Ben
I am writing due to being extremely disappointed with my stay at TUI Blue Rixos Beldibi. From the very first night, I suffered from food poisoning after eating at the hotel, which completely ruined my holiday. I was ill for the entire trip, stuck in my room for four days, unable to enjoy any of the activities me and my partner had planned.
This was especially upsetting as I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and instead of enjoying excursions, I spent the day and evening in bed. We also missed out on visiting the Land of Legends theme park due to the sickness as well. My partner and I have only been able to eat plain pasta, rice, and drink water, during the stay not being able to enjoy any of the restaurants. We experienced severe sickness, diarrhea, and cramping, leaving us with no energy to enjoy the facilities or even spend time outside in the sun.
Additionally, I witnessed something very disturbing that raised serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and treatment of animals. I saw behind the kitchen door that a cat was thrown into a wheelie bin and duct-taped while it was screaming. This behavior is not only inhumane but also raises significant red flags about the hygiene and standards of the kitchen.
Moreover, we noticed that many glasses had lipstick marks and dirt all over them, which made us avoid having any soft drinks during our stay. This lack of cleanliness is simply unacceptable and contributed to our overall negative experience.
This was meant to be a relaxing holiday, but instead, it has been a nightmare. The fact that this occurred right at the beginning of our stay is completely unacceptable, and we feel we have lost the experience we paid for. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, as I believe guests should be compensated for significant issues like this, I feel deeply let down by the standards here.

Honest review from a 30 year old couple from the UK
I’d say this is a good 3 star hotel. Whoever makes the decisions and runs it is clearly lacking common sense.
The rooms are nice and good enough, the hotel grounds are alright, good access to the private beach and 2 fairly sizeable pools, although outside pool is not heated so it’s absolutely freezing compared to the sea. Whoever made the decision to charge for the private beds/cabana needs firing - in our week there, we saw absolutely no one using them so they’re just wasted.
We can attest to some of the reviews on here, because by far the worst thing about this hotel is the food - it’s what I imagine you get served in prison. Breakfast is just about fine, good selection, the usual eggs, sausages, pastries, fruit etc. although it’s not really hard to get breakfast wrong. Lunch and dinner are absolutely shocking, they’d be better off just refining it down a bit but actually making some nice dishes, the same bland slob every single day…ABSOLUTELY do not come here if you’re vegetarian as there is very very little for you but tasteless tomato pasta and some salads - even the A La Carte restaurants at the hotel are very disappointing. One of the ‘speciality’ restaurants is very unimaginatively named ‘The Flavour’, ironically it had none and was quite pathetic and laughable. We resorted getting a taxis into Antalya and other nearby areas to eat, which was reasonably priced and quite tasty. For reference, a taxi should cost 1000-1200 Lyra into Antalya. The hotel will organise it but will try and charge 1600
We felt the staff could have given a quick debrief to answer questions that surely everyone has to ask - e.g. where the beach towels are (down by the beach pier), what time breakfast is served etc and how to book dinner, so you don’t have to keep asking. Instead you’re left to your own devices. Some of the staff are lovely, others don’t seem to care and will happily serve you a pint of larger that is half head.
Overall, if you’re expecting 5 stars this is not it, maybe 3 stars at a push. They need a serious revamp if they want longevity here

WORST HOTEL EVER
1. It is not Rixos, they just kept the name to attract people.
2. Nothing anywhere says that inside you need to pay extra for Some of the alcohol + even a BATHROBE!!
3. The stuff do no speak English, only few of them.
4. Stuff treats you like they do not care about you and your problems.
Only 1 positive thing is the room, but of course for 300 EUR per night how the room can be bad .
NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL

Nice hotel, good service and friendly staff. Great choice of activity, everyone will find something to do. From diving, water ball, to animated watersport. Food tastes good and there is a big amount of choice. Hotel is recommended in every aspect. Animateurs are always in a good mood, friendly and not intrusive. Anil stood out in particular, always in a good mood and very friendly.

Review of the TUI Magic Life Club Beldibi
After my stay at the new TUI Magic Life Club Beldibi, I would like to share my experiences.
Entertainment Team
The entertainment team of the club was undoubtedly the highlight of my stay. Especially Jack, Can, and Melanie ensured the best entertainment with their friendly demeanor and dedication. The shows were elaborately staged and offered a successful mix of fun and entertainment. Particularly impressive was the interaction of the team with the guests during the shows – time was taken to communicate and dance together.
Service at the Main Restaurant Magico
Unfortunately, the experience at the main restaurant Magico was not consistently positive. The service was inconsistent, sometimes very accommodating, sometimes hardly present. A consistent service quality would be desirable. Additionally, it was noticeable that the food was often served lukewarm, which definitely needs improvement. Also, the availability and variety of vegan options left something to be desired.
Rooms
The rooms of the club could use a renovation, especially the bathrooms showed some flaws like broken tiles and slight signs of wear and tear. Nevertheless, the double rooms were spacious and offered sufficient comfort for the stay.
Facilities
The facilities of the TUI Magic Life Club Beldibi are beautifully designed, with lots of greenery and well-maintained garden areas. It was a true pleasure to stroll through the relatively small but idyllic facility and enjoy nature. However, there was a regrettable incident at the reception when my phone number was misused without consent – a clear violation of data protection regulations.
Sports and Leisure Activities
The range of sports activities and leisure opportunities in the club was extensive and appealing. However, better promotion outside the TUI MAGIC LIFE App could help to attract more guests to these offers. For example, announcements could be formulated more clearly. But especially commendable was the commitment of Jack and Melanie, who put a lot of effort into motivating and inspiring all participants in their activities.
Conclusion
Overall, the TUI Magic Life Club Beldibi is a beautiful facility with great potential. The entertainment team and the design of the facility are definitely outstanding. However, there is room for improvement in the service at the restaurant and the room facilities. If these points are addressed consistently, nothing stands in the way of a perfect holiday at the TUI Magic Life Club Beldibi.
