Brilliant experience at this hotel. Close to beachwith a snack bar and bar, with plenty of sun loungers , close to good local shops. Hotel geared up for families, with plenty of entertainment all day and evening. The rooms were clean. The staff work so hard and are very friendly. A tip goes a long way. Yes the hotel does seemingly cater more for the Russians but wasn't a problem. The food is average just what you normally get from all inclusive but was available all day.

Been here a few times now every August. We’ve enjoyed it everytime. Great staff! All staff work hard. English speaking. Google translate is always an option if you get stuck. It’s no biggy! You’re in turkey so try to speak the language also. Yes they do have everyday activities. I don’t know what The last commenter was on about. Foam parties. Pool yoga. Theme nights. Water games. Join in. It’s fun let your hair down and don’t be shy. No one judges! Mohammed- The photo guy treat him well. Mention Spider-Man, and he’ll give you 10% discount. He’s an amazing guy and an exceptional photographer. He will make you look exceptional beyond your dreams. Love you man. Hope to see you soon. Yea ok you have to pay €10 for WiFi. But come on what’s that? It’s good WiFi! Stop moaning! Or pay your own internet provider. We has a family have been to many places and hotels in turkey and this is the only one we will come back to every year. Our children are getting younger and we will probably only come back to see the staff. Food is great. My husband is a very fussy eater trust me he is and he likes all the food he will try new things there too. We also go 30mins before food ends to avoid the crowds. Our bed was very comfortable. Better than ours at home. I’ve had the best sleep ever. Rooms- family rooms have kettles. Standard rooms don’t. Can bring your own. If not downstairs have machines that vent coffee and tea. Lovely hot water. Do bring your own beach towels. Guys you’re doing great. Also the lifeguards they love a dip in the pool from time to time so it’s ok to give them a gentle push 🤣. Sorry guys Good vibe hotel. Please keep all same staff and we will see you again next year! Xxx Catt & Mike

Extremely disappointing stay. The food was bland, repetitive, and offered nothing for kids or English guests – breakfast was a joke with no proper options and warm milk for cereal. Lunch and dinner were the same every day, and snacks were limited to chips, burgers, and salad. I ended up eating out most days despite paying for all-inclusive. Drinks came in tiny cups so you were constantly queuing. Rooms were never properly cleaned, bed sheets weren’t changed, no toilet paper was provided even after asking, and towels weren’t replaced all week. Entertainment was repetitive, started late in the evenings, and the setup was awkward with rows of chairs instead of a relaxed atmosphere. To make matters worse, many guests were rude, ignored queues, and pushed past everyone. Overall, this place was a total waste of money – avoid it.

Just got back 3rd October 2025 Was disgraceful food was the same no English food except fried eggs and pancakes.one of the worker asked my daughter for her name and number through translator on his phone she is 16 and had a band on her wrist so he would no how old she was. they tried taking more money out of banks.they didn't have no respect because we was foreign to them.there was fighting out side hotel whipping each other with belts i would avoid at all cost never go there again after spending 3000 the another 1000 to survive.

We have just left the hotel and I would like to share my honest opinion. Starting with the reception – the staff were incredibly helpful, especially the young man who spoke English. He assisted me with everything I needed, and I really appreciated his kindness. Thank you! Now, unfortunately, the room was a disaster. For a family of four, we were given two beds – one double, one single – and a sofa that was extremely uncomfortable. It was tight, crowded, and unpleasant. Every person should have a proper bed, not a sofa to sleep on. That’s unacceptable. As for the cleaning – it seemed like the cleaner only made the beds and left water. Mirrors were dirty the entire stay, and the shower was not cleaned properly. Even tipping didn’t help. The animation team was very friendly and engaging – that was definitely a positive. Food: in the beginning we tried a bit of everything out of curiosity, but after 2–3 days, we stuck only to basic options. We had frequent stomach aches. Some days the food was okay, but most of the time it was difficult to find something we actually wanted to eat. The pool bar was included in the all-inclusive package until 4 PM. After that, all drinks were 7 euros each. At the beginning, there was a bartender who made great paid cocktails and really knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, he was later replaced. I once ordered an Aperol and received just the Aperol without Prosecco – basically orange juice for 7 euros. What really changed my opinion of the hotel was what happened two nights ago at the pool bar. I bought a fresh juice for 2 euros, and later, my husband went to buy the same drink – and suddenly the price was 3 euros. The price increased within an hour – that felt like a scam and was very disappointing. Regarding the bars in general – I have no problem tipping, but at some point, the bartenders began asking for tips directly. That’s not okay. You should pay your staff properly. We chose all-inclusive to avoid extra costs, not to pay several times a day for weak beer and poor-quality vodka. Most of the free drinks (except water and machine coffee) tasted bad. Lastly, even though there were many Polish, British, and other guests, all evening entertainment and music were in Russian. At first it didn’t bother us, but after a few days it became frustrating. Russians were constantly pushing in queues and showing little respect to others. We even had to ask for something to be said in our language during the evening shows. We came to Turkey, not Russia – I would’ve preferred Turkish culture and music, not Russian songs every night. Despite these issues, we still had a good time, met some lovely people, and made the best of it – but we definitely wouldn’t return to this hotel.
