The Tropical Bar is the main activity area about your ship, is ideal for sipping creative cocktails and enjoying some on-board fun. There's also a piano lounge, a delightful spot where you can marvel at the views out to sea and gather round the piano with fellow travellers for a cheery sing-song.

You'll also discover a charming Edwardian-inspired library where you choose a good book for lazing on deck in a lounger. Local performers, folk groups or musicians are invited on board at various ports of call to liven up your evenings on board and crew members are always on hand to entertain you with games and nautical activities.

There's never a dull moment on a Star Clippers ship, with a plethora of exciting amenities and fun-packed things to do. You can get your day off to a lively start by taking part in morning aerobics and exercise classes, followed by a refreshing dip in one of your ship's fabulous swimming pools. You can enjoy many activities on the outdoor decks, with yoga sessions among the choices available. There's also a plush spa with underwater glass portholes where you can succumb to the ultimate pampering experience. Your ship will boast a marina platform which will lower from the stern to let you take to the ocean for some complimentary water sports action, including stand-up paddleboarding, wakeboarding, dinghy rides, windsurfing and waterskiing. You can also don a snorkel and flippers, which are handed out to passengers at the start of the cruise, to venture beneath the waves.
The Captain’s daily briefing on deck is a popular event which proves wonderfully informative and offers the chance to hear some great story-telling. You can also take a trip back in time to experience what it was like being a sailor on board a tall ship in bygone days – the crew on your vessel offer you the chance to help out hoisting the sails, climbing the masts wearing a safety harness and tying marine knots. You'll also learn the names of different sails, how to use a sextant and how to navigate at night, guided by the stars. Your ship will also operate a tenders and zodiac service which allow you to go ashore to explore some awe-inspiring destinations.
