Yes, yes, and yes. My fiance and I visited Sun Palace this past summer for my birthday and we were met with so much love, care, and warmth...and from the moment we walked in!! If you're looking to celebrate a milestone day or anything special, this is your place- the staff is special , this place is special, they make you feel special

My fiancé and I had a great week here! The service and hospitality was excellent! Of course the amenities are amazing and the views are stunning, but the staff is really what makes this place shine! Special shout out to the entertainment staff; Alan, Jesus, Pedro, Alex, and Johnathan- they made each day by the pool so much fun and we had a blast playing pool volleyball and the crazy game with them- they really go above and beyond!

My husband and I took our anniversary trip here and it was phenomenal! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Some of our favorites were Eliseo and Eric at Sweet and Coffee and Karina at the Bar! The whole resort was very clean and felt very safe! We definitely plan on returning again soon!!!

This is my favorite resort I have ever stayed at in Mexico! We are returning guests because why risk going somewhere new when I know this place has everything we’re looking for and never disappoints. The views are amazing, the beach is by far the largest and nicest on the stretch of hotels nearby. The food is delicious, I highly recommend the Thai restaurant, it is super good and everyone’s favorite. They keep it this resort spotless and the staff is extremely hospitable and make for a great experience. Even though everything about this resort is amazing, what seals the deal for me and my husband is the entertainment staff. We LOVE them!! Alan and Pedro have been here for several years and we get so excited when we see them. They definitely live up to the title of entertainment staff, they are always making the pool vibes so fun! I highly recommend booking a stay here with your significant other, it will not disappoint.
