We stayed at Sheraton Ixia during the week 25 of June, 2025, and had a very pleasant holiday as a family. The absolute highlight was the friendly and helpful staff — they truly made us feel welcome. When we had an issue with noisy neighbors, the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They offered us a new room and even moved our luggage while we were enjoying the beautiful pool area. Exceptional service! During our stay, there was a small gas leak at a neighboring hotel. Sheraton's team managed the situation impressively — the hotel manager personally kept guests informed, and it was clear that customer safety was their top priority. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection, and again, the staff stood out with their friendliness and attentiveness. While the hotel is starting to show some signs of age, everything was clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. The pools were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. Warmly recommended for anyone visiting Rhodes!

We recently spent 7 nights at Sheraton Rhodes Resort with my family, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the elegant architecture to the sweeping sea views, everything about this hotel invites relaxation and enjoyment. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view over the Aegean Sea . Also special thanks to Dimitri from the restaurant .

Just returned from a week in the Sheraton Rhodes. On arrival had expected a porter on duty to help with our luggage! Had to ask as one of our party had an injury! A tad underwhelmed by room, bland decor needs updating having experienced many 5-star hotels, this one not up to par! Buffet ok nothing special and €30 a head for the meal accompanying a bottle of house wine at €40 was excessive! We just had the one glass! Disappointing and dirty spa/restroom facilities particularly on last day with a night flight offering no hairdryers or anywhere comfortable to change. See attached image. On a positive note, pools and private beach area with pool and beach bar lovely. Staff were friendly and polite. Would I revisit, sadly not, rating in current condition warrants only 4 star in our opinion.

We had a wonderful stay! The reception staff is just amazing, very caring and always kind :) We were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite which really lifted our stay to the next level!! The property offers fantastic views over the ocean and has great facilities! Our room has been taken care of so so well! Housekeeping is doing an amazing job!!! Big thanks to Katerina and Anetta!! They are the best and work so dedicated and never hesitate to wish a lovely day and help wherever needed

Nice hotel with beautiful views. Hotel bar prices are outrageous! 10 euros for a pint!!!! Staff make the visit special, in particular Dimitris. He is a source of constant positivity and energy. A lovely, lovely man ❤️ Worth a visit just to meet him and his obsession with Manchester United!
