We absolutely love staying here. We have been doing so for years and it never disappoints. The rooms have all the amenities and the restaurant is consistently good. The 2 pools are great and we love the adults only infinity pool. The service from everyone we met was exceptional and we always feel welcomed back. We are coming back to Bali soon and have already booked our stay back at the Pullman. Thank you for our upgrade too...it was a lovely room.

Stayed 3 nights. Perfect for beach access. Nice adults only roof pool. Food and drinks expensive about same as Australian prices. Had a lot of issues with lift access and having to get room cards reissued but staff were friendly and v helpful. If you need transport you must book it one day prior.

We were here for one week. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, clean and neat. The beach is just outside the main entrance. The different swimming pools were great.
They are very generous, food is great and the service excellent. We received excellent service from Leoni Lina, her attitude to serve is admirable.
The kids club was a blessing to me, my kids had a great time there, enjoying all the activities while I attended my conference.
The proximity to the airport, mall and shops is an added advantage.
I will be back and would recommend to families.

Check in was a disgrace, stood there for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged, no apology, welcome drink or anything, just told to sit down and someone will help us. Then a staff member came over and asked for passports, and did not return for another 15 minutes.
Finally taken to our room, after requesting a quiet room, we were given a room on the ground floor out the front of the Kids pool, you could only imagine the noise!
Asked to be moved to another room, so we were moved to another area, and all we could hear was construction, banging etc by this stage we were completely over it and looking for alternative accommodation. Unfortunately I had pre paid the full 6 nights and it was “non refundable” and they would not accommodate us with any kind of refund. Instead offered to move us, for a 3rd time the next day.
The next day came and we heard nothing from them. We had to go to reception at 3.30 and ask again. This time we were moved to the ground floor behind the Spa, granted it was much quieter. Apparently it was an upgrade, we aren’t sure how, maybe because it had a couch.
The room smelt like mould, curtains had massive worn spots/holes, so the light just came in all the time. Back windows looked onto a dead area of the resort, very unpleasant.
Bathroom had a massive mould patch on the roof, hence the smell I assume?
We stayed 6 nights and probably had a hot shower 3 times in total, it was always barely warm. We reported it and were told maintenance would look into it, but again we never heard back regarding it.
Some days our room was not made up until 4pm and then amenities were not restocked.
We asked for a late checkout, and again we were told they would advise us, again we never heard back from them!
Adults only pool overlooks the car park, if you look past that, the ocean is visible. Pool is Luke warm, and only about 1.2 meters deep, and every person over 45 had put their towels and books on the deck chairs by 8am, but not a single person in sight, very unpleasant.
Staff walking around, very friendly and what we normally experience in our many times in Bali, as were the staff at breakfast.
Pros were good choice at breakfast and a good location on the beach.
A positive is the staff sent up an anniversary cake and fruit basket for us, apart from that a very unpleasant stay, and would never stay again and wouldn’t compare it to any Pullman resort in the world.
5 visits to Bali and this is by far our worst experience, and we have stayed in a wide variety of accommodation, villas, etc and are very aware of the standards, but this was very poor especially for the price we paid, certainly not the cheap Bali prices, ie you get what you pay for.
It hasn’t dampened our love for Bali, but certainly wouldn’t recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Resort was great, staff all beautiful, courteous and accommodating. Unfortunately the room was far from expectation. My husband noticed immediately there was a mould smell, I dismissed this. As our week went on he became sicker and sicker. He is allergic to penicillin. I reported the mould issue and the fact he was really sick, and that he thought there was a mould issue, and asked them to to check a/c for mould. They put a room freshener in our room. On the day b4 we left, (10 day holiday) by this time he had spent half our holiday unwell, not eating/drinking, we were going shopping. He got his travel backpack from the corner of the room, where it had sat since our arrival, it was covered in mould!!!! Absolutely white!! I contacted management, he attended, moved us to an upgraded room for our last night. Too little too late! Will never b back, and will never recommend.
