Horrible experience. All they care about is money. Staff are rude. No one there speaks good English. Half of them don’t understand it. They’ll charge you extra if you don’t leave your room on time. Even if it’s 10 minutes. There were bugs and insects constantly in my room. The rooms are outdated. There’s better resorts than this one. The only good thing was maybe the beach but otherwise everything about the actual resort was horrible and I wish I never came here. The food was mediocre. Most days the food is super dry and hard to chew. Especially their chicken. Save your money and use it towards a better resort. There’s tons of resorts nearby with the same beautiful beach. Please don’t waste your money here

A Slice of Paradise – Highly Recommend Vista Sol Resort! We’ve been traveling for over 20 years, and Vista Sol Resort in Punta Cana is one of the best places we’ve stayed. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. While many of the staff don’t speak English fluently, everyone goes out of their way to help, and communication is never an issue. The food here is absolutely incredible – so much variety and everything is delicious. We especially loved the Italian and Mexican restaurants, which offered amazing dining experiences. The beach is simply breathtaking – soft white sand, crystal-clear waters, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Overall, Vista Sol exceeded our expectations. With its beautiful setting, amazing food, and warm hospitality, it’s a destination we’d happily return to. Highly recommend!

Spent 2 amazing weeks at Vista Sole at the end of March beginning of april 2024. Resort was super easy to navigate clean. Food was great. Loved the size of the resort. Very easy access to everything.Resort grounds very well kept. I definitely didn't base my vacation on others negative reviews. And I'm so very happy I didn't. We went with ZERO expectations. And certainly was way better than expected. I was showing my mom the Resort while we were there and they ended up booking a trip to vista only months later. They also loved it!! Very quite and relaxing. Couldn't have asked for a better time,exactly what we needed. Would definitely return.

Beach was absolutely beautiful. Pools, food, service was excellent. Quick 15 minutes from airport. Rooms could use updating, especially beds and bedding. We stayed in swim up rooms. Excellent week. Burgers, pizza, fries, hotdogs and buffet was excellent. Didn't bother with or feel the need for A la carts.

We just returned from a week at Vista Sol and had a wonderful time! Pros: - amazing beach - friendly staff members - pretty good service - great entertainment - overall clean - some of the food is really good (at select restaurants) - great for kids Cons: - some of the rooms are not updated and are definitely showing their age - beds are hard, pillows lumpy - buffet foods repetitive and not all great, but there are some good finds - not all restaurants have bars so you can only choose from beer or wine - a few staff members were not great with customer service Overall, I would definitely return to this resort! It is not anything fancy but we had a wonderful time none the less. 🙂
