I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. Not only is the standard of the rooms, food and pool areas of the highest the staff of this hotel transform your holiday. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency whilst staying and the staff over the whole period bent over backwards to support when asked and simply took a lot of stress away for us to focus on recovery. The receptionists are a true credit with their customer focus and for some had only just started in the role. We can’t wait to come back and have an uneventful holiday in a beautiful part of the island.

Review of the Condesa Hotel: Our four-night stay at the Condesa Hotel was delightful, offering a lovely room with a picturesque ocean view. The all-inclusive package boasted a satisfying array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. While the food was enjoyable, more variety in menu options would have been appreciated. The sky bar treated us to delightful cocktails complemented by yet another breathtaking view. However, the swimming pool's icy temperature deterred many guests from taking a dip. Nevertheless, the evening entertainment, particularly the Bubble Man performance, was a highlight, adding an extra dose of joy to our stay. Overall, despite the chilly pool, our experience at the Condesa Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable, with memorable moments to cherish.

A clean and quiet hotel by the sea. The food was heavenly and the service was first class. The room was more spacious than I thought and had more amenities than I expected. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

We had an excellent time at Hotel Condesa Mallorca. The bar staff and dining room staff were excellent serving with a smile. Lovely food. Antonia in the Dining room was a star...........I would have easily adopted her as a daughter. She has to be a star of the staff!!!

A very good overall experience, the rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good, the staff very gentle and polite. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everyone willing to have a good vacation.
