  • A 3-course a la carte dinner at Kangan or Mystique Restaurant, Bar & Lounge (7pm to 10pm, a supplement applies for items not included in the all-inclusive programme)
  • MUR 1,000 credit per person at Fusion (Dinner: 7pm to 10pm)
  • MUR 1,000 credit, per person on theme nights at Beach Grill (Dinner: 7.30pm to 10pm)

The location is absolutely stunning! The staff was amazingly friendly, the food was delicious and the deco was so so beautiful! Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room clean as well!! A special thank you to Kavi, Jameel, Chris, Lebon, Yoan, Vedou, Nass and Dylan they are all such exceptional hosts!! Will definitely visit again as we made friends that’s are now our family!! I really didn’t want to leave!! Keep up the 5 star treatment you guys are just the best!! 💖💐🤗

We stayed at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort for 1 week in November. Overall it was a great time, and we had a nice week. I would say this is a very good 4 star or a very low 5 star hotel for the following reasons: Pros - Very beautiful location, right on the water with several beach access points. Clean and bright property. - Large room, comfortable bed - Easy parking - Diverse breakfast buffet - Kind and helpful hotel staff - Efficient and skilled cleaning staff Cons - Slightly run down room with broken toilet paper holder, little rusty looking in the corners. - Staff don't quite reach 5 star standards yet. Could have better personalized care. Had some delays and forgetfulness around requests. Some individuals were brilliant, others not as much. Saw some staff members playing video games in the games room on break I'm assuming. Good enough for 4 star hotels but not fully at 5 star level. This Westin is a great vacation property but not fully on a 5 star level yet. But don't let that stop you from enjoying a holiday here.

Beautiful hotel with great customer service. We visited from 31st Aug to 8th Sept. The staff was so welcoming and helpful with our luggage. Concierge assisted us in planning a few trips while we were out there. We enjoyed relaxing at the hotel and beach and went out to snorkel a few times which was included in our package. The food was great with some options to al carte restaurants on prem as well. They were kind enough to give us a room upgrade and we had a king and queen size beds in our room which were fantastic. My only comment would be the beach side of the restaurant could do with a fresh coat of paint just to give it a fresh look.

I had my honeymoon here in October 2024. The staff are absolutely incredible and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as perfect as it can be. We had dinner at Mystique, Kangan, and Grill de la Plage which were all fantastic meals, but you could easily just go to the buffet every night as the variety and quality is the best I've ever experienced. We went to the spa for 5 treatments between us and they were so relaxing and brilliant. The resort was very clean and beautiful. Some of the individuals that stood out as being very key to our positive experience were: - Roshan for greeting us and recommending activities for each day - Reshmi for cleaning our room immaculately - Adam for his delicious breakfast juices - Soonita for waiting / serving during breakfast and dinner We will go back for another visit!
