Vogue Hotel Bodrum, not recommended Stay, early August 2025, about €800 per night Overall rating, 2 out of 5 stars I genuinely do not understand the many positive reviews. Price and quality are completely out of balance. This does not feel like a five star hotel. Check-in and welcome Cold reception with no explanation or warm welcome. I was handed a key card and told to go outside to show my room number to the bellman so he could bring my luggage. At this price point the front desk should coordinate this. Staffing Far too few staff for such a large property. Long lines, constant waiting, little oversight. Room on arrival The room was not clean. Used towels on the floor. In the bathroom there were used items, like body lotion. At the desk I was told the room “shows as clean in the system.” No apology, no gesture, just a cleaner sent up. Very poor first impression. Sleep and hygiene After cleaning I tried to sleep, but there were 9 to 10 mosquitoes in the room. I spent a long time killing mosquitoes before I could lie down. Unacceptable. Air conditioning and maintenance AC issues in the lobby, restaurant and my room. In my room the ceiling had been opened and covered with metal grates as a temporary fix. Result, loud machine noise and poor sleep. Curtains were hung sloppily, with sheers and drapes in the wrong order. Lobby service Waited around 30 minutes for a simple coffee. Again, too few staff for too many guests. Value for money €800 per night is not justifiable for this level of quality. Service, cleanliness and maintenance do not match the price. Conclusion Two stars, and that is generous. Not worth the money. Absolutely not recommended.

Here’s the translation into English: --- I chose the hotel for my 4-year-old child. The daytime area with slides is truly spectacular, as is the beach area. The food is good. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, both in the common areas and in the rooms. We don’t make much mess, but it’s as if the staff never came through the room. Cleaning cloths left lying around (more than once), sand in the bathroom, etc. They gave us bathrobes for one day, then took them away completely—probably to punish us. The hotel has golf carts to take you between the accommodation and the reception (the distances are quite long for a child). We never managed to catch one, even after waiting for half an hour. The staff seem to know nothing about anything, even though there’s a concierge, client relations, and a reception. When you ask something, you’re sent to someone else. Eighty percent of the employees are frowning or arguing with each other. There’s a secluded beach with a Greek restaurant (within the resort) where, if you tip, everything is wonderful—you actually feel like you’re on vacation. But only there. The evening area is also colorful and suitable for children of all ages. The hotel was probably wonderful once, but the staff ruined it. I don’t recommend it—or at least not for anyone expecting four-star service for this kind of money.

The hotel staff at the pool, the restaurants and the butlers are very friendly and attentive. However, the receptionist and concierge tried and kept trying to rip me off in room upgrades and transportation. Don’t use the concierge transportation its 10 times more expensive than normal taxis and they keep insisting of paying cash all the time!!! The rooms are nice. I loved that the service inside the hotel is amazing given that its all inclusively free. Great food at the buffet. Overall experience was nice especially for my kids because it is a great place for all ages especially kids.

Very, very beautiful hotel. The staff are amazing, helpful, very good attitude, nice people. The hotel manager is a very humane person. The rooms are very clean, of a high standard. Highly recommended. We enjoyed ourselves very much. There is no doubt that we will come back for many more 🙏

Unfortunately, my stay was far below expectations. • Cleanliness: The rooms were not very clean also not well maintained, and the buffet area (tables, dishes, cups, and chairs) was also not well cleaned. • Services: The minibar fridge did not cool properly. Luggage service was extremely slow — I had to call several times and eventually went myself to get assistance. • Staff & Reception: The reception staff pressured me to write a 5-star review on the spot and even submitted it themselves, which felt very unprofessional. Guest Relations was the worst part: unfriendly, unhelpful, poor English skills, and no effort to communicate or satisfy guests. • Personal Experience: My child lost his sandal at the wave pool under our sunbeds we come back from the pool we couldn’t find it, and when we reported it to guest relations and Lost & Found, the staff were indifferent and made no effort to help. The only positive aspect was the Candy Land kids’ area, which my children enjoyed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.
