  • Lunch at Beach Grill or Mystique Restaurant, Bar & Lounge (12noon to 3pm)
  • Dinner buffet at Seasonal Tastes (7pm to 10.30pm)
  • A 3-course a la carte dinner at Kangan or Mystique Restaurant, Bar & Lounge (7pm to 10pm, a supplement applies for items not included in the all-inclusive programme)
  • MUR 1,000 credit per person at Fusion (Dinner: 7pm to 10pm)
  • MUR 1,000 credit, per person on theme nights at Beach Grill (Dinner: 7.30pm to 10pm)
  • All local drinks and spirits along with a complimentary afternoon tea daily (3.30pm to 5pm) at Mystique Restaurant, Bar & Lounge

I recently spent a weekend at this hotel, and it was an incredible experience! The service was truly first-class, with staff who were welcoming, attentive, and eager to accommodate every request. The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of dishes made from the finest ingredients—absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and provided a perfect setting for relaxation. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a relaxing and hassle-free experience.One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's Indian restaurant. The cuisine was authentic and delicious, offering a wide range of vegetarian dishes that catered to various tastes. The ambiance of the restaurant enhanced the dining experience, making each meal something to look forward to. The customer service at the Westin Hotel was exemplary. The staff were attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and satisfied. Their professionalism and friendliness were consistent throughout my stay. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent dining, and superb customer service makes this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Mauritius. Beautiful hotel, large variety of restaurants and good food choices. The service was incredible, all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were very well looked after by Vikesh at the beach grill. Not a ton of entertainment in the evenings, but the live music in the retreat bar was always good. We will definitely return again!

For what I paid, I decided to put in a bad review. Which, is a shame because the place is anyone's dream. I stayed with my family and it was a catastrophe from the beginning counting the fact that the hotel has 5 stars. The food is not bad, it is varied and you have a lot of choice, but it is dirty. I found cockroaches in the 'salad and spiders in the salad dressing several times. Cleanliness in the rooms was a disaster, for two days in a row I used the same towel because the police women did not clean the room. The hotel people repeatedly rang insistently in the room despite the fact that I put on the do not disturb tag. Sure, they may seem like small things, but with what I paid, the service was bad. I absolutely do not recommend the hotel because with the price it offers you can enjoy your vacation in a better hotel.

Spent our 7 night honeymoon here last week and it was fabulous. Service was top class. Food was amazing and of best quality. Rooms were huge, clean and spacious. Managers knew you by your name and made you feel at home. I would definitely recommend and return to this resort.
