I stayed here with my family in the beginning of August everything here was lovely! The staff here was very attentive and service was great! From welcoming you and accommodating to your needs to making sure your comfortable during your stay the staff here was always on top of it! The food is delicious too and the kitchen staff work diligently no matter how busy it gets to serve high quality food and service. The animation team was wonderful as well Sam and the whole team had daily activities planned that we looked forward to every night. Lastly the beach was superb very calm and clean and beautiful. The sand is soft and there are no rocks in the water and the water is so clean you can even see little fish swim next to you. Great resort for families 10/10 would recommend!

I stayed on March.2024 it was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed either inside Egypt or outside. Staff were very nice and smiling to you , food was good and a lot of varieties, animation team were very nice and active. Room was big, clean and comfortable, room service was very good. The beach is amazing and the pools are very clean and warm. Its very nice place i love to recommend and for sure i will come again

I'll skip on the basic stuff about the resort and give you the important infos: The food is really good and we haven't had any problem with it! But if you're from Italy just skip the pasta.. it's a bit underwhelming for us while they're trying their best. The pool and beach are well curated but mind you that any other activities or "food" the staff might try to offer will come with a surcharge even if you have the super inclusive package. Oh and also tipping, even if it's not mandatory, is a nice practice so keep some spare changes with y'all!

I'll tell you right from the start, we are a family with two children, one 3 years old and one 15 years old, we were accommodated in two rooms. I took a stay through the agency cristian tour, by the way, very good. About the resort, very ok, they have everything you need for a 5-star hotel, super ok position, enough space on the private beach, where there were 2 lifeguards at all times, and 2 others at the pool, and they weren't just in numbers, very vigilant and responsible. Another interesting aspect, the restaurant, they always had a wide variety of products, they always had the corner for sweets, the corner for salad lovers, a lot of ready-cut vegetables and sauces to choose from. Pay attention, at lunch and dinner, outside on the terrace is the grill corner, where a chef prepares a different type of very tasty dishes on the grill every day. Here in the restaurant I had the pleasure of meeting Ahmed Mahmoud, a man with a strong character, who directs the people working in the restaurant with an iron fist, very oriented towards customer satisfaction, respect.

Was a pleasant stay in a very nice place. All family enjoyed the vacation. The staff are second to none, very helpful and friendly. Everyone in this place does a great job. Rooms, cleanliness, restaurant, pool and bars Keep it up guys Always with your nice Egyptian smile
