The team went above and beyond — they even surprised us with a beautiful sand art display outside our villa wishing us well. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special. From Farhan at the front desk to Kiki at breakfast, every interaction was wonderful. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so welcomed. The service is truly top-notch, and you can see how much they care for their guests. The activities were equally magical — from the open-sky cinema under the stars to walking through the serene sand dunes, everything was mesmerizing and unforgettable. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and heartfelt getaway. We can’t wait to return!

A Dream Come True at Qasr Al Sarab Anantara. Staying at Qasr Al Sarab Anantara was truly a dream come true. The hotel itself is breathtaking, from the architecture to the serene atmosphere, but what made the experience unforgettable were the people and the activities. We booked a private early-morning desert drive, and our guide, Shehzad, made it one of the best experiences of our lives. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the region, but also shared fascinating stories and behind-the-scenes. His passion, kindness, and storytelling turned the whole trip into something magical. Every activity we tried, sunrise drives, photography spots, desert walks, and more, was organized perfectly. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure everything felt personal and memorable. Qasr Al Sarab is one of those rare places where nature, luxury, and human warmth come together seamlessly. I can’t recommend it enough, and if you visit, make sure to request Shehzad as your guide. He will turn an unforgettable trip into an extraordinary one.

Magical stay! We celebrated an Anniversary & were thoroughly spoiled! Thank you so much to the entire @QasrAlSarabAnantara team for taking care of us. Views & nature is breathtaking, property is cinematographically perfect/ aesthetic, & above all the team take care of you in every way possible. Rooms were cleaned to perfection & facilities in general are spotlessly maintained. The attention to detail in service is unparalleled. Arun who personally took care of us— made sure our every needs were met. Always a text away; always genuinely smiling and happy to help. Arun was 10 steps ahead of everything & everyone! Our every needs & whims were catered to. Special thank you to: Arun, Phiona/Kiki/ Chantel & Mary Love(from Food & Beverages), Moula from the Gift Shop, Jeremiah & every bellman/buggy driver who carted us around the property in the blistering heat, the warm/lovely ladies & Corinne from the magical Spa team, Shalika & the activities team who took us on the most epic ‘Dune bashing’ drive and ‘Night walk’ through the desert, Tariq who safely drove/ chauffeured us to and from the airport, & finally thank you to (Fitness Coach) Boniface who led us through an (amazingly) intense personal training gym session! Quarter Al Sarab is an oasis of tranquility set in the serenity of the desert. A Magical experience. My lasting impression is of the genuine warmth, welcome and caring given by Michele and his wonderful staff. A place to soothe the soul. There is yoga and sound healing, healing massage, with world class practitioners , star gazing , horse or camel riding, archery, paddle, tennis, laser clay shooting, archery polaris and more. Excellent cuisine and accommodation. Imagine an infinity pool at sunset with the desert behind.There is nowhere on earth quite like it. I highly recommend it. Winter months .
