I booked this with my 12 year old son. After reading some of the reviews I was really nervous. However. It's really not that bad. It's a really good 3 star. I mean, high grade 3 star. I've been to 5 star resorts and it's not on par with them but it's a really comfortable, open spacious hotel. Where is misses are things like cracks in the door frame and the carpets need replacing in the halls. But the rooms are open and spacious with air con, our view wasn't great but had beautiful sunshine in the morning. The food was interesting. Not glamours, lots of salad choices, meat changes daily, lots of vegetables. The deserts were mainly the same each day. Now... the drinks.. seriously watered down. You can knock back 4 / 5 cocktails and still be sober. The pools are freezing. Not heated. Takes ages to acclimatise but once your in they're fine. Although I'm a very cold person so I had to get out after 20 minutes even if I swam continually. The views are beautiful of the beach, the service was good. The restaurant/ buffet area was clean tidy and continuously cleaned. Chefs cooked infront of you. Soda on tap, same with wine and beer. 2 hour transfer from airport. Beach is stunning. Very windy though and can be choppy. All in all a lovely well rounded hotel. Don't be afraid.

Worm

Not as bad as reviewers say. My experience here was somewhat decent. Most of the food was good, Waiters, shopkeepers and cleaners were nice. There was a nice selection of rooms with different characteristics and some great views. Very easy to get to the beach as all you really have to do is exit through the roadside entrance, cross the road, and walk to the beach. Pools were kept clean and i had a nice time here. Overall, It was decent, and i reccomend it if you like going to the beach and relaxing at the resort.

Nice holiday, old and shabby in places. Rooms not cleaned very well, regularly needed to ask for towels and toilet rolls at reception. Asian restaurant wasn't very nice and wasn't worth booking or paying for drinks. Broken glass, empty glasses and bin bags hanging around outside rooms. Trees need trimming around paths and walkways need sweeping, just looks unkept. Food in restaurant nice, can't fault the staff. Lots of sunbed saving, so struggled to get 4 together for our family. Shame the children's pool isn't bigger. Again the staff make this hotel. Shame as it could be lovely, but needs a bit of TLC! Enjoyed our stay but won't be returning.

Unlike the resort description you're not near shops and bars, disabled access is a joke (ramps with steep inclines are NOT disabled friendly). Out of the 4 advertised bars only 1 is available most of the time with a 2nd joining it for a limited time, and never more than a couple of bar-staff working but mostly just a single person so expect long queues for drinks. Food is decent enough in the main dining area but the other advertised restaurants and snacks bars are either never open or have a poor selection. Reception staff are at best adequate but act like you're an inconvenience if you ask them any questions and in particular one yawned in my wife's face and rolled his eyes when my disabled wife asked for assistance. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Loved this hotel. There is nothing of note to complain about it. It was clean, and the room was fab with a beautiful view. Plenty of food to choose from, fresh pizzas were lovely. The swimming pool on the upper level from the bar was quiet, and we never struggled to find a sunbed!!! It catered for my mobility issues. All in all, it was a great holiday, and we will definitely return.
