Overall our stay at the Pullman was great. We had alot of fun in the pool and the food was fantastic. The staff were great and went above and beyond. The only negative for us was that our room was old and smelt damp. I'd definitely stay again but would request a newer room.

We absolutely love staying here. We have been doing so for years and it never disappoints. The rooms have all the amenities and the restaurant is consistently good. The 2 pools are great and we love the adults only infinity pool. The service from everyone we met was exceptional and we always feel welcomed back. We are coming back to Bali soon and have already booked our stay back at the Pullman. Thank you for our upgrade too...it was a lovely room.

We stay here for our honeymoon and we enjoyed our stay here. Very nice hotel, nice atmosphere and staff were very friendly and helpful especially Astiti, she make our honeymoon even more memorable by set up a special arrangement in our room. We will definitely back again soon.
