All levels of staff are polite and enthusiastic in providing services, showing the company's intention to develop personnel. The building is maintained to be neat and clean. There is an area for children to play. The breakfast is varied and tasty. The dinner restaurant is also good, allowing our family to have fun together!

It is our second time back to this resort. Love the way they upkeep the amenities and service level always consistent and thoughtful. We were pleasantly delighted to receive a slice of birthday cake on the first night. There was a little hiccup during check in. We were not bothered by it. The hotel staff were so apologetic for the inconvenience. They send an apology card and a local delight, mango with glutinous rice. Thank you again, we have a great stay!

Excellent choice. We stayed four nights with a 3.5 year old and an infant. I would say this Marriott is a great choice for families. All the staff are very friendly towards kids and the facilities all cater to the entire family. Children’s menus and cutlery all restaurants. The pools and water play are a hit and the kids club has all day activities for children ages 4+ (or you can just hang out and not do any scheduled activities). Siam Bakery was great for a snack or quicker meal. Ate at all the restaurant (Big Fish, Amber Kitchen, Pool Bar and Lobby Bar) and we were very impressed with all the food. High quality, good taste and good portions. Originally hesitant to pay 800THB for the buffet breakfast, but we tried it once and ended up going back three times - so much variety and you definitely can get your money worth. Our room had a couple issues (AC broke but was repaired within 3 hours one evening), we could hear banging/thuds from other rooms (maybe doors opening, moving furniture) which woke us and our baby at night. Would also like to have some quicker food options so families who need food quickly can grab and go. Can’t go wrong at this Marriott!

Loved everything about our stay here. Thanks to the amazing staff for their best in class hospitality. Family friendly resort by the beach. I enjoyed breakfasts at Siam Bakery... Delicious. Perfect holiday and must be back for more.

We arrived late but all the staffs that greeted us were all very nice from the valet guy to the front desk receptionist. I felt overwhelmed by how nice the place was coz this was the very first time that I wanted to pamper myself and my husband, that I decided to upgrade our stay in the five stars resort. The front desk even wished me a belated birthday. Which was nice but they went over the top to send me a surprise birthday cake the day after as well. The room was exceptional , clean, spacious, firm bed,nice bathroom with the best water pressure and lovely balcony. The decor of the room was simple but elegant. You can get access to the beach from the hotel as well. Perfect.
