If you want an adult party this is the place! Non stop fun with staff that ensures you are having a good time.
Sales pitch can be annoying and they sucker people in right away. Just say no if you don’t want to waste time.
Rooms are not amazing but they do the job, some rooms close to the club are very very loud. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep before 5am each day.
We came as couple, loved the vibe and will be returning even if the rooms could use a bit of repair. This is the party we want with people we want.

I won't be coming back to this resort. While there is some positive qualities( mostly the people you meet here and the great parties they throw) the staff is very predatory. I feel like every chance this resort could, they would try to force upgrades and hidden fees on us. They convinced us to sit down and listen to their membership program which ended up taking 2 hours of our time and trying to sell us on buying into 5000 dollars of a future vacation package with special privileges.( when you tell them no, they treat you poorly and get upset). The bartenders, cleaning staff and restaurant service members were great and respectful. The other big problem was the amount of cameras they have on their property. They literally watch your every move. My door was accidentally left open a number of times and within 20 minutes security would be outside my room yelling at me to close my door. You can't have guests over from other hotels. Overall there was some fun elements, but I hated the big brother vibe and restrictive rules. Vacations should be fun not stressful

I recently stayed at Temptation Cancun, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and pampered. Jaun Carlos the lobby ambassador was a stand out employee. He was very welcoming and great at his job! The vibrant, playful atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for in a vacation. The rooms were modern, stylish, and kept immaculately clean throughout my stay.
The all-inclusive package was truly exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dining options that catered to all tastes. Whether I was in the mood for a casual snack or a gourmet meal, the food exceeded my expectations every time. The themed nights and entertainment were also a highlight, providing non-stop fun and energy.
The pool areas were perfect for both relaxing and socializing, with plenty of space and activities to keep everyone engaged. I also appreciated the beautiful beach just steps away from the resort.
Overall, Temptation Cancun is the perfect destination for adults looking to have a great time in a lively, friendly environment. I can't wait to return!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. All the food was great and people were so friendly. Juan Carlos from the lobby was always to helpful and friendly. He helped us with any information we needed and answered all of our questions. The resort was beautiful. We stayed in the Tower and our room service was great. We will be back soon.

Ivan butler is awesome. Took care of us for the week in March 2024. Rose Spa is great. We had several couple massages. Orque, Marcela, and Danielle were terrific. Front staff in Rose Spa are friendly and attentive to guest needs. Guest shop is nice. Staff are friendly. Overall good time.
We did have a bad encounter with some overly aggressive group of guys Kept making us uncomfortable. Would not leave us alone. Contacted security who resolved for us. So if you experience something just tell security.
