The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa all-inclusive package (from November 1, 2022) includes the following:
- Buffet breakfast at Seasonal Tastes (6.30am to 10.30am)
- Grab and Go option at Seasonal Tastes (10.30am to 11am)
- Lunch at Beach Grill or Mystique Restaurant, Bar & Lounge (12noon to 3pm)
- Dinner buffet at Seasonal Tastes (7pm to 10.30pm)
- A 3-course a la carte dinner at Kangan or Mystique Restaurant, Bar & Lounge (7pm to 10pm, a supplement applies for items not included in the all-inclusive programme)
- MUR 1,000 credit per person at Fusion (Dinner: 7pm to 10pm)
- MUR 1,000 credit, per person on theme nights at Beach Grill (Dinner: 7.30pm to 10pm)

Spent our 7 night honeymoon here last week and it was fabulous. Service was top class. Food was amazing and of best quality. Rooms were huge, clean and spacious. Managers knew you by your name and made you feel at home. I would definitely recommend and return to this resort.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Turtle Bay Resort, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, surpassing our expectations with their warm hospitality.
The resort offers a variety of great food options, including some delicious Indian cuisine, which was a delightful surprise. The diverse menu catered to all tastes and ensured that every meal was a memorable one.
Additionally, the resort provides a wide range of activities to keep guests entertained. We particularly enjoyed the snorkeling and kayaking opportunities, which allowed us to fully appreciate the beautiful surroundings.
Overall, I highly recommend the Westin Turtle Bay Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The combination of excellent service, fantastic dining options, and exciting activities makes it a standout destination.

Beautiful resort, peaceful beside the sea, no matter the type of weather. Well-maintained resort. All restaurants in scenic locations. Mehfooza at the Beach Grill stood out the most. Our room was amazing, right at the sea and a complimentary bottle of champagne was delivered on our first evening. It seemed most rooms in the resort had a sea view. Generally, staff were very friendly and always greeted us around the resort, from restaurant staff, to gardeners, to concierge.
Just a few points that would elevate this resort even further.
Whilst I highly rate the resort as a whole, I would say the food was 6/10, I ate in 6 restaurants on the resort, and this was consistent across all restaurants for breakfast and dinner, on all occasions.
Whilst our room and the view was amazing and very spacious, it was located at the end of the resort, beside a public beach, with much less security compared to other resorts in Mauritius. Some local hawkers walked right past the patio doors to our room (as opposed to on the beach). This wouldn’t be allowed in many resorts.
Additionally, when we visited the spa (with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi), we were quite underwhelmed. We were given a 30 minute slot, but no one checked the facilities first. The sauna was completely cold,nasty was the whirl pool.
Last point, the 2 pools at the resort were built very well. However, they were mostly empty. My opinion is that this is due to pool temperatures. We were told that the main pool is 30°C. However, it was very very cold. As someone who spends most if the rime in the pool, I barely got in. We reported this to the reception, who said they’d check and get back to us, but we didn’t hear anything and the pool temperature stayed the same.

I recently stayed at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort in Mauritius, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The resort offers a wonderful blend of luxury, comfort, and scenic beauty, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway.
Initially a corner room was provided and we requested to change it and it was changed.
The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and provided a serene environment to unwind in. However, there was a noticeable smell in the room upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. I called housekeeping to address the issue, and they responded promptly to resolve it. Although this was the only drawback of the room itself, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience.
A point worth mentioning, however, is the reception’s attitude, which seemed a bit biased towards foreign tourists. As an Indian guest, I felt that we didn’t receive the same level of warmth or attentiveness as some of the other international guests. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did leave a slightly negative impression during check-in and other interactions at the front desk.
On a brighter note, the resort’s Indian restaurant was undoubtedly a highlight of the stay. The food was outstanding, offering a variety of authentic dishes that were rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable—the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a delightful dining experience. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel special and valued.
The evening views were absolutely stunning. Watching the sunset over the bay while surrounded by the resort’s lush greenery created a tranquil and picturesque setting. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the natural beauty of Mauritius.
Despite the minor issues, my stay at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort was exceptional overall. The combination of comfortable accommodations, incredible food and service, and breathtaking views made for a memorable vacation. I would recommend this resort to anyone seeking a luxurious stay in Mauritius, while hoping they improve their hospitality towards all guests.

Wow, absolutely paradise we loved everything about the resort, the most efficient staff and fabulous location. The facilities, food selections and customer service was absolutely top notch 5 star experience. A very heartfelt thanks to the manager on duty Jameel and Yogi Nivedita for making our stay and anniversary and birthday especially special we will never forget your kind gestures and very wonderful treatment. We enjoyed the sea view birthday room with champagne for our anniversary aswell and the absolutely most profound sound healing and yoga that we never forget. God bless. This resort is an absolute stunner :) paradise on earth, best sunset over the ocean in world. The food at kangaan and mystique and the buffet land and sea night was fantastic. Thanks to the management at kangaan for making My birthday so special we really appreciate all your efforts the prawn curry was the best in the world. The staff are the stars in this show for sure, customer services standards like no other in the world. Keep up the fantastic work
