Wow, we had a wonderful 7 nights All Inclusive at the Westin Turtle Bay. We were waited on attentively throughout.
One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the activities. And there was lots to do; from snorkelling, sailing, paddle boarding, canoeing, aqua fit and a well equipped gym and wellness centre!
That being said it’s a wonderful place to sit and do nothing, which we did a lot of too!
We only left the resort once to go deep sea fishing. A lot of sea excursions can be booked from the boat house.
There’s a vast array of delicious food and drinks, we ate a lot at the Beach Grill. But all the restaurants serve lovely food and various theme nights.
In the early evening at Mistique bar there was some great music to watch the sunsets.
Our room led right out on to the pool, which was serviced at least twice a day with new towels, mini bar and anything else you needed!
It was a truly magical week.
The staff play such a huge part in it, unfortunately I can’t remember all of them but be sure to meet;
Nemeh: very friendly water fitness instructor who got us involved in a lot of activities
Aartee: serving us at Mistique and making sure our wine of choice was chilled to perfection
Aayisha, Renoo and team: at the Beach Grill making sure we were wined and dined every day at the idyllic location.
Would highly recommend and thank you to all the team for a wonderful stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Westin Turtle Bay Resort in Mauritius, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
The food was absolutely divine. Every meal was a treat, with a variety of delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented dishes. Whether it was the international buffet or the local Mauritian specialties, each bite was packed with flavor and quality.
Entertainment at the resort was equally impressive. We were treated to a fantastic range of activities, from live music to cultural performances, keeping us entertained throughout our stay.
And the view—wow! The resort is set in a stunning location with breathtaking vistas of the turquoise waters and lush greenery. Waking up to such beauty every day made our trip even more magical.
I highly recommend Westin Turtle Bay Resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. The combination of great service, delicious food, lively entertainment, and an incredible view makes it a top choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated, echoing a sense of luxury and comfort that made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a relaxing and hassle-free experience. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's Indian restaurant. The cuisine was authentic and delicious, offering a wide range of vegetarian dishes that catered to various tastes. The ambiance of the restaurant enhanced the dining experience, making each meal something to look forward to.

Welcoming and send off are extraordinary. Not all are receptive. People are friendly and would help but they are not that punctual. Saw people sleeping in the reception and no one attended my calls. Sometimes I had to call 3 times for around 2 hrs only to waste my time. Manager was rude at breakfast counter warning a server for helping us with fruit bowl. Atmosphere is cozy and serene. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. Cozy and serene environment with great beach side view and private beach with sitting. Jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath are complementary. Mauritian spa is extraordinary. Room service is very poor, infact worst. Had to call them for each and every replacement, even for the water bottles. A room service guy plucked the tv plug and we couldnt watch youtube for a week, other room service guy have taken away the complementary wine bottle. No valuables are lost, luckily. Extremely poor hygiene with flies throughout the breakfast period and area almost every day that we dined.
On overall perspective, its a decent place to stay, rest and relax.
