I had an excellent stay at Pullman Hanoi Hotel. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I was delighted to be upgraded to a suite, which was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the room and the overall ambiance of the hotel made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi. The breakfast was so delicious

This was our 4th stay in 3 years and the experience continues to be first rate. From checking, the lounge, the restaurant everything was just right. Rooms are getting a little dated but still luxurious by any standard.

As a family with 2 young boys, we all had a great time in Hanoi and a relaxing stay. Service was great, lots of choices for breakfast, and location is good. Lunch and dinner menu can be improved to add authentic Vietnamese food as that is one thing Vietnam is known for. Allergy information and more choices for people with allergies can also be improved. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we visit Hanoi. Kids loved our stay too.

Overall wonderful hotel, would stay again! 4/5 stars. One star off because the rooms are a bit dated, carpet should be replaced, showers can use some work… the staff, executive lounge and breakfast are amazing! Highly recommend the executive lounge!
