I had an excellent stay at Pullman Hanoi Hotel. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I was delighted to be upgraded to a suite, which was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the room and the overall ambiance of the hotel made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi. The breakfast was so delicious

My experience at this hotel had its highs and lows. Unfortunately, there were several setbacks - room keys were assigned incorrectly on multiple occasions causing delays and frustration. The air conditioning system was another disappointment as it didn't allow for any temperature control. The interior and room design seemed outdated, which detracted from the overall experience. On the bright side, the gym facilities were fantastic - clean, modern and well equiped. The staff were also very attentive and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, the location isn't ideal for those needing easy access to CBD or tour pickups, so I wouldn't recommend it for travellers seeking convenience.

My sincere gratitude to the General Manager and staff for your generous hospitality , favor, comfort and privileges you provided. As a family with 2 young boys, we all had a great time in Hanoi and a relaxing stay. Service was great, lots of choices for breakfast, and location is good. Lunch and dinner menu can be improved to add authentic Vietnamese food as that is one thing Vietnam is known for. Allergy information and more choices for people with allergies can also be improved. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we visit Hanoi. Kids loved our stay too.

Overall wonderful hotel, would stay again! 4/5 stars. One star off because the rooms are a bit dated, carpet should be replaced, showers can use some work… the staff, executive lounge and breakfast are amazing! Highly recommend the executive lounge!
