Had an amazing weekend in Qasr al Sarab. From the moment we entered the gate, the experience was superb. The desert was pristine with some beautiful sand dunes. Once we arrived by the lobby, they welcomed us personally and had a convenient check-in process. The facility and room were clean and well-organized. Loved the traditional vibe with modern approach around the resort. The pools were great, lots of restaurant options as well. They also offered lots of outdoor paid activities and some complimentary daily activities that was posted on the website and in front of breakfast reception. The gym was great, with sauna and steam rooms on the toilet. Unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to try the spa and wellness experience, but they also had reformer pilates which only available on weekday when I was there. We did sunrise horseback riding as well, and it was unforgettable. I got a chance to ride with Oreo, and he’s really lovely and obedient. Would love to come back again to have a nice sunset ride.

Amazing resort! The facilities are beautiful and very comfortable, everything is perfectly maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service is flawless from start to finish. The desert activities are fantastic and well organized. The food is delicious, varied, and high quality. An unforgettable experience — would definitely come back!

Our family stay at Qasr Al Sarab was nothing short of a dream. From the moment we drove through the dunes and saw the resort appearing like a majestic fortress, we knew we were in for something special. Traveling with family can be tricky, but this place made it so easy; the staff was incredibly warm and always made sure the kids were happy and entertained. We spent our days splashing in the stunning pool and our evenings watching the sunset over the desert, which was honestly one of the most peaceful things I’ve ever experienced. The rooms were luxurious yet felt very authentic, and the food at every meal was outstanding. It’s rare to find a place that feels this secluded and quiet while still offering world-class service and activities for everyone. If you’re looking for a luxury getaway that’s actually family-friendly and offers a real taste of the desert, I can't recommend this resort enough. We’ve made memories here that we’ll talk about for years, and we are already planning our next visit.

Our stay at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara was not just a staycation, it felt like stepping into a mirage that decided to become real. From the moment the desert started unfolding around us in golden waves, everything slowed down in the most luxurious way. The silence there isn’t empty, it’s rich, warm, almost velvety. And the resort rises from it like something whispered into existence. But what truly turned this escape into something unforgettable were the people. Arun, our butler, was beyond exceptional. Attentive without hovering, present without intruding, he anticipated details we didn’t even realize we needed. Every small request dissolved before it fully formed. That level of care is rare. A very special mention to Mary Love, the Restaurant Supervisor, she carries warmth like a signature. Her attention to detail and the way she engages with guests transforms dinner into an experience, not just a meal. She doesn’t just supervise; she curates moments. Patricia, the hostess, greeted us each time with a smile that genuinely reached her eyes, charm and calm professionalism. And then there was the quiet magic happening behind the scenes. Dilan welcomed us with such natural hospitality. Rosana, always kind and attentive. Alan, consistently thoughtful and polished. Pratam, ensuring everything flowed seamlessly, as if service here runs on instinct rather than instruction. Every sunset felt choreographed. Every breakfast tasted like it had been prepared just for us. The architecture, the endless dunes, the lantern-lit pathways at night, it all feels cinematic, but never staged. Qasr Al Sarab isn’t just a destination. It’s a feeling. A deep exhale. A place where luxury meets soul. We arrived for a staycation. We left carrying a piece of the desert in our hearts.

We arrived from Abu Dhabi again for more than two hours, but the moment we entered the desert hotel, all the fatigue disappeared. We were guided kindly by the staff and checked-in, and participated in the desert camel tour at 4:30 p.m. We felt the beauty of the desert, enjoyed the sunset, and wrapped up a regrettable tour. When I returned to our room, there was a congratulatory cake for the 20th anniversary of marriage and a congratulatory phrase written with sand on the terrace. I was deeply moved and reminded that the service of this hotel was the best. After enjoying the meal and wine at a desert restaurant, I fell asleep watching the stars on the terrace all night. I saw the sunrise early the next day and enjoyed a breakfast with so much food. I spent the whole morning walking through the desert, visiting the oasis, and looking around the hotel. I was so sad about the 2 days and 1 night. I really want to visit again when the next opportunity comes. I was going to leave by car after checking out, but everyone came out to greet me and gave me 3 bottles of water I could drink on the way, and the warmth was conveyed as it was. On January 18th, one night, two hours of desert sunset camel tour, dinner desert restaurant set, breakfast buffet kim yang huyn
