First the basic review. We went to tusan beach resort. And the room service was good and the food was good too. Information. We understand that there is no season in February. And we stayed there for 6days.From 16 to 22 February. (Basically 15 February on the airplane) Next the indoor swimming pool. The hotels indoor swimming pool was freezing cold for the first 2 days, but then we went to the guest relations room then the pool got warmer.(FINALLY) Next the room service. The room service is fantastic 😍. The cleaners who work at Tusan beach resort , actually work so hard,so we gave some money. Finally the result of the hotel!!!!! It was not family friendly 😭 😭 😔.

We stayed in Tusan hotel for an week. Food and room service was amazing. Top of the level. But, inside swimming pool was freezing cold .we went to the guest relation room for let them know every day, but they just turn on warm water in the swimming pool only when we arrived. They just said technical problems... What a joke.... We understand that we come when there is not a session, but at last warm swimming pool should be able, for make a kids entertainment. We stayed in the hotel from 15th to 22nd of February. All hotel was full of the guests, but just 2 nights we had it Piano and violin entertainment. There wasn't any other activities for kids. Kids gets bored all week long. In the beginning in the restaurant asked to us for pay extra money for coffee and tea even we were All-inclusive. We went before in other holidays and nowhere we didn't pay extra for sauna, but in Tusan aksed for 15min €5. We spend so much money, but absolutely wasn't worth it. And is not 5*hotel.more than 3*we can't give it.

Rooms ok, however bathrooms smell absolutely vile!! ! Reception staff and restaurant staff rude! FOOD Awful and flys everywhere!!! We lived on pizza & chips! Animation staff are outstanding 5* for them and totally made our holiday!! The view from balcony is outstanding! Good beach location! Could be amazing if changes made

**Review for Tusan Resort:** I recently stayed at Tusan Resort, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I wasn't expecting a 5-star resort, but this place doesn’t even deserve a 2-star rating. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the conditions were unacceptable. The resort was filthy. The food was awful—so bad, in fact, that both my mother and mother-in-law, along with myself, ended up suffering from food poisoning. It's alarming to see how often food poisoning is mentioned in the recent reviews. We were served meat that was raw in the middle, and it seemed like we were eating reheated leftovers day after day. The salads were dirty, the fruit was rotten, and the desserts were inedible. Additionally, getting a plate, cutlery, or glasses was a challenge, as they often ran out. The pool was small and filthy, and there were no chairs available during our entire ten-day stay. Our room was old, with a lingering stench of sewage that made it unbearable. I am beyond angry that we spent nearly £5,000 for such a disaster of a holiday. I truly believe that any positive reviews for this place are likely from staff members trying to boost its image. No one in their right mind would leave a good review for Tusan Resort. It desperately needs to be closed down, and I hope Jet2 is held accountable for selling this place to unsuspecting customers. Avoid this place at all costs!
