Exceptional stay at Sheraton Hua Hin! Special thanks to Khun Phatcharawalai, the Loyalty Manager, for her outstanding service. We were pleasantly surprised with breathtaking ocean views for our special family trip. The entire staff was attentive and professional. Beautiful property, comfortable rooms, and impeccable service throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a memorable beach getaway.

Stayed here for a few nights for a wedding and I must say, what a hotel grounds and venue! Will start with a slight negative hence the lower room rating - The rooms feel dates, they feel they were once superior but need renovating and bringing up to scratch. Our air con also was loud, and didn't provide as cool air as other hotels we stayed at on our trip, nothing major or to complain about at the venue but a point worth making. For me though the bed if it's comfortable and has air con... That's all you need, might have just been out room but not worthy of a complaint. The setting of this hotel is stunning, a pool around all of the hotel in a river style leading to the main pool is a brilliant idea and ground floor rooms benefit from direct pool access! The breakfast was exceptional - Thai / Asian one side and more western the other side, whilst certainly not myself, even picky eaters will find something. The beach side of the hotel is simply stunning also, with the pool leading to an infinity style edge overlooking a green before the beach. The hotel has many useful amenities and the staff are more than happy to assist in ANY requirement. The bars and restraunts whilst expensive cater for any taste, the beach bar for views and quietness or the sports bar for some drinks is a must! Honestly I would return in a heartbeat despite the cost above other 5 stars in the area, it would be worth every penny to stay again.

Ref: restaurant by the beach Sep 7, 2024 around 8 pm. Took my 2 Thai staffs to celebrate one birthday at the Sheraton Restaurant by the beach front. I'm very disappointed. As the ONLY guests at the restaurant, the service was unacceptable. We ordered 3 main dish and one appetizer, They forgot one of the main dish! We are the only table at the restaurant and there are only 3 of us! Furthermore, when my staff (has never been there) asked the waiter for recommendation, the waiter snapped at her and pointed to the menu. She had to asked what page and he just took her to a random page. Then, waiter make some snooting/uncalled for comment that he knows we are "not a guess here". I looked at him and let him know that we are here to eat at the restaurant celebrating my staff's birthday. He is very rude. We put up with all the snapping from the waiter and couldn't even eat all of our food. We had to tell them to cancel one dish (that they forgot and didn't even prepared it yet). Then, come a small pregnant cat, hidden by the flowers pot. I gave the cat little shrimp cake that we had left. Here comes the rude waiter, fussing at me from doing so, instead of asking me nicely to not feed the cat. At that point we all just got up. Still not finished eating and still hungry, we decided that we not going to spend another minute being treated like trash here. Management welcome to contact me at LINE: cindee7 I wanted to give my Thai staff a good birthday dinner and it is no where close to getting that. We celebrate all of our families birthday here when we in Hua Hin, but we will never do it again. Food is still excellent but service has gone down badly.

The Sheraton Hotel in Hua Hin is outside of the city but sits along with other hotels. It’s a chain Hotel overseen by the Marriott’s group. In the hotel, you get provided breakfast and dinner which is very great with its Thai and Western food choices. The pool is one giant flowing pool which goes around the entirety of the Hotel. The beach view was not great but you can ride around in horses which are on the seaside. The rooms were great! There was lots of space and the biggest bathtub I’ve ever seen in a hotel and the prices are also pretty reasonable.

Wow this place is huge. Absolutely loved my stay here. They probably have the best hotel gym I’ve ever been to, they have smith machine, back machine, chest/shoulder machine, leg curl/extension machine, treadmills, elliptical, and dumbbells. They also have an area for group classes, and a steam room. We got the pool view room and it was so clean. The restaurants also have great food choices. Price is decent! Definitely more affordable than other hotels in this quality. Close enough to the city center / night markets. Hard to book a grab but the staff contacts taxis for us. Usually its 300-400 thb to the night markets.
