It is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Accor beds are the best in the world. You wake up like you were born again.
The pool area is something out of the world. Beach access is extraordinary. But the best thing are the activities events they organize to create atmosphere.
I can say it’s one of the top hotels in the world.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. When I made my reservation on I had specific expectations based on the information and promises provided by your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below those expectations.
At the time of booking, I was promised an upgrade to a room near the swimming pool, which was a key factor in my decision to stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked, and the only available room had a view of a construction site and was located far from the pool. This is entirely inconsistent with the assurances given at the time of my reservation.
This situation has significantly impacted my stay, as I specifically chose your hotel for the promised room upgrade and the associated facilities. I find this to be a clear breach of the service standards that a guest should reasonably expect from your hotel.
Given these circumstances, I kindly but firmly request a full and free cancellation of my stay, including a refund of any charges incurred. Should a cancellation not be possible, I ask for suitable compensation, such as a room that meets the promised conditions or a partial refund of the costs.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and provide a resolution promptly. I would appreciate a written response to this complaint.
Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

The aesthetics of the hotel is beautiful upon arrival the lobby and pool area is beautiful and that’s what I think we are paying for.
The room for a 5 star hotel was very very poor the shower area didn’t look cleaned properly or the shower unit was very old the bath door the seal had gone on it and poorly maintained. The blow dryer was very low quality and if I’m being honest I was scared to use it. The TV in my opinion should be a lot bigger and have options for Netflix or YouTube etc I’ve stayed in lower star hotels and the rooms have been much better than the Sofitel. I paid £430 for 2 days and the room isn’t worth the money at all.
The staff was very lovely but a few times I was stopped and asked if I’m staying in the hotel? It made me feel as if I don’t fit the usual look of there guests.
Location isn’t the best but taxi around the city is pretty easy enough.

I’m a platinum member and I stayed there 5 nights with my 2 children in a deluxe room on top floor. I would not go for superior room. Villas look great but more expensive and there was no more suite available.
We took the half board and the food served was amazing for a buffet of this size. We were truly impressed and enjoyed it a lot.
Kid club was handy to leave the children

This place is a gem of a hotel. The location is superb and staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed here previously and had an excellent experience. Especially at soul and Zaytoun restaurants which both have huge variety of food which is excellent.
