The hotel itself is perfectly fine, and comparable with other five star resort hotels in tourist destinations around the world. My only cavils were with catering. Every one of the staff I met were friendly and charming. Sadly, however, the hotel F&B management appears to be incompetent (they’re certainly not visible). Whilst there are wonderful pastries for breakfast, there’s hardly any fresh fruit, and what there is (excluding oranges) isn’t ripe. Surprising, since there’s a souk brimming over with local fruit. Coffee service is a joke – whilst other chains have installed self-service quality coffee machines, this one relies on waiter service. You ask a waiter for a coffee, they have to walk a distance to the kitchen where (allegedly) there is only one barista for the whole restaurant, wait for a coffee to be made, then bring it back to the table – usually only half a cup, and almost always cold on arrival. When it’s busy, this can take twenty minutes, by which time I’ve had to order more from other waiters. The delays are worse for the outside pool restaurant and bar, where a beer took 31 minutes to arrive and a pizza a further 47. Not because of any staff shortage. A comment for anyone considering this hotel who happens, like us, to like exploring on foot. This hotel is located almost at the end of the “strip”, over 4km to the Marina or city centre. If I were coming again, I’d pick a hotel further North.

Beautifully kept luxury hotel with exceptional facilities, food and staff. The pool and ‘Riad’ lounge areas are stunning and the Sunday Brunch - served poolside - was world class. A truly outstanding stay at a hotel fully deserving of its 5-star rating. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

It is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Accor beds are the best in the world. You wake up like you were born again. The pool area is something out of the world. Beach access is extraordinary. But the best thing are the activities events they organize to create atmosphere. I can say it’s one of the top hotels in the world.

I’m a platinum member and I stayed there 5 nights with my 2 children in a deluxe room on top floor. I would not go for superior room. Villas look great but more expensive and there was no more suite available. We took the half board and the food served was amazing for a buffet of this size. We were truly impressed and enjoyed it a lot. Kid club was handy to leave the children

The hotel was good overall, with the staff being particularly great—warm, friendly, and always helpful. The only downside was that the pool isn't heated, which could be a bit of a letdown on cooler days. However, the warmth and hospitality of the staff more than compensated for this, making our stay enjoyable despite that minor issue. I will most definitely come back.
