The hotel has a fantastic location, just steps away from a wonderful beach, which truly made the stay special. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, creating a perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The food was delicious and varied, offering something for everyone. While the rooms could benefit from some refreshing in the future, the comfort, calm environment, and especially the close proximity to the beautiful beach made my overall experience truly enjoyable. I had a great, relaxing stay and would happily return.

The hotel is in an excellent location on a beautiful, secluded beach. It offers all the essential facilities, and the staff are truly wonderful—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the hotel is quite isolated. The nearest town, Morro Jable, is about a 10-minute bus ride away, which may be inconvenient for guests who prefer to be closer to shops and other activities. The rooms are spacious; we stayed in a family room for four nights and found it very comfortable. However, the rooms would benefit from some minor updates, such as fresh curtains or new wardrobe doors, to give them a more modern feel. The buffet offered a wide range of dishes; however, as a vegetarian, I felt the variety was somewhat limited compared to the options available for meat-eaters. Toward the end of our holiday, my 11-year-old daughter experienced an allergic reaction to mosquito bites on her arms and face, which was quite upsetting for her. Unfortunately, the swimming pools were very cold, and we were unable to use them as much as we would have liked. As stated in the advertisement, the pool temperature was meant to be maintained, but this did not seem to be the case during our stay. It would also be helpful if reception staff could provide clearer information regarding shuttle services to and from the airport. Additionally, there were many nude sunbathers on the beach. While this appears to be common across Fuerteventura—as we also noticed it on Morro Jable beaches—it may be surprising for families who are not expecting it. Overall, any shortcomings of the hotel were more than compensated for by the stunning nearby beach (Turquoise water and white sand) and the excellent staff. During our stay, we met several guests who were visiting for the second or even third time, which says a lot about the hotel’s appeal. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, beach-focused holiday.

The guy on reception was welcoming and helpful. I had a great room, clean and spacious, the maid kept it immaculate. The food was varied, high quality and there was loads of choice. The dining staff were fantastic, Deborah in particular stood out, she was like a highly efficient machine moving around clearing and making up tables non stop, with no disturbance and a friendly demeanor, a true asset to the hotel. The location was right on top of a long quiet, beautiful sandy beach, perfect for walking and wind wate sports. Overall i had a fantastic holiday here and hoping to return in February, many thanks from Chris, room 0429.

I am giving this hotel 4 stars purely as a formality. For the money they charge, the level of service is extremely disappointing. The only positives are regular room cleaning and an ocean view. That’s it. The food is monotonous, the same every day, with no changes or variety. There is a constant smell of dirty rags in the kitchen, which completely ruins the appetite. There is practically no entertainment at the hotel, despite the fact that the prices are far from cheap. For such a large hotel, there is only one jacuzzi, which is always overcrowded. Chipped and broken dishes are used in the bar and kitchen, and the alcohol, in my opinion, is pre-diluted with water. The animation is repetitive and boring — the same thing every evening. Occasionally they invite performers, but their shows last no more than 20 minutes, after which there is simply nothing to do. I have no complaints about the hotel building or the territory, but there is nothing special to highlight either. The main problem, in my opinion, is the hotel management and poor organization of service. For this price, a completely different level was expected.

The food was excellent and majority o staff were very friendly. The beach was filthy with litter everywhere, including the steps down to the beach which are steep and dangerous, glass bottles , both broken and whole, plastic cups, paper, wire, it was disgusting . The beach should be called a nudist beach as I was shocked by the amount of naked people, especially naked elderly men who like to stand in the middle of your pathway as your walking along, with hands on their hips and small shrivelled tackle hanging down. I went to this hotel as a solo traveler, expecting to be placed near the spar (quiet adult area), yet instead they placed me in a disgustingly filthy room on the middle row of the noisy family area. My view was the front door of someone's room of the block infront. I took my medication as normal ( some of it liquid) on the first night, only to find on going to the bathroom in the morning that the bathroom counter , my medication syringe and large medication box was teaming with ants. I'm talking 100s, some had actually crawled inside the syringe. I was staying at this hotel for 14 nights and for five days I had zero hot water for showers due to a water issue in the block. I opened the bedside draw which has a piece of paper with the hotel name lining the draw. I moved the paper to find, ants, hair and other gross things under it. The chip wood blue walls were splattered with something red and yellow. The floor tiles were broken and in some areas sharp. The phone in the room was for show only as its end connection wire had been litrally cut off . Which meant I could not call reception when a drunken argument kicked off in the room next to mine. Someone was trying to kick the door in next to mine and I was terrified, yet could not contact security. This holiday, hotel and experience was so bad I will never go to this Island again, or use Tui as my representative.
