Great location, but the food and drinks were poor. We chose this hotel mainly for the heated pool, but it was only slightly warmer than the unheated one and still too cold. I’ve stayed at another SBH hotel where the water was truly warm and my kids couldn’t get out of it. Here, they mostly played table tennis because the pool was freezing. I give one star only for the hard-working cleaning and restaurant staff. I’m disappointed and will probably not choose SBH hotels again.

I was a bit apprehensive prior to travelling here,due to the negative reviews. Well, I couldn't fault the hotel, for the price paid,it was fantastic. Lovely spacious rooms,well kept and cleaned, pools were excellent, food variety was superb. Met some lovely people who made my short break even better. Thanks maxorata.

The only good things, which I can say about this hotel is good localization, nice views especially from infinity pool and modern room. Apart from that terrible food which tasted really bad and looked unappealing. The staff did their so called very basic job but it lacked attention to details and warmth, which should be a standard in 4 stars hotel, but not in this case. We had a room with seaview and needed to change it 3 times, wasting holiday time to get what we paid for. The common places were very dirty and disgusting, after 48 hours I called the reception asking if they could do something with dead cockroaches on corridor (I am praying to do not bring unwanted guest/s home). Our ask to change bedsheets was ignored even though I left a tip and card written in english and spanish). What is surpsing me is that almost all staff do not speak english what shall be an aboslute minimum skill to work in every hotel (not mentioning the one which pretends to have 4 stars). Also during last day someone took our hats which we bought in Morro Jable - they disappeared together with bunch of dirty plates and glasses, which were left on a table for hours and I kept eye on our stuff while playing billard. It was matter of minutes, so strange coincidence. The reception told us it not their job to help us while just simple action like checking who is on a day shift cleaning the common area could be helpful. In my opinion nothing was done and it is a shame. I definitelly do not recommend this hotel especilaly in comparison to Barcello Occidential Jandia Playa. The price does not differ much but you will feel huuuuge difference.

Hotel in terrible condition and staff not trained. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Walls are literally crumbling down - big issues with money - probably due to the fact it used to be 3 different hotels that merged into one in 2018 - and staff can’t cope with the size of it. Alcohol is free which attracts a type of customers whose hobby is to get intoxicated in the evening at the bar, it is surprising kids are even allowed. The activities 90s style don’t make up for it. Most pool table/boards/etc are broken. Pick somewhere else.

I had a lovely time at this hotel. The animation team was golden especially Pius who got me involved with all kinds of activities. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to have a good relaxed holiday!
