Our stay at Pullman was nothing short of amazing. The room was elegant and exactly what we needed after a long flight. Complimentary services were unexpectedly offered, which was a pleasant surprise. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Jerry and Martin, who helped us navigate around Hanoi and conveniently booked several trips for us. They also assisted with a few other things we needed during our stay. Both of them were friendly, approachable, and had excellent English proficiency. We developed a great personal connection with them, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend reaching out to either Jerry or Martin when staying at Pullman if you need any information or assistance

My wife and I lived our experience at Pullman Hanoi. We felt it was a pleasant stay from the moment we walked in. The staff were friendly and approachable, very attentive.Great breakfast option, excellent service and very clean rooms. We loved the idea of a spa on site, we were able to have two massages after a long day to wind down and relax. We were just a short taxi drive from the Old Quarter, therefore we enjoyed the quiet time and enjoyed our days and evenings out. We recommend using Grab application for your rides around town, and definitely get a massage session in the spa. Planning on staying at other Pullman Hotels when we can :)

Had an excellent experience at the Hanoi Pullman Hotel. What i loved most was the staff being so super kind and accommodating towards us. Their hard work and friendly disposition makes Vietnam a place ro return to. A special thank you goes to the beautiful Hai Ngoan, one of the hostesses who was especially kind and helpful and gave suggestions when we had a leisure day. Her English is superb and made out stay memorable. A home away from home in South Africa Exquisite experience and a must visit hotel and country.....❤️❤️❤️

A special highlight of my visit was the service at the Executive Bar, where Huong truly stood out. Her friendly nature and helpful attitude made every interaction a pleasure. She was attentive, warm, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. Her professionalism and genuine kindness added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend The Pullman Hanoi for both business and leisure travelers, and I can’t praise Huong enough for her exceptional service. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Hanoi!

Stayed 4 nights at the hotel. Flight arrived on time but was held up at the airport . Immigration and waiting for luggage all in 3 hours. Arrived at the hotel nearly midnight. Staff were friendly and helpful the moment we stepped out of the limousine. As my husband Raymond was a platinum member, we were upgraded and was on the 10th floor where the executive lounge was located. The staff there were very friendly especially Ngio (hope I got her name right). The breakfast choices were great at the restaurant and so was the staff. Special thanks to the staff who took care of us whilst we were there especially Double, QuynH, Van, Phuoung, Ngoan Ha, Hang, Ouyen. Would definitely stay there again.
