Our family of five is currently on our fourth day of a seven-day stay at the Sheraton Rhodes Resort, and it has far exceeded our expectations in every way (room 1124).The hotel offers fantastic pool areas, comfortable and well-maintained rooms, and quality restaurants. While the hotel shows some signs of use, the overall standard remains high.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. Whether it's the front desk, waiters, or housekeeping, everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes a huge difference. We travel frequently for both business and pleasure, and it's rare to encounter such genuinely kind and professional service.
One highlight for us has been the fitness room. Unlike many hotels, where gyms are small and often tucked away in the basement, Sheraton’s fitness center is spacious, well-equipped, and climate-controlled—definitely a major plus for those who want to keep up their fitness routines.
The hotel is conveniently located near the ocean, with a short tunnel that allows easy access to the beach from the pool area, another great feature. The breakfast is also worth mentioning, with plenty of options, including choices for those with gluten allergies and lactose intolerance.
The only minor downside has been the slow elevators, but since we're on holiday, we're in no rush, so it hasn’t been a big issue.
Overall, Sheraton Rhodes Resort has earned our highest recommendation. It’s definitely going on our "visit again" list for future trips.

A Delightful Stay at Sheraton Rhodes Resort
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Rhodes Resort and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit. The hotel is beautifully situated, providing stunning views and easy access to the beach. The staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
The facilities are outstanding, with impeccably maintained pools and a variety of dining options, each offering delicious and thoughtfully prepared meals. My room was spacious, immaculate, and boasted breathtaking views of the sea.
The atmosphere throughout the resort was tranquil and perfect for relaxation, making it an ideal retreat. I highly recommend the Sheraton Rhodes Resort and eagerly anticipate my return in the future.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights in the middle of September. The hotel is good but not beyond that. Located on the side of the island where the sea is not calm and not fun to swim in. The hotel has several impressive pools but none of them were heated and for my taste the water was too cold for swimming. The hotel has a good gym with a selection of equipment The biggest disadvantage is the elevators which are very slow and without ventilation which is really strange. Because of the shape of the hotel, it is necessary to change elevators, which is a disadvantage. The meals were fine with a not bad selection but they repeated themselves .it is a good hotel but not beyond that

Just back from a week's stay here and really enjoyed it.
The room we had was well worth the price but our friends were a little disappointed with their suite.
I thought the breakfast while being plentiful was just a little lacking in taste.
Couldn't fault the staff in any way but I honestly think the 5 star rating stretches it a bit and has the feel of a 4 star.

Beautiful Hotel with Excellent Service
My friend and I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Rhodes. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean
The Sheraton's location is truly convenient. It's close to a bus stop, making it easy to explore the island. There's a supermarket nearby for any essentials you might need.
The hotel is situated on a street filled with restaurants and souvenir shops. Additionally, it's only about a 7-minute drive from the city center.
we want to give a special and heartfelt thanks to "Katerina", who works at the reception desk . Her patience, kindness, and professionalism are truly remarkable. Katerina is exceptionally well-suited for her role, demonstrating an impressive ability to explain things clearly and thoroughly. Her helpfulness goes above and beyond - she patiently answered all our questions, provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions, and consistently did so with a warm smile. Katerina's presence significantly enhanced our stay, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our time at the hotel.
The breakfast is diverse and can be enjoyed outside with a lovely view of the pool, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.
One aspect that could use improvement is the elevator system. for example To go from the 8th floor to the pool, for instance, you need to change elevators. The wait for elevators is often quite long, especially during peak hours like breakfast time. On our last day, we faced a challenge when trying to leave for the airport. After waiting 15 minutes, we couldn't get into an elevator because they were constantly full. Our bus driver was getting impatient and almost left without us. We couldn't use the stairs due to our luggage.
