Stayed for 5 nights and had a great holiday. The hotel is really nice and very clean. We stayed all Inclusive and the food was very good, never stuck for something to eat. Location is good a 5 min (€10) taxi into ibiza town and similar for the nearby clubs. About €30 to go across the bay to San An bay. Staff were great and really helpful. Hotel is on a small beach area. The pool area is a good size and although we have the bun fight for beds, there were always some available. Lots of shade about as well. Only ever saw a bit of the evening entertainment, although saw the rehearsal in the day, but it was well produced and well worth it if you're not going out until later. Rooms are decent, bed was really comfy. My only gripe was that there wasn't any pressure on the shower, had to move round to get wet. Other than that they were fine. If you want a good base for clubbing, or just want to chill this is a great hotel.

I would suggest finding a different hotel. - the room smelled the entire stay. It starts in the bathroom and then moves over to the bed area. - there are ants all over the floor. - if you need an iron, supply is extremely limited and once they give you one, it's taken away daily and then you have to request it all over again. - food options are extremely limited. There are about only 2 restaurants located. - even with an all inclusive bracelet, they are some things you have to pay for ( such as ice cream) - the drinks are good but it is not strong if that's the type of drinks you prefer. The nice thing is the hotel is near the airport (about 10-15 minutes) and the receptionists are friendly. There is also a vending machine in case you want water or snacks.

Great hotel! The breakfast buffet is fine. Lunch we ate at the outdoor snack area and was always fantastic. Dinner buffet food was a bit of aletdown, and getting a drink with dinner is pretty much not going to happen. Service was good all servers wher happy to help and always had a smile, especially Israel that works at the snack bar she was the best! The hotel and the pool areas were always clean and tidy. We stayed in the suites the veiws are fantastic and the rooms wher clean. The location is good depending on what you're looking for, halfway between the big clubs and the old town. It's also a very short taxi to the airport. Even had a little supermarket next door. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The upper level area of the pool is fantastic. Just use your wristband to gain access and not your room key card like we did, hahaha

This place is honestly ridiculous. Despite claiming to be all-inclusive, it’s anything but. Many drinks come with extra charges, and you can’t even access certain areas of the hotel without paying an additional fee. The rooms were nice, but the bathroom and shower setup was oddly designed. Even water isn’t truly included—you get two small bottles, and that’s it. Drinking tap water isn’t a solution either—it’s lukewarm and tastes awful. The food was decent, not terrible, but nothing to rave about. The only real upside is the location—close enough to walk to the main bars and nightlife, which is convenient. But the absolute worst part? You’re not allowed to bring any non-guests onto the property. That means if you meet someone out, or even want a friend to come by for a quick drink, borrow a shirt, or hang out before going out again—forget it. Security strictly enforces this rule, regardless of the time. There’s a guard posted to make sure only registered guests enter. My friend got turned away at the door, and the doorman basically told him to screw off. It completely kills the social vibe. I get it taht its am all inclusive, but just don't pour drinks or serve food to non hotel guests (don't think you are going to bring any "friends/guests" from the bar here, they will genuinely kick them out) Overall, I would not recommend staying here. For the price, there are far better and more guest-friendly options in Ibiza. The location might be decent, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of value, restrictions, and frustrating experience.

Our stay was PERFECT 🤩. We got free upgrade from half pension to all inclusive because we were on honeymoon trip. Miryam is a very nice lady, and also Denisse was very helpful when my husband lost his wedding ring in the public toilet in the hotel, although we cannot find the ring anymore but we saw that they were doing everything they could to find the ring. The staffs were very nice and friendly. The food was amazing, the entertainment was nice. The room was super clean. Nothing to complain.
