This hotel deserves 5 stars! The nicest staff! Such delicious food, the choice is just huge, for every taste! clean rooms, regular cleaning and change of towels. Animation is super, every day some activities, the guys are very friendly, they make your holiday fun, unforgettable and comfortable for everyone. We would definitely love to return to this hotel! Absolutely amazing experience staff were great From chef’s cleaners, desk and entertainment. Chefs were always so happy cooking absolutely lovely fresh food ie steak , chicken , pork and lamb. Cleaners were amazing come into our rooms every day empty bins making our beds with cute little bows and cleaning the whole room for us and making it neat and tidy. Front desk Staff were always helpful calling us taxis. Entertainment were absolutely amazing constantly setting up activities throughout the day and the nighttime entertainment is absolutely amazing , entertainment staff definitely was the highlight of the holiday. They definitely made it what it was. Location was great. 10 minute walk from the beach and the strip also plenty of activity stores nearby to book what you need also one inside the hotel which the ladies were absolutely brilliant so helpful.

Hotel is amazing, rooms are beautiful, the only reason the rooms are not 5 stars is that they are roasting. Service, is outstanding, the bar staff know your order the first day, and the entertainment team are hilarious and amazing with guests (they might threaten to throw you in the pool tho lol) The location is good, right I'm the center of everything really the only downside is there are a lot of hills but the taxis (usually) are under €5 to get places. But over all the hotel is amazing.

I recently stayed here for 10 days with my family, the hotel was always very clean and well maintained. There was work going on throughout the hotel but there was minimal disruption to our stay. The staff were all so friendly and happy to assist where they saw fit too. The pool area was always maintained and very well kept. The bar staff were also so friendly always had a smile on their faces while serving drinks and always happy to have a chat with us. The food was good but did get repetitive towards the end of our stay. The entertainment team were incredible always happy to have a chat and a laugh with you and wanting to get you involved in every activity. They held multiple pool parties and foam parties throughout our stay and even did their own comedy show on our last night which was just hilarious. They really did make our holiday that bit better.

The guys working here are ABSOLUTELY amazing so welcoming and funny to be around really made our experience here. I’d come back just to see them again. The food is lovely and a great range and the rooms are clean and very nice to be in. Over all an amazing hotel.
