I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. When I made my reservation on I had specific expectations based on the information and promises provided by your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below those expectations. At the time of booking, I was promised an upgrade to a room near the swimming pool, which was a key factor in my decision to stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked, and the only available room had a view of a construction site and was located far from the pool. This is entirely inconsistent with the assurances given at the time of my reservation. This situation has significantly impacted my stay, as I specifically chose your hotel for the promised room upgrade and the associated facilities. I find this to be a clear breach of the service standards that a guest should reasonably expect from your hotel. Given these circumstances, I kindly but firmly request a full and free cancellation of my stay, including a refund of any charges incurred. Should a cancellation not be possible, I ask for suitable compensation, such as a room that meets the promised conditions or a partial refund of the costs. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and provide a resolution promptly. I would appreciate a written response to this complaint. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

The hotel was good overall, with the staff being particularly great—warm, friendly, and always helpful. The only downside was that the pool isn't heated, which could be a bit of a letdown on cooler days. However, the warmth and hospitality of the staff more than compensated for this, making our stay enjoyable despite that minor issue. I will most definitely come back.

Just returned from a weeks stay and I have to say, it surpassed all our expectations. The room was spacious and cleaned everyday. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Food was amazing with a great selection every night. It’s not a big hotel compared to most other hotels close by but that gave the place more of a personal feel and made you feel relaxed around the pool and dining. You are out the hustle and bustle but cheap taxis can get you where you want to be in 15 minutes, so no drama there. We will be going to Agadir again and this hotel will be our number one choice.

Lovely hotel near the beach, it’s a fair walk to restaurants etc and you’ll need a taxi to the city centre and other attractions. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable although very soft. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with lots of choice but the food at the pool bar was terrible. The only moans (other than the pool bar!) were the slow service at The Riad bar, it was practically empty both times yet took ages to be served and even longer to pay and the pool temperature which was freezing 🥶 I’d still highly recommend though
