Stayed here for 8 nights during. Great location to Universal studios. We got upgraded to a high floor with a view of the parks which was nice. Rooms aren’t huge but they are very nice. We got pizza one night from the restaurant in the lobby and we very impressed. Very convenient to have a Starbucks in the lobby. Only utilized it once but a very nice touch. If you’re looking for a more adult forward hotel at universal this would be the place. Not fancy but had all the amenities a luxury hotel would have.

I booked a skyline room with two queen beds on the 10th floor. I was expecting a higher floor, but their was still a good city view. The hotel is next to the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, which has the biggest pool in all of Universal Hotels, so that was a good amenity. Water taxi to city walk, and shuttle buses everywhere. Overall was a good stay. P S. The Hogwarts Express was definitely no worth it.

The layout of the queen deluxe room was great. Each bed had a nightstand on each side of the bed, which is very unusual, but I’m loving it. There’s no carpet in the rooms, which is a huge plus! The hotel is smaller than the others and therefore was easier to get around, and no waiting forever for an elevator. Food at Urban Pantry was excellent! The rooftop bar was so much fun, and the staff/servers were great. This is our new favorite Universal hotel. We do several “staycations” a year at Universal and this resort was quiet and clean.

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for two weeks and I cannot say a bad word about this place. The staff were all so helpful and friendly and the food selection is fantastic and great quality. There are shuttle buses to the universal resorts every 15 minutes and it’s only a short bus ride to CityWalk. The back gate access to Volcano bay is amazing, as you walk through the back gate you walk straight into the security section and within 2 minutes you are already in the park. We did not hire a car and we used Uber’s to visit Disney parks which was a 17 minute drive from the hotel to each Disney park. The location is perfect and the hotel was very clean. We will most definitely be rebooking this hotel for our next visit to Orlando.

We had a great time in the Aventura Hotel. We arrived early and the personal was able to give us our rooms right away. (I know check in is at 4pm but is a great perk when the room is ready at 10am with no extra charge) The only con is they don't do room service everyday... we learned it was every other day when we arrived at 11pm after a whole day at Epic and had no clean towels 😬 Everything else was good.
