On internet it said the hotel was old, well some bits might look a bit weathered but its a really nice beachfront hotel with a beautiful pool. The kids loved it. The cocktails could be better though 😅

We're in deluxe room( r.231) 5 days nightmare with musty smell from duvet,pillow,bathroom.The air con was not cool enough set at 28° too hot for Bali weather. Definitely not a 5 star hotel feel like 2 star hotel,every night we slept on top covers,there are bed bugs! bit me badly itchy! disgusting! Avoid this hotel! very old no renovation at all.

We love this hotel. Excellent staff, excellent location, very comfortable and easy to do anything. They are so accommodating. We are still here at the hotel and leaving tomorrow. We definitely miss it! We has fabulous buffet breakfast every day.🙏🙏🙏

We rented a car and had access to everything we wanted! The breakfast was great, the staff was great and the rooms were awesome. The pools were also extensive and it was on the beach so you could go swim as you pleased. I highly recommend hotel Nikko. Oh! One last thing it is connected to a Japanese and Italian restaurant and the food there is authentic and good.

We had a large room with a beautiful view of the pool and beach, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I would suggest to management that the pool needs to be resurfaced in the near future, bottom very rough in patches, having the beach 3mins away was also extremely nice. Pool bar had some great specials and were very prompt.
