Fantastic from start to finish. Travelling a lot I am a judgy guest and to say there was nothing I could find any fault with is high praise. Didn’t put a foot wrong from the moment we entered through check-in through the room with butler service through the meals we had. Old school quiet elegance everywhere. As usual with all the world class hotels it’s the staff that makes the difference. Everyone deals with you with calm quite capable confidence. Checkin seamless and was actually pleasurable. That’s saying something. Room full of old school charm. Butler service for tea and coffee is a lovely touch. We are early to bed and didn’t hear a peep of noise at any stage during the day or night. Villa Tuscany food really excellent and staff a credit to the hotel. Enjoyed the evening saberage of sparkling NA wine, a tradition in every St Regis worldwide since 1904. Two pools, loads of great restaurants, cigar bar. Bravo

My stay was a beautiful surprise. What really stood out was the consistency across all service touchpoints. Compared to many hotels I’ve stayed in, every interaction with the staff felt effortless and genuinely polite, people proactively checked in on how my stay was going, even in small moments like sharing a lift, with a real sense that they cared about the experience being perfect. When I asked for a late check-out, there was no sense of “we’re doing you a favour” or discussion of extra costs, within seconds I was told it would be absolutely fine. The thoughtful complimentary details in the room, along with the quality and variety of the breakfast, were above what I usually find in similar hotels. Overall, it was a very pleasant surprise and truly surpassed my expectations. The décor speaks beautifully to the local culture, and even those who typically prefer more modern-style hotels would appreciate it. Quality well above expectations, and the location is perfect.

I had a wonderful a night stay at the St. Regis last Wednesday, and everything exceeded my expectations. The sea view was absolutely beautiful and made the stay even more special. I was greeted around 4 p.m. by a very sweet and attentive gentleman from the concierge with his proffesional uniform white dress (I’m sorry I forgot his name), who immediately made me feel welcome. At the reception, Onno from Myanmar explained every detail clearly and professionally excellent service. I also met Aqib, who was very attentive and helpful, and Zayar from IRD who was absolutely amazing. His service was fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. Annas from housekeeping was very attentive as well, checking in from time to time to see if I needed anything. At the Terrace on the Corniche, Rani was very warm, friendly, and attentive. During breakfast, Nilam provided cool and excellent service, and the food was absolutely amazing. I loved the atmosphere it was relaxing and elegant. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience, I truly enjoyed my stay.

⸻ We had an amazing experience at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi thanks to Bhaskar. His exceptional service and warm attention to our daughter truly made our stay special. He went out of his way to make her feel happy and cared for, and she absolutely adored him — she had a brilliant time because of his kindness. The service throughout the resort was quick, everything was clean, and the food was delicious. But it was Bhaskar’s thoughtful approach and genuine hospitality that really stood out. We are truly grateful and look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful family stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi. The location on the Corniche is beautiful and convenient - close to restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful and right by the beach. Check-in was seamless, and Ms. Daria and the butler team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The Nation Riviera Beach Club is excellent, with a lovely beach, a kids’ pool, and a cozy kids’ club that our children loved. The rooms were elegant with stunning sea views, though the suite could be more spacious. Breakfast and dinner were great, and overall service throughout the hotel was warm and professional. A fantastic choice for families visiting Abu Dhabi - we’ll definitely be back!
