Overall a first class hotel, the rooms are spacious with a massive bed and whirlpool bath. The dining room is also very good with a good choice of savoury and sweet. The reason for not giving 5* are The pool was cold 🥶 and the sunbeds were in short supply also our air conditioning was pretty naff the room temperature actually increased after being on all night , maybe it was faulty? Having said that I would still recommend it.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and lovely food. Great hols overall. However 2 areas for improvement - For the price / quality of the hotel the pools should be a lot warmer - they were too cold to swim in which was clear as usually empty. We booked half board and food was great. However there should be water and coffee available to have free as part of the evening meal. It was disappointing that this came at extra cost

We recently stayed at the Barcelo Teguise Beach Adults Only Hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing despite the fantastic staff. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. Our room was tired and tatty, with a particularly alarming feature: a piece of cardboard covering a hole in the wall outside our room (see pictures). Additionally, our room backed onto a nightclub, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise. Although the front of our room did overlook the pool, this was not enough to compensate for the poor condition of the room and the disruptive noise. Our flight was at 7.35pm, so we were in the resort until 5pm on the day of departure. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure a late check-out, which led to an unexpected and frustrating situation. From the moment we checked out, we were charged for all our food and drink for the 5 hours we remained in the resort. This came as a shock when we went to lunch and had to pay for it. In all my time staying in All Inclusive resorts, I have never been charged for food and drink after checking out, but whilst still in resort. This policy is not typical for all-inclusive resorts and left a sour note at the end of our stay. Overall, while the staff were fantastic and did their best to make our stay enjoyable, the condition of the rooms and the unfair charging policy post-checkout severely impacted our experience. I would not recommend this hotel until these issues are addressed.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Costa Teguise and would definitely recommend! The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially reception and restaurant staff. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The beds are huge and so comfortable! Our room was cleaned every day and you could have your bed and towels changed daily if needed. We had a jacuzzi bath on our terrace which was fab and also cleaned daily! The hotel is in a really convenient place right on the sea front and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We were half board so had breakfast and dinner. Sometimes it could get quite busy depending on the time but the food was fresh, great quality and lots of choices which changes every day. We hadn't told any staff we were there to celebrate my birthday but I had some birthday cards in the room and that afternoon we had a knock on the door and a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered, was a lovely touch. We found the drinks in the hotel to be quite cheap. The only thing we found expensive was the spa treatments so we gave those a miss. One recommendation I would have is a bit more entertainment in the evenings and a list of what's going on and where to be provided to guests as we never knew what was happening so had to wander around to see.

Amazing holiday. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening was top notch, very tasty. When we checked in the staff were delightful and offered us a drink straight away. All the staff were spectacular during our stay. It was even better that there was a hot tub in our room. If I ever have another opportunity to stay at a Barcelo resort again then I will most definitely stay with the company again. Thanks we had an amazing time.
