We had a wonderful New Year’s stay and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to solve any issues with a smile. Their attention to detail and positive energy made a big difference. It’s an ideal destination for a three-day getaway. The only slight inconvenience was the adults-only pool area, as our teenage kids weren’t too keen on using the children’s pool. Overall, a fantastic experience!

My stay was not what I expected for a hotel of this standard. Laundry Service: The laundry service was disappointing. When my clothes were returned, they still smelled unpleasant, as if they hadn’t been properly cleaned or dried. They felt damp and far from fresh, which was frustrating and not up to the quality I would expect. Room Design and Functionality: The room design was unnecessarily complicated. The sheer number of buttons and switches made something as simple as turning the lights on or off confusing. Although labeled, it was overwhelming to figure out what controlled what. On top of that, the overall style of the room didn’t feel inviting or appealing to me—it just didn’t match my taste. Noise Levels: The noise at night was the biggest issue. Loud music and performances went on until late, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. While I understand that the location is lively, this should be better managed to avoid disturbing guests who are trying to rest. Overall, while the hotel has its energy and unique features, these issues—especially the noise and poor laundry service—made my experience less enjoyable.

The interior is truly incredible and so full of artistry! It’s wonderful that you can see the Ferrari race podium from the lounge—what a unique experience! Hearing the sound of the race cars adds such a thrilling dimension; it’s an experience like no other.

Avoid this hotel if you're looking for a relaxing, stress-free stay! The noise level here is absolutely INSANE!!! It feels more like a nightclub than a hotel, with music blasting everywhere—from the lobby and entrance to the bar and pool. My room was in the main building, and I could hear the music clearly from 7:15 AM until well past midnight. I called reception twice to see if anything could be done, and while they offered to move me to another room, they warned that it might be noisy as well due to cars on the nearby track. Speaking of which, the constant sound of cars is another issue entirely. I understand that the track is one of the hotel's main attractions, but I never expected cars to be running at all hours, making it impossible to even have a conversation with someone sitting next to you. To make matters worse, the service was slow. The breakfast table service was particularly frustrating, as I had to remind them multiple times that we were still waiting for our food. I also experienced issues with billing and credit card charges. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. By the middle of my 7-night stay, I was already looking forward to going home. I definitely won't be staying here again.

We went for the F1 race and it was amazing! The W Hotel at Yas Marina is incredible, with its stunning views of the track and luxurious amenities. Each evening, we enjoyed exquisite dining experiences that perfectly complemented the adrenaline of the day. The atmosphere was electric, filled with fans from all over the world, all united by their passion for speed. After the race, we relaxed by the infinity pool, reflecting on the thrilling moments we had just witnessed.
