Great location, but the food and drinks were poor. We chose this hotel mainly for the heated pool, but it was only slightly warmer than the unheated one and still too cold. I’ve stayed at another SBH hotel where the water was truly warm and my kids couldn’t get out of it. Here, they mostly played table tennis because the pool was freezing. I give one star only for the hard-working cleaning and restaurant staff. I’m disappointed and will probably not choose SBH hotels again.

Stayed here from 26th December to 3rd Jan. No complaints. Rooms very nice, cleaned to high standards, staff very friendly and hard working, plenty of options for food although some days it was warm and not hot. 4 pools, the one near the pool bar was the only heated one and the others were refreshing. In the summer I can imagine these being lovely.

Excellent hotel. Could not fault. Had a perfect holiday. Place is beautiful, food and drinks are great and staff wonderful. Place is spotlessly clean. Hope to be back soon. Highly recommend

Attention to room 4309 – it is a complete disaster !!! I don’t know how the other rooms are, but this one was unacceptable !!! The staff at the bar and in the kitchen were OK and friendly. Unfortunately, this was the only positive part of my stay. The manager at the entrance was absolutely not humane at all. When I arrived and asked to change the room, he did not want to discuss it in any way. I clearly explained the problems, but he showed no interest and no willingness to help. The room was a complete disaster. The window did not close properly, the room was extremely dirty, the walls were stained, the toilet was dirty, and the shower was a total disaster – unhygienic and disgusting. The sofa in the second room was in terrible condition, very dirty and clearly not cleaned for a long time. The floor was a mess, and the door was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks or even months. I had to stay seven nights in this room and I could not sleep properly at all. Every day housekeeping came, but they only mopped the floor. The water from the mop smelled horrible and made the room smell even worse. The towels were very old and smelled bad, and the bed linen was not changed even once during the entire week. I honestly do not understand how this hotel can be rated as a four-star hotel. The room(4309) I stayed in was absolutely not a four-star standard, not even close🫩Attention to room 4309 – it is a complete disaster. I don’t know how the other rooms are, but this one was unacceptable!!

It’s honestly impressive that this place is still operating, because calling it a “hotel” feels wildly optimistic. The rooms are filthy, absurdly small, and completely infested with ants. Not a few strays—an entire colony. At this point, I assume they’re part of the staff. Then there’s the genius decision to book FOUR PEOPLE into DOUBLE ROOMS, turning every room into a human storage unit. There is no space, no comfort, and absolutely no consideration for basic human decency. Somehow, even in these conditions, the ants still have more room than we do. Some rooms are so uninhabitable that part of our group has been forced to sleep OUTSIDE. Outside. Like camping. Except worse, because at least camping is intentional and usually cleaner. This entire nightmare is made even more insulting by the fact that we are only here because our flight was canceled, meaning this hotel had one job: provide basic shelter for one night. Somehow, they failed spectacularly. If you’re considering staying here: don’t. Sleep at the airport. Sleep on a park bench. Befriend the ants and ask if they have better accommodations elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
