Lovely hotel, a bit outdated but still great place to stay. Spacious rooms& bathrooms, comfy beds. The food was tasty and fresh, good wine and some really nice cocktails, especially mojito (lots of fresh mint and lemon slices). Pretty quiet outside at night. Sun loungers always available, water in both pools really cold. Entertainment... definitely needs improvement, stayed 7 nights, not spent even one watching entertainment. Altogether definitely recommend this hotel.

Stunning location,beach & views! But absolutely nothing to do nearby. Mega hotels only. No town centre either. Average food, plenty of it. But value for money in the scheme of things) Weak spirits & beer served in only one bar at a time. No music in Bar during evenings. Take public bus 20 minutes ever direction to find some civilization.

The hotel itself was clean and most of the staff were lovely. One lady on reception was incredibly unhelpful, rude and belittling; we arrived late and found our window would not lock. This was a huge safety concern for my two toddlers as our room was assessable for the outside. It took them three days to repair the window and the receptionist told me I was wrong several times, she couldn’t care less about my children’s safety and told me that everything worked. The hotel has no shops or anything nearby, and the buses were very unreliable. The drinking water at the hotel made both my toddlers very sick when we had to drink it because the vending machine for bottled water was broken. The cleaners and chefs were all very friendly and the pools were nice, although some tiles are falling off.. looks like it would have been great in the 1970s. The park and games room were both falling apart so beware if you’re there with kids, none of the machines worked in the games room. The gym again had so many issues, only two machines were working and the others were hazards. We are vegan, there was some options but very, very limited. Not ideal for all inclusive at all but again no nearby shops. Good luck if you go.

It's a lovely hotel but could do with improvements here and there. The hotel needs updating, only minor things but they could make such a difference. There isn't a lot to do and not enough information regarding excursions. The breakfast menu could do with a little boost. The dining area is a bit dull as well. Maybe soft music in the background would help and have pictures that are lively on the walls. The main pool also could do with music in the background at all times. Then for those that want peace and quiet, the middle pool and the kids pool could do with no music. An activities coordinator would be beneficial for the hotel as well. There were a few games at the main pool but they were not lively enough. The snooker/pool tables are randomly at the end of this open space. Not very inviting and there are no instructions as to how you play. A notice on the wall telling guests what is needed would be nice. This hotel has so much potential and just needs the right people with the right attitude to make it an epic hotel.

Pretty trash hotel with an appalling receptionist. Couple of hours here so far but they already earned a solid one star. Bad food at the restaurant, no plant-based options at all. Receptionists response: bad luck, 'hopefully' there will be vegan options for the rest of your stay. Restaurant is unclean, pigeons flying about inside, perching on serving surfaces. Fruits completely unwashed and dirty. Beer tap but only tiny glasses, in which you can't pull a beer without wasting a pint. 1 out of 8 elevators running but you have to push the door Ls together for it to go. I'll update as I go but needless to say, I highly not recommend staying here to anyone.
