I recommend going here if you want to get woken up every morning. Im on day 7 and I've been woken up every day I was so pi55ed off this morning I actually went into the hall to find the perpetrator but luckily couldn't see them. Really very noisy, kids screaming early in the morning, cleaners banging and scraping furniture you can hear EVERYTHING. Drunk dad in the hall until 1am police where called. All out noise everywhere so if you have autism just be prepared. The pool music is drum and base and awful music lots of swearing really loud you can hear it in your room and if your unlucky enough it can start at 9. Lawn mowers and gardeners start at about 10 so just forget about sleeping really. Food was good. Very happy with the food. Pool is freezing but refreshing. No English books in reception. The beach is a walk, if you are above 65 or a small child it isn't ideal, the only exit to the complex is at the front so you have to walk the entire circumference of the resort before your even on the road to the beach. Staff speak hardly any English and don't know what you want so as long as you don't need them you will be fine. A completely tone deaf price list for spa treatments. Spa over run by kids a lot dive bombing in the indoor pool, so if your a mum wanting to relax for five minutes just know it ain't happening. Hot tub ice cold. No buses come past but a small overpriced train does. All round it was okay but the noise really did make difference you can hear everything. Its 9.00 and sounds like a cleaner is currently slam dunking an entire bed next door, they ram it against the wall your head board is on. I probably would of left a better review if i had not been awoken for the seventh day in a row day by someone. Im actually knackered and can't wait to go home and sleep. The noise really is constant.

This hotel is not too bad. Rooms are tired and dated and no kettle in our room, which I think should be as standard. When we asked at reception, they told us all their kettles were 'rented ' out and there were no more. We ended up boiling water in the microwave, not ideal. Pool and pool area Spotless. Only tea/coffee/hot water machines in dining room on for breakfast. The pool bar had hot drinks but closed at 6 30pm. Beer ok. Food ok, but not too our liking hardly any chicken dishes at all,fish and meat in oily sauces. Breakfast good, selection of hot food ,pastries,eggs etc. I wouldn't stay here again

Vell Mari Accommodation is really bad. Bathrooms full of rust. Torn bedlinen and pillowcases. Fridge full of rust. Dirt in cutlery tray. Burn marks on furniture. Avoid this hotel. It's not a four star as advertised. Photos tell the story. Don't be ripped off and find somewhere else. We complained to the hotel manager about the appalling state of the accommodation. Her response always makes me laugh 🤣 🤣 🤣 Hotel manager response "we are aware the hotel needs a little modernization" When sent the pictures of the rust riddled room she added one even more stunning comment: Hotel manager commented "Most of our rooms are decent but Mallorca being as it is an island, there can be issues at times with the humidity. For this reason rust is common and after the winter months we need to check all the hotel and change anything rusty. We must have missed out on this specific room " This was actually our second room. So I invited her to spend a week in one of their rooms. We left and moved to a decent hotel. Best decision we ever made. Best thing about Vell Mari is the exit.

Stayed for a week in all inclusive in April. The living areas are far away from the main hotel reception and restaurant, which I wasn't aware of when I booked. There are several living quarters/block of flats, which are scattered throughout the compound. Our block was the furthest away from the hotel reception and with no light and clear marking, it was hard to find at night, with no one to show you! The food was good and of high quality with variety. Location is poor as it's not in a town but there are bus stops behind the hotel, to go to main towns or even to the airport.

Arrived 2nd April for a week all inclusive for my son’s first holiday abroad and we were disappointed to say the least. The food was absolutely shocking for the first 3 nights - we ended up eating out the rest of our holiday. Even my 3 year old wouldn’t eat it and he is not fussy. No kids entertainment for the first 3 days, the only thing for kids to do was play in the pool. There was a magician entertainment but he wouldn’t perform on the main stage because ‘it was too cold’. Entertainment did improve day 4 onwards. We were shocked that there was no fence on our balcony as we were ground floor, totally misleading - asked for an alternative room as was not safe for my son … STILL waiting for them to call me to change my room and I’ve been home 2 days. Our view was rocks and sharp objects. Pros - we had the loveliest cleaner (guttered I didn’t get her name) Staff were polite and friendly Probably wouldn’t return as was totally let down. This is not a 3 star hotel.
