Everything was amazing! I came for my birthday and Julio and Elaine went ABOVE and beyond to make it wonderful! We got daily texts and check ins from Randy and Mabel at the pool bar was our favorite. The place was large enough to never be bored and the shuttle service was key. We will definitely be back and maybe bring the whole family next time! Thanks for the wonderful vacation! Jenny and Will

Jamie (in the lobby of TRS) delivered exceptional service. We will definitely be coming back because of his kindness, accommodation and wonderful smile. This resort was the best one we’ve been too so far. The staff was kind and friendly, the cleanliness was superior and the commodities are wonderful. We loved the spa and all the numerous activities and shows. Our room was directly beside the beach which was the best!!!

Best resort ever. So beautiful and calming. Adults only so no kids! They had a lot of activities for the guest almost ever night. The staff was amazing and attentive. I had an excellent time at Turquesa! Miguel was absolutely amazing! He had so many recommendations for local food, excursions, nightlife , real estate and so much more. He was kind and genuine, we appreciated all of his help! The staff at Turquesa was also very helpful. Food was way better than I expected. Ambience gives off luxury and the beach is so close which is a plus. Will definitely be back!

We traveled to TRS Turquesa for our 10 year anniversary. The resort was a fantastic environment. Our butler Rodney could not have been any better. He checked in with us several times a day in person and took care of anything we need from extra water in the room, booking dinner reservations and massages. I also recommend the Chic show as it was an excellent experience. The lobby bar had great drinks and special cocktails nightly. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend.
