We’ve been to this hotel 3 times now and honestly it’s amazing all of the staff are friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.
Every aspect of the stay was fantastic. I have felt that each time it’s become even better. This year in particular the food, entertainment and spa seemed to get better.
We loved the queen tribute band, the neon colour party and funfair.
My children enjoyed all the sports like mini golf and football making friends from other countries.
A variety of food and drink and we all loved the spa.
The new signs put up were clear explaining where things were.
Because we are returning customers we have had perks including attending the two restaurants Italian and the grill. We sat outside and saw the sunsetting was beautiful.
This year they’ve also created brilliant photo opportunities with some things put up around the hotel. A giant deckchair , large Door and chair with lights behind (see pictures attached)
Just one thing that we would say is the splash park needs revamping as it’s become a little tired. Repainting and the flooring was warn. But still accessible and my children enjoyed it.
The games were fun like playing pool, air hockey and some highly addictive new pearl game that all the children wanted to play to get tickets. Again the prizes were rubbish and I think they would much prefer winning a sweet or something better than a tacky cheap plastic toy. But this is in a lot of hotels and not a reason not to stay! You could avoid them if you wanted to.
I’m sure we will return again. What I also noticed was so many people who live in Tenerife also stayed there so it says something when people on the island come and stay.
Equally a mix of English, Spanish, French and German with staff speaking different languages. Playing a variety of music from different countries.
Thanks for a fantastic stay and hopefully see you again soon.

The hotel was packed and terrible. Hundreds or even thousands of children. Noise, screaming. Children everywhere and noise like in a school during a break. I do not recommend the hotel for rest. The restaurant was barely full, only 1 bar was open in the evening, and the queue was about 30 people. Everywhere but Landmar Los Gigantes. It is a circus, a big playground and an amusement park, not a hotel. Every day here is a torment for those who want to rest. I do not recommend it to anyone.

We have just come back from an all inclusive holiday and the hotel is amazing. Plenty of things to do for adults and children. The pools are huge and the kids loved playing in the pools and the entertainment was great for the kids. Plenty of other activities to do like arcade games, mini golf, softplay and mini disco's. The food choice was great and the location was amazing. Wonderful views. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back. A very happy family with loads of memories. Thank you to all of your team.

This hotel for the most part was a great hotel the place was spotless and cleaned regularly. Our room had a stunning view which was the main attraction for us to choose this hotel. Facilities were good however the pool was closed three days in a row due to toilet accidents. There was another pool but it was too noisy for us (music was quite loud) as we like to read by the pool. The food was good but as with most all inclusive holidays it could get quite repetitive and with a teenager who’s quite a picky eater it was sometimes a struggle to find things she enjoyed eating. The staff for the most part were great but I did encounter one member of staff who, when I asked for a drink at the bar, said something to his colleague and they both sniggered at me. Private joke I suppose. And some staff did treat us like an inconvenience but I guess that’s prevalent in most places. All in all though we loved our stay it’s just the little things that marked it down a star for us.

Just returned after a 4 day break with a friend. Lovely hotel, great staff, very helpful & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of food choice in the buffet restaurant & the desserts were to die for! Great views of the sea & the mountains. Entertainment was good in the evenings, various different music each night plus shows - we enjoyed the acrobatics show & magic show. We spent most time at the quieter pool, which was very relaxing, also enjoyed a fun day at the activity pool, where I joined I with an aqua class which was fun (too fast to keep up in the water, but great fun!) Also a sort of pilates type class on paddleboards which was interesting! Of course I fell off, but I did manage to stand up as well! The only slight thing that could be improved is there is no milk by the tea making stations in the buffet restaurant so kept having to go to the cereal station for milk - also needed 2 teabags as it was very weak tea) but that was just a minor inconvenience. Couldn't fault the place, stunning views, plenty of sunbeds (I mean hundreds of them!) We booked the balinese beds for the last day as we weren't being picked up until 7.30 in the evening - just an extra bit of luxury & only €30 between us! We also booked a shower in the spa on the last day - this was free & they provided shampoo/shower gel & a towel. You have to book a time slot but it was ideal. Had a great few days away & am definitely planning on returning!
