This was a dream vacation. We loved everything. We had a Swim Up room and it was fabulous. We were in Building 8…right by the Beach. I got up every morning to see the sunrise. It was my Birthday. Fernando and my husband got me a cake, ice cream and champagne to celebrate. It was amazing. Pedro on the Beach was the best. He was always available for any of our needs. He got us each a “special” cocktail to celebrate my birthday. He hand delivered and sang Happy Birthday to me. We highly recommend….you will not be disappointed!!!

Everything was so great from beginning to end. Airport/hotel transfer was easy and check-in was a breeze. I’ve stayed at multiple Paradisus properties and this is by far the most stunning. This resort is located right on the beach & has multiple restaurants and pools for your choosing. Given that this is an all-inclusive, the food was pretty decent. My favorite was Flora. Felix was our concierge and he was amazing! He helped us get settled in from our first day to our last day. Checked in with us every day, made sure we had our dinner reservations, and that we had a comfortable stay through our trip. This trip was also for my birthday and he had our room decorated … it was a nice surprise after a day at the beach. Highly recommend him if you’re thinking about going.

Our stay at Paradisus Palma Real was nothing short of amazing. This is my second time coming to this resort and it never disappoints. Every restaurant was absolutely amazing and delicious but I did have a favorite. The Italian restaurant Mascalzone was superb. From appetizers down to the dessert. Service was amazing, our waitress attended our every need. I would absolutely do come back to Paradisus.

This review is for Ginger Bar. The 24hr bar located near the entrance across from the reception desk. We went literally every morning and sometimes just because. Anthony and Ismael the bartenders and the ladies Nereida and Clari are absolutely amazing!!! They make you feel like family, remember not only your faces but your drink order. Good little pastries and always a clean counter and fresh coffee.. do yourself a favor and go 😉

My wife and I and some family came down for a wedding. The resort grounds were beautiful, and the staff were friendly. I thought the food was OK. We ate at the buffet multiple nights, and I thought it could have been a bit better quality. The one night we were able to get a reservation at a sit-down restaurant, the food was great. We weren't able to get a reservation the other night, which was frustrating. I wished one of the people checking us in would have helped us set up reservations each night if they knew they tended to fill up / get booked up. I recommend making reservations in advance if you go to the resort! I also thought the service was good overall in all of our interactions, but I don't think it rose to 5-star hotel quality, especially when we ate at restaurants. The beach was nice, though you will see lots of people selling trips and goodies trying to haggle you when you go down there (not a problem for us, but might be for others).
