A 5 star hotel resort right at the beach. Ample entertainment for the kids and pretty laid back atmosphere. Would recommend coming here. Why 4 stars on room and service? Small things that would make it perfect. The room is spacious and has all amenities, but feels somewhat basic and generic in terms of look and feel. It's definitely not bad, just not my taste. The service is always friendly and good, but from a 5 star hotel that charges a hefty premium on food and beverage you expect that food and/or beverages are served all together, all at the same time. We had often more than not that ordered food came at different moments, meaning we were eating in turns in stead of together. Also, drinks (cans/bottles) need to be served in coolers with this warm weather. We had a great time and it's also great they have active pool attendance that make sure slides and water activities are fun and safe for everyone - including the little kids.

We booked 2 Junior Suite swim up rooms on the quieter side for myself /Husband and 16 year old twin boys. This was perfect as they had their own space. It was also great when it was hot as you didn’t have to be out in the sun and could still swim! We ventured to the water park area once but was not for us- perfect if you have young children though! Aside of breakfast where it was busy and full of young children ( can sort of avoid this by timing it correctly) we could have been in an adult only hotel. Food and drinks were great. Loved the Talay restaurant. Location is brilliant for the beach/ shops and restaurants! The rooms were excellent and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Although the resort is almost 2 hours away from Phuket city, there were plenty of activities for the kids within the resort, and for the adults there were lots of restaurants and local food options just on the main street out of the resort. There are also conveniene stores and mini marts within walking distance. For this, the location of the resort is great. The resort has service to book day trips or activities, but there are also heaps of tour provider services on the main street as well. Breakfast was good - very helpful that the resort indicates busy/peak times for breakfast because it does get very busy. My family never experienced any issues with food or service even during the peak times on a couple of days. The highlight was the water activity/facilities that the children loved, from the slides to the lazy river - which is the reason we booked this resort in the first place, and it did not disappoint! Highly recommend for families travelling with children.

Travelled with a couples package deal so had some good meal deals etc and generous happy hours. (Very generous) Resort offers adult only pool and rooms away from the huge kids pool area overlooking the lagoon. The breakfast area also has an adult only area. Generous breakfast buffet. We went out of season so hotel was quiet and we had a lovely time. Meals were nice. There was a local long weekend and the resort was full and a bit manic in the kids area, it's a very large resort and wouldn't like to stay in peak times. Staff lovely, housekeeping amazing, so friendly and helpful. Would like to see more sustainable options , like water coolers on each floor. Glass bottles in room daily but would love to have been able to refill without buying more plastic. Overall lovely people, lovely place, but big resort.
