I Stayed for 5 nights for a work trip. The welcome reception was very friendly and made a great first impression. The room amenities were adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options. I would especially like to give a shout out to the cafe staff, Ms Sophing and Mr Vathana.The warm hospitality made me feel truly at home, even while away from home .

Stunning beautiful classic property reflecting culture and history of Cambodia. Located close to Wat Phnom, an important landmark of the capital. Staff are friendly and helpful providing great support during mine and my group’s stay here. Nice breakfast with beautiful selection of food. I got a beautiful room with nice view. The receptionists, the bell service staff performed their duty very well. The only low point I would suggest is the lighting system. It’s a little complicated – how to turn on and off the lights in the room might be difficult to those who is less technical knowledge. No charing pug close to the bed. Extension cord probably needed. Overall, I had a great stay anyway 💕

One of Phnom Penh’s long-established hotels, operated by a Malaysian-owned company. Compared with many of the newer properties in the city, it carries a certain gravitas and old-world charm. There is a reassuring sense of solidity about the place. The staff are generally very pleasant and professional. They work efficiently and pay proper attention to detail. What I particularly appreciated was the smooth handling of both check-in and check-out. Guests are not kept waiting, which makes a real difference. I am not particularly fond of fixed shower heads in the bathroom, and this was one small drawback for me. The room allocated to me was clean, though the view was rather disappointing, as it looked out onto a somewhat tired and slightly shabby rear section of the property. Even so, I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Managers and staff are professional, helpful, hospitable, and kind—from the hotel accommodations to the dining/kitchen areas. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean and well‑maintained, with daily housekeeping. The food is excellent, and vegetarian options are available for both breakfast and lunch. The location is safe and secure, close to major tourist attractions and a supermarket. There’s a basement gym that opens at 5:30 a.m. and closes at 10:00 p.m., equipped with a Smith machine, treadmills, and other essential equipment.

The staff and manager here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though we had a bit of a language barrier, they never hesitated to help us and always served with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The location is convenient, close to nearby attractions and restaurants, and the area feels safe and peaceful. The breakfast offered a nice variety and everything tasted delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great service, good value for money, and we truly appreciate the hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!
