Literally I had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! They literally ruined my birthday with their disrespectful attitude & treatment! I’m extremely disappointed! An international resort that is very well known treats people with disrespect! So unprofessional! They ruined the surprise and they didn’t cooperate in anything! Other than the spa that kept us waiting for very long time and saw us leaving without apologies for the delay when they literally had nothing to do ! The lady at the lobby was so RUDDDDDEEEEEEEEEEE ! Like extremely rude ! she had an attitude and whenever we ask her about something or we request help with flowers or anything else she keeps rolling her eyes and not even making the effort to move and try to help ! She literally told us to fetch the flowers ourselves! Even when they brought the afternoon tea the waiter suddenly said oh we forgot to put happy birthday “ he literally ruined the surprise “ ! I came all the way from abudhabi to get such treatment? Even when I asked for the manager they wanted me to wait for long time !!!! Just one person who was trying to cooperate with us ! (Karolina nikiforova ) She was kind and helpful But she only offered a refund or a breakfast ! Which doesn’t make sense because I told them I came long distance and I won’t come back for breakfast! What guarantees me I won’t get such treatment again !!!!! My country has core values including peace , tolerance and RESPECT And I don’t accept being Disrespected AT MY OWN COUNTRY!!! They literally ruined my mood and my birthday celebration! I hope someone who’s responsible looks into it and makes sure that no one is being disrespected at the resort Ladies and gentlemen DO NOT TRY CELEBRATING HAPPY OCCASIONS AT THE RESORT! You’ll end up leaving angry and frustrated I’m frustrated since yesterday!!!!!!!!!

I recently celebrated my birthday with an unforgettable stay at the Bulgari Hotel in Dubai. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel special right away. They even surprised me with a complimentary cake and beautifully decorated my room for the celebration. A special thanks to Newbay, the concierge, for his exceptional hospitality and for pampering us throughout our stay. His attention to detail and warm demeanor truly made our experience memorable. amazingly good place with great service and maximum care. I made up the phone in the taxi, it helped a lot with finding krishna mahat!! he called the taxi agency, found out the driver’s number and resolved all the issues! I love Dubai and of course the 5* service🌸💔💔💔💔 The phone was delivered within two hours. This is great empathy! Jin was beautiful, like all the chef’s desserts!

I came for the afternoon tea with my friends. The service was very bad. I really don't recommend it. The person in charge told us minimum pay per person aed 200 as if we will not pay our bill this is very insulting. Also she said you need to check with the restaurant if they will accept you. What type of service is this. Very bad for such a brand. Never again.

Wow, I can't say enough good things about the iftar experience I had with my sister! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The buffet spread was absolutely divine, and the food itself was nothing short of exquisite. I almost forgot to mention the live station where they were cooking up some delicious Italiano risotto with prawns. I highly recommend checking it out for your next Ramadan iftar. You won't be disappointed! 🍤🍚
