Always it’s perfect service restaurant impeccable..
During my stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of dining at the Italian restaurant, and I must say that the experience was absolutely remarkable. The food was authentic and flavorful, with an impressive selection of dishes that paid homage to Italian culinary traditions. Each dish, from antipasto to tiramisu, was prepared with care and presented elegantly.
What truly made this evening stand out was the exceptional service provided by Carlos. From the moment we sat down, Carlos showed remarkable attention, ensuring that every detail of our dining experience was perfect. His professionalism, his in-depth knowledge of the menu and his friendliness greatly contributed to making our dinner not only delicious but also very enjoyable.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy a true Italian experience. A big thank you to Carlos and the entire team for this exceptional evening!

The resort is beautiful, clean, and the food choices including restaurants are great!
I would not recommend people of color to come. (Even though, they too are black Dominicans) Even tipping on top of every service did not change the service. You will be the last one to get serviced more than likely.
You have to fully be clothed when eating, which makes sense of course. But they turned me around when my cover up showed too much top bikini; then let a lady in with only a grey bra & jeans on after.. I was very confused. A couple of other scenarios occurred but I will share only that. I will never stay here again. Especially for the price each night.

Lastly, the location is very far from everything but I rated location 3/5 due to the safety. The safety was impeccable.

Unbelievable experience. The rooms there were awesome and very new. The service at Margaritaville was 10/10. All the workers bust a** to make sure they provide great services, and they always do. If you visit the bar 5 o’clock somewhere. make sure you visit with Nunez. He is the very best and will get you the best drinks possible. But tell him Jake and Sarah said Hi though. My only complaint is I wish there was more night life, a better, clean beach and more activities to do. Other than that, it was great! Also if you end up hungry, it’s your own fault. I think I gained 5 pounds at least.

I've recently had the pleasure of staying at the Margaritaville Island Reserve - Hammock Cap Cana, and while my overall experience has been enjoyable, there were some notable aspects that fell short of expectations.Firstly, the amenities in the room left something to be desired. Unlike other resorts I've frequented, the mini fridges were stocked solely with water bottles, lacking the variety of sodas and beers that I've come to expect. This was a disappointment and detracted from the overall experience of feeling pampered and indulged.On the culinary front, the food offered was satisfactory, though not exceptional across the board. However, the standout was undeniably the fare served at the Rum Runners restaurant. Here, the cuisine surpassed expectations and offered a delightful culinary journey that truly elevated the dining experience.
On the other hand, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by employee DULCE in the animation department.Dulce's attentiveness and sweet demeanor stood out from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, constantly encouraging us to participate in various activities and making sure we were well-informed about the day's events.What truly set Dulce apart was her personal touch. Despite the bustling resort environment, she took the time to remember our names and consistently checked in to ensure our satisfaction. Her genuine interest in our experience made us feel valued and appreciated.Thanks to Dulce's encouragement, we even stepped out of our comfort zone and joined in on karaoke night—a highlight of our stay that we wouldn't have experienced without her guidance.Her dedication to providing exceptional service didn't go unnoticed, as she made it a priority to keep us updated on activity schedules and locations throughout our stay.In summary, Dulce's warmth, attention to detail, and personalized approach truly made our stay at Margaritaville Island Reserve-Adults Only unforgettable. My husband and I liked that the shower was in the open but just be aware of that in case you're sharing room with a friend. The water closet is extremely small with very little lighting. The door has cracks which gives very little privacy. The room was nice overall but due to the water closet I give 🌟🌟🌟
There is no mini bar.... you have to go to a store there and use a point system to purchase food items. It's stupid which makes this resort not really an
all inclusive because the points add up quick🌟🌟🌟
The resort overall is pretty small and there is not a lot of activities. So overall I thought the stay was OK but if I didn't leave the property 2 of the days I was there, I would've been bored. So for a short trip just for relaxation, this is your place🙂 But if you're used to bigger resorts with more options for food and activities look elsewhere 🙂
