From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the staff was pleasant and professional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, making it perfect for a family trip! Our room came with complimentary snacks, which was a nice touch after a long flight. Our butler, Mina, has been absolutely amazing, greeting us by name and always being so attentive. He goes out of his way to make everything effortless. His kindness, attention to detail, and warm smile and presence make a significant difference. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about enhancing your experience every single time!!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and it was by far the best hotel experience I've had. The customer service was exemplary; the staff were attentive and accommodating. The room was not only clean but also comfortable, equipped with more than enough amenities to make my stay enjoyable. The gym is particularly noteworthy, boasting more equipment than most hotels I've visited. I was also very impressed with the decor and design of the hotel, which showcased great attention to detail and added to the overall luxurious feel. The food was divine, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier hospitality experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. The ambiance was amazing and the staff had great customer service. We enjoyed the breakfast that was served in the restaurant in the mornings. Very good. Would highly recommend you have breakfast there. We also enjoyed our room with the view. Great toiletries are included in the room as well as a lovely tub for your convenience. The one thing I would say that was a little bit of an inconvenience was the elevator. Not an extremely big inconvenience but just plan ahead. The location was great and it was near a lot of the city's must-see tourist sites! Highly recommend you stay 10/10.

My stay here was truly impeccable. I've stayed at a lot of luxury hotels and usually what makes the difference between a 4 star and 5 star experience is hidden in the details. My experience was full of the little details that mean so much to me: great service and empathy, they pressed my shirts for meetings, left a plate of fruit in my room, allowed me to check out late and leave my bags in my room. Here I felt I was truly taken care of. And I can see how hard everyone works to make that possible.

The experience were exceptional. From the check in were employees were waiting me with full details. To the butler service they have were dedicated employee is helping you during your stays is exceptional shout out to the amazing Egyptian butler “Mena” he was amazing and showed the real hospitality.
