I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! I was initially a bit unsure, especially since we stayed right after Thanksgiving on a weekday, and the price was only $85 a night. But it exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the building is designed to resemble a fidget spinner—a fun and unique touch I hadn’t noticed before. One of the coolest features was the robot that delivers special requests, like towels, right to your room. We didn’t use it, but it’s such a clever and innovative idea. Our room was fantastic—comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. I also really appreciated the early park access, which made our visit even smoother. Another highlight was the rooftop bar. The experience of enjoying a drink while taking in the stunning views was truly memorable. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

The team members at this hotel are some of the nicest around. They are always kind and smiling. You can tell they truly like to work there. Love the layout of the rooms. You are never that far away from the elevator no matter what floor or location down the halls. Urban pantry really gives you a wide variety of great foods at a reasonable price. Can't wait to go back.

I cannot begin to say how impressed I was with the amazing staff and hotel accommodations during my stay. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. I have never received real-time text messages from a hotel that checked on their guests prior to their check-in time. The ambience was modern, tranquil and the room was very clean. My family loved the smart tablet features and chatting with Relay the robot! The staff also sent me a birthday that they signed. On my next visit, I will be sure to check out the rooftop bar and play the cool games near the pool. Aventura is just a wonderful place to stay! ❤️❤️

Stayed here on a Thursday night in January for my birthday. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with any information we needed. Additionally, the water taxi was only a few minutes walk away from the hotel, and is 100 percent worth it. Everything was clean, and for a fair price considering it was off peak time.

My husband & I were very pleased with this hotel. It was modern & sleek & offered a variety of food options during our stay. We took their shuttle to Universal which saved us money on parking. The room was very clean & seemed new! Staff treated us wonderfully & felt like friends. Overall a wonderful experience.
