I highly recommend this hotel! We had an amazing time celebrating both our anniversary and birthday here. The rooms were absolutely amazing, and the staff went above and beyond — even providing us with a cake, which showed such wonderful attention to detail. A special thanks to Jeremiah, Jay, Alex and the resort manager Michele for making our stay truly unforgettable! Thank you ! We will come back in the winter!

Views & nature is breathtaking, property is cinematographically perfect/ aesthetic, & above all the team take care of you in every way possible. Rooms were cleaned to perfection & facilities in general are spotlessly maintained. The attention to detail in service is unparalleled. Arun who personally took care of us— made sure our every needs were met. Always a text away; always genuinely smiling and happy to help. Arun was 10 steps ahead of everything & everyone! Our every needs & whims were catered to. Special thank you to: Arun, Phiona/Kiki/ Chantel & Mary Love(from Food & Beverages), Moula from the Gift Shop, Jeremiah & every bellman/buggy driver who carted us around the property in the blistering heat, the warm/lovely ladies & Corinne from the magical Spa team, Shalika & the activities team who took us on the most epic ‘Dune bashing’ drive and ‘Night walk’ through the desert, Tariq who safely drove/ chauffeured us to and from the airport, & finally thank you to (Fitness Coach) Boniface who led us through an (amazingly) intense personal training gym session! 🌟 A truly exceptional experience at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara! From the moment we arrived, the service has been absolutely outstanding. Every staff member has gone above and beyond to ensure our comfort — constantly checking in, offering help, and making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. What touched me the most was today, 2nd of September — Vietnam’s National Day, marking 80 years of our independence. The resort team surprised us with a beautifully prepared cake and a handwritten message celebrating this special occasion. It was thoughtful, heartwarming, and incredibly meaningful to me as a Vietnamese guest. This kind of hospitality — warm, attentive, and truly personal — is what sets Qasr Al Sarab apart. Thank you for making this stay so memorable.

This place is incredible. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a small kingdom where everything is super stylish, food is delicious and service is out of this world. The best part for me is how cosy it feels. Beautiful decorations everywhere, museum like treasures. And the fact that sites in between sand dunes…just wow 👏

Despite the high temperatures, the experience was truly remarkable. The drive from the security checkpoint to the hotel, winding through the desert, was an adventure in itself. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout, making our stay even more enjoyable. I was thoroughly impressed with the room—stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The only minor drawback was the limited availability of accessible power sockets. That said, I could have easily spent the entire day relaxing in the room or on the terrace. Still, the adults-only pool was simply too inviting to miss. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mutwakil Osman for everything he did for us—our stay wouldn’t have been nearly as amazing without him.
