Our trip was so much fun! It's a great place to let your hair down and party! Mario and Marianna were our butlers and their service was absolutely wonderful! They set up all of our dinner reservations, our Bali bed at the pool, our massages, our private table at the bash nightclub with a bottle of tequila and all the mixers. We didn't have to worry about anything! 5 star service!

We love this place! My husband and I were there for Halloween week and had so much fun. The staff are friendly and welcoming and make the experience. Samantha, the playmaker, always remembers us and stops by to say hello. This trip she taught me how to salsa. We will definitely be back.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. It truly felt like a home away from home—only better! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a special shoutout to Yamy & Leo, the absolute best butlers at Temptation Cancun Resort. They have taken care of us since our very first visit, and every time we return they make us feel completely at home. Yamy is incredibly friendly, caring, thoughtful, and attentive. She checks in with us throughout our stay, helps us with every reservation, and makes sure we always have the day's information so we're never lost or unsure. Leo is her thoughtful sidekick, whose presence makes us forget Yamy has the day off. Thanks to their guidance, our trips are not just comfortable—they truly feel like we're being treated like royalty. As premier members, we assume benefits but Yamy & Leo’s service goes above and beyond. They prepared our table & bottle service on a sold-out night (Halloween), prepared us massages and large group dinners at our favorite spots, and helped us to pull off room decorations for celebrations. They make Temptation not only feel like home but heaven! Their commitment to guest satisfaction is obvious. If you have the chance to work with Yamy & Leo, consider yourself lucky. Temptation is amazing, but they are a big part of why we keep coming back.

From start to finish, my wife and I had a welcoming and pleasurable trip here. Cancun, Mexico, holds a special place in our hearts, and so do the people we met during our stay. I want to highlight a few individuals who made our experience unforgettable: **Leo, Israel, and Jair**, the waiters in the buffet area. Every day, they greeted us with great energy, genuine smiles, and warm charm. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond our expectations. I also want to mention **Bianca and Patti** at the front desk, who gave us such a fun and friendly welcome that set the tone for our trip. The hotel and its environment are well worth the money spent. The food was overall enjoyable—while not every single dish was perfect (as with anywhere), there were plenty of delicious options to choose from. I would personally rate the food **3.9 out of 5 stars**. Overall, this was a memorable experience, and we are grateful for the wonderful staff who made it special.
