Wanted to thank Juan at the front desk for such an easy check-in. He was very professional and answered all my questions. During my lengthy stay, my room specialist, India and Pasha were fabulous. My room was always clean and loved my fresh flowers. There are plenty of food options in the hotel, along with a great happy hour. Even though not much time was spent at the hotel, it was nice to come back every evening to a nice refreshed room.

Overall, our experience at this hotel was excellent. Everything was well-prepared and presented, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The quality and speed of the service were also impressive, adding to the overall positive experience. Ms. Christine, the receptionist, was particularly noteworthy for her exceptional service. She facilitated our check-in process smoothly and responded to our needs generously and professionally. Her assistance made our stay unforgettable and comfortable. I highly recommend dealing with her in the future for an enhanced hotel experience. A notable advantage of this hotel is its proximity to all Yas Island attractions, which are only a few minutes’ drive away. This makes it incredibly convenient for visitors looking to explore the area’s many highlights. However, there was a minor downside: the hotel couldn’t provide interconnected rooms, despite our request during booking, which we wanted for close supervision of our kids. This seems to be subject to availability, and it’s something to keep in mind if this setup is crucial for your stay.

Amazing hotel. Very nice and stylish. Staff are supportive. The rooms started to age and probably will require renovation soon. I requested connected rooms in my booking but unfortunately did not get it. The breakfast buffet is nice and full of options. Special thank to Kevin from Ecuador in the breakfast buffet. He is so kind, friendly and keen to provide any help with a smile on the face.

Wonderful hotel with nice modern decoration. Large rooms and very comfortable beds. The breakfast is so lovely and very well managed by the hotel staff during peak time. It is close to all them parks and it has Yas express bus stop. The hotel is on the Formula circuit. The coffee in the cafe in the lobby is so good. The comment on the room is that the bathroom sections are small (the bath section and the toilet room). There were some smells in the corridor and the rooms sometime and I hope it is a temporarily thing.

My reservation was 2 nights and there was a mistake in our reservation (we made our reservation by phone) and it was solved by Ms. Tatiana and we make our reservation 3 nights instead of 2 nights. Ms. Tatiana, the receptionist, was particularly noteworthy for her exceptional service. She completed our check-in process smoothly and responded to our needs generously and professionally. Her assistance made our stay unforgettable and comfortable and we extending our reservation to be 3 nights instead of 2 nights. I highly recommend dealing with her in the future for an enhanced hotel experience. Special thank to the employees in the swimming pool and breakfast buffet. They are so kind, friendly and keen to provide any help with a smile on the face.
