The hotel is part of a great international chain. However this one is a bit small and laid back. But that isn’t a drawback it fits in nice with the whole vibe in Grenada. Beach access is superb as it’s right next to the largest beach on the island Grand Anse.

CAUTION: Safety concern! DO NOT stay here! Negligence, Faulty locks, poor security, and lack of accountability! I would not recommend anyone stay at the Radisson Grenada!
I delayed writing this review with the hopes that the owner would get back to me, but he clearly does not care. In October, I stayed there with my mom and someone broke into my room.
Radisson neglected to provide me with a secure room during my one night stay. Unbeknownst to me the room I was assigned to had a faulty lock on the sliding door and someone broke into my room and stole my property. I checked the door upon checking-in to the hotel and there was also a security hatch that was in place, however the fact that the door was extremely broken (see attached image), perp was able to simply lift the hatch from the outside. The general manager himself demonstrated that the sliding door was easy to open with a simple pocket knife.
I checked in at 4:40 pm, went to a conference and then dinner, and had my room broken into around 8:13 pm. The next morning I discovered my items were missing.
There is limited security cameras and security guards on the property. One security camera did capture the individual laying around the pool and while another captured him exiting my room.
I contacted the front desk and management provided me with the limited camera footage. We checked the front door key fab history as well as the sliding door at which time we discovered the faulty lock, which the GM was surprised to see. I made a report with the local police and ended up in court.
Given the negligence of the hotel to provide a secure and safe space, I submitted an email inquiry about restitution and reimbursements for my stay and losses to the GM and the owner of the hotel. I have yet to hear from owner of the hotel about a resolution.
Additionally, the rooms are out dated and could stand to be renovated.
At this point, the only plus is that the property is on the beach and Grand Anse is lovely.

I had a horrible experience at the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort. I arrived around 2:15 PM to check-in, despite it being before the check-in time they allowed us to begin checking in. At strong 2:45 PM we were told one of our two rooms is ready and the other is currently being cleaned so we waited in the lobby. At 3:30 PM we were given the key to one room to allow us to sit and eat, they told us they'd bring the keys for the second room when it was ready. Hours passed, at nearly 5:00 PM we went down to the front desk to get an update on our room. Which is when we were told that the other room wasn't being cleaned, infact we were told that the last guests left their belongings in the room which is why we were being held up. We were also told that we weren't allowed to have 4 adults in one room even despite our circumstance and they would not be able to tell us when the next room would be ready. So we got our money back and left. This was supposed to be for my birthday weekend, it was completely ruined by this experience. I am extremely disappointed, not only by the lack of transparency and professionalism but also by the fact that they didn't even try to accommodate us due to a mistake on their end. I will never book with the Radisson ever again. They have an amazing location but their management is so unprofessional it ruins the whole experience. I hope they learn and grow from this. Please use caution when booking this resort.

Location is excellent, but don’t expect this to be like other Raddisons. Service is really really slow, for no real reason. There’s no sense of voluntarily helping guests at all. If you can’t find a subbed on the beach expect to drag it down the beach with no assistance. Staff are nice not surly, so the terrible service is a bit unexplainable.
Rooms are shoddy and tired, but the bed is good.

The signs of corporate greed are evident at this property. Check in starts at 3:00; my family and I arrived at 3:30pm and we were told our rooms are being cleaned. We gained access to our rooms at 6:00pm. All areas of the resort seem as if more employees should be assigned to the task. The pool opens at 10am but the pool cleaners were still cleaning at 11:30. A cleaner visited my room on day two at 6pm for my room touch up. I declined the service since I was checking out the following morning. The resort is in dire need of significant upgrades. The furniture in the rooms is outdated and deteriorating, while the wooden doors show visible wear. My room had an ant infestation, and there was a strong mildew odor. Negative reviews from years past still reflect the current state of the resort. All the employees appear overworked and dissatisfied. I was overwhelmed with pity. The food is both terrible and overpriced, and the buffet not being self-serve only reinforces my suspicions about cost-cutting measures being practiced. This was the worst money I've ever spent. I cannot, in good conscience, return to this Radisson resort.
