Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable, especially thanks to the amazing entertainment for children. The Kids’ Club was well-organized with a full schedule of fun and creative activities that kept our children happy and engaged all day. The staff was incredibly friendly, and special thanks to Saad, who leads the team with such energy and care — he made a big difference in our experience. In the evening, the Mini Disco was a big hit with the kids. They loved dancing and singing along, and it quickly became their favorite part of the day. The evening shows were also very entertaining and professionally done — a great way to end the day for the whole family. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun, safe, and joyful atmosphere for their children.

This place is an absolute dream! Rooms, service, food, location, literally everything is perfect. Madhu our cleaner was brilliant at cleaning our room and keeping it tidy for us when we came back up from the pool at 6pm. He is a wonderful member of staff, very pleasant and works very hard. All members of staff were terrific and the pool service was impeccable also. Very highly rate Rixos the palm Dubai if you want a relaxing summer holiday. This year the temperature was perfect at mid to high 30’s. Just dipping in and out the pool every so often kept you cool and it was relaxing to sit out in the sun. Can’t rave about this place enough!

What a trip. We arrived late (after 2am) and they couldn't do more for us. Food and drinks delivered to the room which was really appreciated. The service level in the hotel is top notch as are all the restaurants. The buffet alone would rival a lot of top restaurants. Loved the steak house though. The pools are all great and Bar1 is good fun. Kids are all now pro pool players...... Bibhas in the bar is a great guy who looked after us very very well and Tom in the reception area was great with my lads. Daily WhatsApps from Zaynah and Hazem on the activities was always a great start to the day. Great hotel. 5 star all the way, best service Ive experienced. Hope to be back soon. Miss it already.
