Qasr Al Sarab is truly one of the most beautiful and memorable resorts we have ever experienced. The setting in the heart of the Empty Quarter is breathtaking — endless dunes, stunning views, and a sense of peace and scale that is hard to put into words. The resort itself is impeccably designed and maintained, blending luxury seamlessly with the surrounding desert landscape. Every view feels cinematic, whether at sunrise, sunset, or under the night sky. What truly elevates the experience is the staff. The team is exceptionally attentive, warm, and thoughtful, always anticipating needs and ensuring comfort without ever being intrusive. Their care and hospitality made our stay feel genuinely special. The food was fabulous throughout our stay — beautifully prepared, high quality, and consistently excellent across meals and venues. From the accommodations to the excursions and overall service, everything exceeded expectations. Qasr Al Sarab is a remarkable destination, and we would absolutely love to return.

One of the things I loved the most was the bathtub and the unforgettable view. The infinity pool was truly amazing and breathtaking. Special thanks to Eslam, who took such great care of us during our three-day stay. He provided outstanding service, helped us book a camel trip and a steak restaurant, and patiently showed us around this huge hotel. He made our stay absolutely perfect! Our stay at Anantara Qasr Al Sarab started on a disappointing note due to poor service at check-in, which was unfortunate as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and had pre-arranged a room surprise nearly a month in advance, with multiple follow-ups with Guest Relations prior to arrival. We were informed that the hotel was operating at full capacity, which likely contributed to the initial lapse. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the way the feedback was handled. After raising the concern, Mahamad Anas from the Guest Relations team stepped in and managed the situation with genuine professionalism, empathy, and urgency. The issue was acknowledged & immediately, corrective actions were taken, and thoughtful gestures were made to make amends — clearly demonstrating that guest feedback here is taken seriously and acted upon. A particularly meaningful touch was the personal handwritten note from the General Manager, which made us feel truly valued and cared for as guests. This gesture, combined with the sincere service recovery, completely transformed our experience and made our celebration feel special after all. This stay was a powerful reminder that in the service industry, things can occasionally go wrong, especially during busy periods — but what defines true luxury is how a team listens, takes ownership, and follows through. We left feeling genuinely grateful and with a very positive impression of the hotel and its leadership. An experience that ultimately exceeded expectations because of how beautifully it was handled.

Poor service almost ruined our beautiful staycation. We were 2 families who checked in for 2 nights. We took the half-board option and went for dinner at their Ghadeer Restaurant near the pool. We felt far from welcome at the restaurant. We wanted a table set up for 6 nearby the pool. Most tables were empty as we came in at around 9pm for dinner. Even then, the staff (especially 2) were least bothered and looked annoyed about us wanting to join and make a table at a particular spot. After several reminders (we were ignored and not attended to for about 10 minutes) they finally bothered to arrange the tables. Service was poor and this somewhat ruined our mood for the remaining period of our stay. We did address this issue to the restaurant manager Ms. Vardha who did her best to make our dinner a better experience but we were definitely bothered by the earlier experience. Food was amazing. Good portions and desserts were great. We also addressed these issues to Mr. Manish the next day. And he took his best efforts to ensure that we would not face any issues for the remaining part of our stay. The breakfast was great. The spread and service was great. There's an outdoor option as well. The rooms are very good and clean. The only problem we had was ... No power sockets near the bed. I would recommend everyone to have dinner at the Al Falaj desert restaurant for a memorable dinner (if the weather is pleasant). Great ambience and food. Even at checkout there was an issue. I was told there was a pending amount to be paid. I was confused because it was a fully paid booking from the Anantara website directly. I paid the 'balance amount' then but when I contacted reservations by email, I got a reply saying it was a mistake and it would be refunded. All these mistakes did not look good and it looks like there is a mismanagement issue at several levels. Special thanks to Mr. Omnath (stargazing spot drive) and Mr. Dame (great photo at the main gate after our checkout) from the buggy team.

We celebrated our anniversary at this stunning desert resort and had the most memorable experience. The team went above and beyond — they even surprised us with a beautiful sand art display outside our villa wishing us well. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special. From Farhan at the front desk to Kiki at breakfast, every interaction was wonderful. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so welcomed. The service is truly top-notch, and you can see how much they care for their guests. The activities were equally magical — from the open-sky cinema under the stars to walking through the serene sand dunes, everything was mesmerizing and unforgettable. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and heartfelt getaway. We can’t wait to return!
