Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. My friend booked this and it did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and welcoming with a smile. Our rooms were clean and spacious with sea views. Breakfast did not disappoint too with plenty of options. There were enough sunbeds around the pools most of time. To top it off, there were free live entertainment every night! (although we only stayed in one night, it was surprisingly good). Will consider coming back again.

We recently enjoyed a five-night stay at Ibiza Twins, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Upon our early arrival at 11 AM, we were informed that our room wasn't ready yet. However, we appreciated the hospitality of the staff, who allowed us to enjoy breakfast while we waited. This small gesture set a positive tone for our trip.
The rooms at Ibiza Twins were consistently clean and tidied daily, which added to our comfort. However, we did notice that the walls were a bit thin, and we could often hear our neighbors talking, which could be distracting at times.
One of the highlights of our stay was the vibrant entertainment offered each day. The entertainment team put on shows that were both fun and engaging, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Their energy truly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
We chose the breakfast-only option, and I must say, we were glad we did. While the breakfast was decent, the food we ordered for lunch and dinner left much to be desired. We tried a few different dishes but were disappointed with the quality. On the other hand, drink prices were reasonable, mirroring what you'd find in local bars—5 euros for a beer and around 10 for a cocktail.
The hotel itself boasts a modern design with a lovely swimming pool and fantastic views, making it a perfect spot to relax. The pool area was inviting and well-maintained, providing a nice escape during the warmer parts of the day.
Overall, our stay at Ibiza Twins was great, with friendly service and a lively atmosphere. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a vibrant getaway in Ibiza.

The hotel itself is clean and beautiful. Rooms are spacious and you have a balcony. There is always entertaining in the evening but it takes to long so when you sit on the balcony it’s really noisy. The staff was friendly. Only really noisy to sleep at night ( walls are thin , and there is always somebody making noise , running down the hallway or slamming doors in the night, and by night i mean 4,5 in the morning). The breakfast is really bad, I had breakfast included but in my opinion this is not a 4 star breakfast but more a 3 star. No parking for the car. Overall it’s the location that’s the best here.

I was in Ibiza on July 16, 2024 with friends celebrating a milestone birthday. Every staff we encountered was welcoming, kind and helpful. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and the entertainment was fun. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Service was very good, food made with good ingredients and great care. The view over the sea is lovely, nice pool, gym is separate from the hotel but okay. Note you need a swimming cap for indoor pool.
I have marked down the room based on not being able to sleep. The sliding balcony doors do not seal. They have a 5mm gap that wind and sound comes through. The doors are not well fitted with a sensor riveted in the way so they will not close well. I did go to reception about this three times and they said it would be sorted. It was not and not offered a change of room.
There is a building site opposite so woken 8am with large jcbs hammering rock base and the hotels own music meant no sleep all day. Not ideal for an ibiza trip.
I suspect the gap in the door is the same in most or a number of rooms as the reception staff knew about it. They did not report back on the issue.
Shame as fitting seals and adjustment would be easy and save the hotel large amounts of money on air con costs. 🌳
Service from everyone else, restaurants, bar, cleaners etc was excellent.
NOTE THE RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW. The blasé attitude about an expensive ruined holiday says so much. They know about the issue and could sort it easily but choose not to. Total lack of care and responsibility. The doors not sealing does break fire regulations and is a real risk. DO NOT STAY HERE
