Very much it’s full 5 stars. This was my first time staying in this hotel but it didn’t disappoint! It’s in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful, bathroom fully covered in marble! We only had breakfast 1 day which was Sunday when they do breakfast until 3 which was very handy. All you can eat buffet with eggs to order. Pool at hotel is shaded most of the day but the pool at the beach club was great. Again friendly staff and swim up pool bar. We had lunch a couple of times at the pool bar and food was good and most at reasonable prices. There is also a private beach if this is your preference. Final note, where possible sign up to Marriott and book directly, you get extra discount. Also don’t leave without checking out the Cigar lounge behind the downstairs bar!

Our stay was perfect in every way. Special thanks to Navoda and Vina for their outstanding service! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our experience unforgettable, and they truly succeeded. The room was amazing, the breakfast was fantastic (especially the extended hours until 3 PM on Sundays!), and the service was exceptional—a rarity these days. The hotel also features great restaurants and a lovely beach area, easily accessible via an air-conditioned tunnel. I wouldn't choose to stay at any other hotel in the UAE. Thank you to the whole team!

We stayed at The St. Regis Hotel for our first visit to Abu Dhabi, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The room and hotel facilities were modern, impeccably clean, and maintained to a high standard. The beach and pool areas were fantastic—ideal for relaxation and family fun. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming, creating a genuinely hospitable atmosphere throughout. Special mention goes to Nadeem at the front entrance, who greeted our son with open arms and a big smile every time—such a heartwarming gesture. The standout, however, was the butler service provided by Akhshay and his team. From thoughtful surprises like sweets, cakes, and fruit left in our room, to their 24/7 availability via WhatsApp for anything we needed—they made everything feel effortless and personal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend St. Regis to other families. It’s a luxurious, family-friendly haven that we’d gladly return to.

From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the staff was pleasant and professional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, making it perfect for a family trip! Our room came with complimentary snacks, which was a nice touch after a long flight. Our butler, Mina, has been absolutely amazing, greeting us by name and always being so attentive. He goes out of his way to make everything effortless. His kindness, attention to detail, and warm smile and presence make a significant difference. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about enhancing your experience every single time!!

We had a wonderful stay with our 1.5 year old. Amazing service and really comfortable room and bed. The pool area in the beach club is lovely, we were always able to find beds and the kids pool with slide was just the right level for our child to be able to enjoy. The water is very warm so good for young kids. Special thanks to Rihanna in the kids club who was amazing - kind and so creative! I would say the kids club is best for younger children, maybe 5 and under. Thank you for a memorable trip.
