couples massage and were able to use the facilities like the herbal sauna,salt sauna ,steam room etc. The only issues we had was with the concierge services. We felt these were subpar for a 5 star resort ,we have stayed at many 5 star establishments and just didn’t feel the same effort as we normally receive. Also upon departure we asked for a trolly to be sent up to our room the reception desk told me they would let the bell man know. I walked down to put some lighter items in my vehicle and (2) bell men opened the doors for me. I thought it was odd but i am very patient. I ended up having to grab the trolly my self after waiting around 20 mins with no response. One of the younger bell men saw me and quickly assisted me, i asked if anyone had informed him he told me reception didn’t let him know. These two things were the only cons of pine cliffs. We will be back and hopefully they can sort out there reception concierge services.
