The hotel was nice, and the cold towel upon arrival was welcome. The food was pretty good, but service took a long time. The beach was pretty dirty and there were ants all in the sand, which made it to where we couldn’t spend time there. The pool area was crowded and often times unless you got there early there wasn’t a chair available.
The room was visually impressive, but the bed felt like bricks, and there was mold in the shower.
There was also a lack of available excursions. It made it kind of boring.
It was a nice time, but can’t say I’d come back.

Zoetry is above and beyond when it comes to food and service. You are somewhat limited with the things that you can do at the resort, however you have an abundance of relaxation. You can catch a cab if you want to go to catch the restaurants and browse the shops. Norte Beach is a must go spot. I sort of missed having a long beach to walk and it would have been nice to have a walk up bar to get a drink just because at times I enjoy getting up and getting my own drink. Overall I would definitely be back.

The food was EXCELLENT!! Everything is fresh and prepared when you order.
The only downside was the late night menu. It did not include pizza. But other than that, everything was great.

By far my worst traveling experience. Wasted a day of my vacation. First the boat was VERT unsafe, and over packed with people and luggage. We arrived to a dirty room and had to request a cleaning. After an hour they told me they checked me in wrong and to stop what I was doing to come pay an extra $100 a night. They had my credit card on file so I’m not sure why I had to rush over there. They told me if I would leave they would refund me. I packed up my bags to find out they said I need to dispute my charge with the hotel at a later day. Now it’s dark and we are without a room.

This is a fine dining restaurant where the atmosphere is nice but food is marginal. The setting was awesome, we watched the sun set and it was great. The service was OK but could be better. The food was only a three star. This was the most expensive meal we had and at the bottom for food quality. My salmon was undercooked, the rack of lamb was not cooked to the diner’s liking. Will not be going back here.
