My stay at the Pullman Bali Legian Beach Hotel was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process went smoothly – special thanks to Asoka, who was exceptionally professional and welcoming. The room offered a stunning sea view, which made the experience even more special. Check-out was just as efficient and seamless. The laundry service was also top-notch – quick and reliable. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food was delicious and clearly prepared with care and quality in mind. All in all, a wonderful stay that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Our stay was exceptional! The grounds and the amenities were fantastic. Upon entry on our first day, everyone welcomed us professionally and kindly, and nothing was too much of a problem. The staff were definitely the highlight of the trip. They made things easy and helped us with any questions that we had. Our room was in a great spot. We can highly recommend the beach view balcony rooms, watching the sun go down from our balcony and then finishing with fireworks. What an absolute delight. Housekeeping made sure our room was discreetly, cleaned and tidied every day and to come home at the end of the day for our beds turned down for us was such a beautiful touch Breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from and everyday offered us a different delight to try. We would like to leave a very special mention to Depa, his service at the restaurant on most days certainly made for a great experience. His personal attention and very knowledgeable recommendations of the area certainly made our stay and enjoyable one. He is an absolute asset to Pullman and we look forward to seeing him again on our next trip.

Service in this hotel is top notch, right from the entrance and all the way throughout our stay. We were amazed by the kindness and professionalism the staff exudes here, always smiling and ready to help. Everyone was on top of their game from the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping and pool bar, they made us feel at home and relaxed in entire stay. Can’t forget to mention outstanding staff who had impact on our stay ; Diah displayed utmost care at our check in and was ready to assist whenever we passed by the reception, always checking on us and inquiring how our stay is going on, Nengah the concierge is a master in his work and has a vast knowledge of Bali and what to do, Ms. Lestari was helpful at our check out and promptly assisted with our inquiry. Housekeeping did a commendable job by keeping our room spotless clean and replenishing items on time, thumbs up to Ayik and Citra for the towel art and encouraging piece of note they left on it. Breakfast had variety of options to choose from with sumptuous, fresh meals in all sections and a change of menu daily. Eka and Aditya stood out at the restaurant and one more trainee who served us dinner at the garden pool, I forgot her name, she had the knowledge of menu and her suggestion turned out to be a tasty delicious meal. A big thank you to the restaurant team for the surprise birthday cake and a song in the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Legian Beach. The rooms are spacious. Ocean views are calming, sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony. The beach is easily accessible. The breakfast spread is varied and fabulous. Food and drinks at Bite on wheels was a truly serene and relaxing experience. Meals at the restaurant was also superb with large portions reasonably priced. In room dining was efficient too. The location of the property is also superb. Legian beach is across the road. Kuta beach is a 5-7 minute walk. The Beachwalk mall is a 15 min walk. And there are restaurants, pubs, groceries, pharmacies etc everything within walking distance. And above all, the courteousness of the staff made us feel so cared for. Every single staff we interacted with was so welcoming and keen to help us with any little thing we wanted. We wished we could stay for a few more weeks just to relax.

We arrived early on check-in day our bags were stored and we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was to be fast tracked so returned at 230pm (30 minutes earlier than advertised check-in), still no room, we finally walked in to our room at 4pm. Small annoyance, but noteworthy Otherwise the staff and facilities are satisfactory, some areas are in need of a little TLC but overall the hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable We ate at the themed buffet a couple of times, Arabian Night was excellent! Great value trip, will return
