A Fabulous Hotel where the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. Every night there are two types of entertainment available and the selection of food is excellent, similar to that of a cruise. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would have no hesitation in returning again. I honestly can't believe some the bad reviews and feel they are completely unjustified.

Couldn’t fault the place. The staff are really friendly and helpful when needed. The food was really good as well. Massive choice of salads, dishes, desserts with fresh meat and fish grilled in front of you. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a brilliant time here. All the kids had fun too and there was always something for them to do. The shows and entertainment was good fun for both the adults and the kids. Big thanks to the kids and entertainment team. They’ve been amazing!

Hotel is amazing. Rooms could do with an upgrade but other than that this is the perfect hotel for families. Pool is huge. The Animation team are the best and super friendly. The energy they bring to every thing they do is amazing, much fun for adults and kids. The service staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. Always served with a smile and a fist bump for the kids. 100% recommend this hotel especially for families!

Fantastic entertainment and atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean and pools are constantly monitored by lifeguards. Much better arrangement than previous year’s regarding sunbeds in the morning - allowance to get beds but with one person staying. Would prefer pool to open at 9am. Animation team are fantastic, plenty of activities for adults and children. Rooms are slightly outdated compared to other hotels and WiFi does not always work in certain places of the hotel.
