**Positives:** The hotel is in an extremely beautiful location, the staff are kind, the beach is gorgeous, the sea is warm, and everything is very clean. The materials used in the construction and furnishing are of high quality.
**Negatives:** Since we visited in the second week of September, we encountered some colder weather. We had 3 days of good beach weather, but the rest were cloudy, with maximum temperatures of 24°C and 22°C. This is when we noticed a major shortcoming: the pools were freezing cold. With so many pools, I can't believe at least one couldn’t be heated to around 28-29°C. There is one indoor pool, but that was also cold. The hotel is full of small children, and none of the pools were warm. I hate cold water, so this really ruined my experience.
Another issue was the lack of information at check-in. We arrived at midnight with two children, and we were basically given a QR code with very little information. When we got to the room, it took a while to figure out that we had to fold out the couch for all four of us to sleep. This should have either been communicated or prepared in advance.
In the themed restaurants, you need to make a reservation, and while we were lucky, many people couldn’t get a table, as we read in other reviews. English isn’t their strong suit, but it’s not a huge issue. (One waiter deserves praise, though—he’s from Western Sahara, and his attitude was outstanding).
Some additional info: A taxi to Alcudia was cheaper for the six of us than taking the bus. It’s worth visiting Alta, as it’s close by and extremely beautiful. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were fine. We opted for half-board, and it was more than enough. This even includes one dinner at three different restaurants, which is great, and you can eat as much as you want! While we probably won’t return, the beach and view will stay with us forever. Thank you!

We were very lucky to be upgraded to a Seaview apartment with rooftop deck complete with hot tub. The room is incredible, and so are the views. There are a lot of young families here, but we don't mind that energy/chaos. If you are looking for peace and quiet, perhaps look elsewhere. It's a bit like being on a mega cruise ship, only with cabins 10X the size and overlooking a beautiful beach.

We enjoyed our stay all this wonderful week! Room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, the outdoor and indoor pools were clean and beautiful, and all the spa area! I enjoyed some moments of relaxing and well treated at the spa.. Children enjoyed the playground area and the night shows! The staff was very friendly and helpful, too. It’ s located at a nice beach, a bit isolated from the crowded towns of Mallorca, so you enjoy peaceful vacation !

Great Location: The hotel's location is very convenient and easily accessible. There's a beautiful beach and we had a fantastic view from the window.
Friendly Staff: The staff were always friendly and helpful. They tried to respond to our requests, but were clearly limited in what they could do.
Room Cleanliness Issues: Despite daily cleaning, cleanliness was lacking, with visible dirt on the curtains, TV, and wardrobes. The cleaning was rather superficial.
Quantity Over Quality in Menu: The food was quite tasteless, especially for the children.
Worn-Out Play Equipment: The play equipment was old and worn out, definitely in need of renovation.
Poor Soundproofing: The soundproofing was inadequate; I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
Uncomfortable Sofa Bed: The sofa bed was unsuitable and uncomfortable for small children.

Great hotel very close to beach. Staff friendly and very helpful. Entertainment ok, they are not going to please everyone. Paid for Full board, however there were still a few things on menu that were extra cost. So not everything all in. Great pools and swim up bars. Most sunbed are free, howeve there are a few sunbed that are 22 Euros!! per day.
