Really disappointed with this hotel. More a 3* than 5 Firstly, the rooms were run down, mould, rotten wood in the bathroom dangerous bath & shower. Due to our room only being cleaned once our entire stay, my partner slipped in the slippy bath and badly banged his head resulting in us going to A&E. Reception also told the ambulance service there was an on-site doctor, which there wasn't and told the ambulance this, resulting in an even more delayed ambulance. This doctor arrived 5 minutes before the ambulance. When asked why our room wasn’t being cleaned, they said it was because “their key didn’t work” yet they still did not resolve the problem. Breakfast was poor, however lunch and dinner was good and can’t complain about the food in the restaurants. I found some of the staff unfriendly and cold with us, and it took them over 2 hours to check us in but didn’t tell us why. The queues for the beach and lobby bar were atrocious for a 5*. Perks - stocked mini fridge, however, due to them not cleaning our rooms - only restocked once. Lovely woman in the downstairs bar who was extremely helpful and an asset to the hotel. Sea was Lovely. I am extremely saddened with this experience and have come home feeling very depressed. I really hope others have a better experience here than we did. I very very rarely leave a bad review but really found this necessary.

this is our 3rd Mitsis hotels vacation and we had the most amazing time. I celebrated my birthday and Elena from reception made sure I got a cake and champagne to my room. we had a problem with our rooms and Elana made the effort to switch rooms for us. the experience with the restaurants were wonderful. and last but not least, Vespelina from the beach bar made our stay even more memorable. she created a celebration for my birthday at the beach, made us great cocktails and was funny and great. the only thing needs improvements is the rooms. the water pressure is low and the air conditioning was dripping.

Nobody knows me
So much lovely stuff, only good vibes. Were here for 6 days and they were one of my 6 best days of my life. The bar stuff is the best 😁 best cocktails, best drinks, had my best time and the stuff got a lot of humor too🙂‍↔️

Fantastic resort, with great amenities. The beach bar has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff both Andreas and Despina made me feel incredibly welcome and made the most delicious drinks even if what I asked for was off the menu. It was an absolute pleasure talking to them

The best all inclusive value for money I’ve experienced. Cannot fault anything. Really great selection of food, attentive staff, comfy beds and just all round a really pleasant stay.
