The stay at this wonderful hotel was great. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food is delicious. Everything is very clean. The hotel is decorated with so much love. The pool has a sensational view. Really great service from the lifeguard Ashen. Everyone here does everything possible to make the guest feel completely at ease. I really enjoyed my time here.

Quite possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed with. Brilliant environment, big spacious rooms, great service and incredible food. We travelled with children and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks for Robin in the kitchen who'd prepare our kids with specific dinners and the best ice cream treats! The included food (stayed half board) was restaurant quality. If you stay, try staying on a Friday and you'll be treated to a lovely sea food selection. Highly recommend and will be returning in the future!

Overall experience has been mediocre for a 5 star property in Dubai. The front desk staff were good but the person roaming around as Manager or sort could get a lesson on hospitality. The breakfast was the most lacking - very limited hot items, a lot of bakery, sugary items. There is a live counter for eggs and that's it. Even coffee and tea are just machine served and horrible.

To Be honest I'm very impressed by this hotel,every day clean fresh towels,rooms cleaned daily. I left somewhere my ipad behind,came into room and then realised its, gone. Went to reception and it's already was there. They staff just amazing well trained. Asked in the bar for ice as our fridge wasn't cooling enough I just mention it,and what you think in maximum 20 minutes we heard knock in the door there was repair guy with another fridge to replace. I would definitely will stay here again.🥰

The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, polite and professional. The breakfast is served at 7 am which is really late compared to other hotels (6 to 10). This is not helping me to be at work 8. Please management team: should be Okay with the staff can you please change the breakfast to start at 6:30 instead. That will be very helpful! Great job every one. Special thanks to Chef Omar for the special shawarma! Much appreciated you all!
