My choice of hotel to stay, located in the heart of Dubai. Centrally located for me as business travel or famliy leisure. Kids love the mall of emirates and the activities within.
Nice pool overlooking the amazing skyline Dubai.
Staff is so warm and friendly that you are literally pampered by the hospitality these guys have.
Food is well thought of that is being served to the guests.
I have had stayed in palm, address, downtown Dubai. But I choose this to be a place for ultimate happiness and hospitality in Dubai.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, directly connected to the Mall of the Emirates, making it a paradise for shopping enthusiasts and food lovers alike. You’re literally steps away from some of the best shopping and dining experiences Dubai has to offer.
The breakfast spread at the hotel was phenomenal. It catered to a wide range of tastes, offering everything from English and Chinese to South Indian cuisine and much more. Each morning was a delightful culinary adventure, setting a perfect tone for the day.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The team was attentive and professional, ensuring our luggage was promptly taken to our room and that all our needs were met with a smile. Their service was truly five-star.
We were there for Mother’s Day, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, adding a personal touch that made our stay unforgettable. It was this warmth and attention to detail that made us feel right at home.
A special shoutout goes to the team at Spartans Sports Bar: Reynold, Hany, Shaimae, and particularly the Shisha experts, Mohammed and Mahmoud. They were simply outstanding, and their friendly, professional service left us at a loss for words. These individuals are true assets to the hotel, and I look forward to seeing them again on my next visit.

Spartan Sports Bar in the 5th floor is by far one of the best places to chill with friends and have a game of pool. They have 2 9ft tables in excellent condition. Good and drinks are fairly priced. The staff is amazing especially Malleke. She’s very attentive and very well mannered and always serves us with a smile. As we r a group of 100 pool players the management has always been very accommodating with our requirements.

The hotel is very convenient and good located. No problem with catching taxi, metro station is 3 minutes walking distance. Beautiful view on Dubai, especially from the roof top. Two swimming pools at 24 level.
The staff was very nice and helpful, the service was at highest level, especially at Club Lounge.
Delicous and varied food. Breakfast includes a wide selection of local, Chinese, Korean and typically European cuisine.
