We stayed in the plush jacuzzi suites, wonderful! The rooms are quiet at night, but close enough to all the activity & restaurants during the day. Our butler, Luis, was outstanding! He made himself available 24/7 - even on his day off. He was visible around the resort all day & talked to us each & every time he saw us. He met all of our requests (& we are low maintenance) with ease & a smile. He is truly an amazing young man! The only negative to this trip was there was a takeover during the last 4 days we were there which prevented us from using all the benefits we receive as a member. (Sky bar specifically). We enjoy eating lunch up there & utilizing the hot tub & pool in that area every visit. We were not allowed to go up there at all, but reports from those involved said there were fewer than 12 people utilizing that area, but they were allowed to use all the services available to us members as a benefit. Kind of a double standard. Maybe the resort should look at the option of having the area only closed off at night to allow others to enjoy the area during the day. I know they block off areas other times for "special events" - this should be for this too.

His playful yet professional demeanor was top-notch. Together, Diego, Cowboy, and Pretty Boy made Temptation Resort not just a place to stay, but an experience to remember. Their energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to creating a fun, engaging environment for all guests took our vacation to the next level. We had an amazing stay and experience at Temptations! The food, entertainment, and facilities are top notch and we can’t wait to go back. A big shout out to our butlers Oscar and Ivan, but especially Oscar for finding my wedding ring that I accidentally forgot in the safe. Very safe place and the staff is amazing. Would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

We recently stayed at Temptation Cancún and had the most amazing experience. Our butler Vanessa was outstanding. She met us at check in and was able to help us with the most amazing room. She was very helpful with any reservations and requests. She was great at communicating and always around the resort if we needed her. We will definitely request her in future visits.

Best couples resort. Fun great food and great service. Luis our butler is the best ever. Took care of everything we needed and genuinely cares for us. Lily and Mike are great by the pool really helped us out every day. Diana found us the best messages and the spa is amazing. Javier and Jessica gave us amazing messages I highly recommend them. Manuel is amazing giving us lots of fun sports on the beach to do. Sailing is our favorite. Jerry in the premier pool bar is a great bartender. Jaun at the Asian bar is simply the best. This resort prides itself on great food, amenities, and adult loaded fun!
