Good hotel in a very nice place. What is expected from Rixos is higher service level and customer orientation. Just few example: - The guy came to the room at 23.45 to bring towels and pillows, while everybody was already sleeping (especially the kids); - He took the bag for laundry, and laundry called back at midnight to say that some stains could be resistant. At midnight!! - Our parents book a room as well, and when we accompanied them to the room the host called security ("it is a room for two, why are you here, show me your ID") - Birds are everywhere, and in the restaurant terrace it is just going crazy (seats and tables are marked with birds poop, birds are stealing food from tables, etc). - Not enough sunbeds on the beach so you need to go earlier before breakfast to "book" a Sunday (seriously? In a 5 star hotel?) The location is nice, the sea is beautiful. The design of the hotels is luxurious and very refined. Food and drinks are OK, good quality and variety. So it would be great if some basic things are properly managed.

We stayed at the hotel for a week with my husband and truly enjoyed our stay! Guest relation Olga gave us free update for a cozy room with a beautiful view. And all staff was very pleasant and helpful during our trip. We absolutely love the design, the ambience, the comfort, the service. And the food and drinks: we were impressed how good it was considering it is all inclusive! And a lot of indoor and outdoor activities, you just never get bored and don’t want to leave the resort… Highly recommend!

It’s a big hotel and great for kids which is why we chose to come here. Service is great and Dasun at the poolside made sure we were well looked after. He came over daily to make sure we had everything we needed. A true asset to the hotel. The other point mentioning is the team at the Kids club who ensured our children were not only entertained but also kept wanting to go back. Overall it was a pleasurable stay.

The hotel itself is magnificent and grand, and its location was a prime spot for me. I came here for a day with a friend to enjoy the beautiful beach and pool with a sunset yoga class. The resort is stunning with an expansive beach and the pool is wonderful with an Arabian palm tree setting. Some of the towels I received were dirty or stained, I recommend they take better care of sanitization. I enjoyed a wonderful sundown bite by the Beach restaurant side - forgot the name. Their oysters were meaty and fresh and the service was impeccable. I loved the wait staff’s attentiveness and hospitality, as I went alone and they took the time to chat and make me feel welcomed. Overall, a stunning stay at Park Hyatt, would definitely be coming back soon.

Place is awesome. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. The service was also great, as they responded to any requests we had promptly. I appreciate also the complimentary anniversary cake they’ve given us. Over all, we really had fun! The highlight of our stay was their swimming pools, which my kids really loved. 🥰

The hotel is big and modern and the pool and beach is lovely. The rooms and balconies are really big. We got married and came straight to the hotel. We booked the hotel expecting they would go above and beyond for us for our special day. We didn’t really receive any perks such as discount on spa treatments. We had to remind the Italian restaurant that we were newly weds and they gave us a whipped cream pastry dessert on the house which was basic. The spa is lovely, but didn’t get massages due to the price. Expect to pay a lot for food and drink.

We enjoyed a 2-night weekend escape at this resort, and despite some wait time during check-in, the overall experience was excellent. It's a family-friendly resort with a lovely beachfront, including a kids club offering plenty of activities and even beach toys for borrowing. Plus, a delightful surprise awaited us as they offered free popsicles at the beach, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the service was attentive with friendly staff. We also dined at both the cafe and beach house, finding the buffet dinner to be great value for the money. The room itself was spacious, with a decent-sized balcony. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning during my next trip to the Middle East.

Had a wonderful stay at this property back in 2021. As globalists we were upgraded to a wonderful ocean view room. As the hotel is smaller than some of the other hotels on Saadiyat Island, the service was extremely personalized. The kids club kept our daughter entertained with activities throughout the day and the kiddie pool is covered by a shade so you don't have to worry the kiddos getting too hot. Breakfast was outstanding and we still dream about the French toast. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was genuinely happy to be working there and was extremely welcoming. The concierge team was incredible with arranging restaurant reservations throughout our stay and transportation to Dubai at the end of our trip. The pool staff would also come around regularly with Popsicles for our daughter. We are actually going back next week and are extremely excited! If you are planning on visiting Abu Dhabi you definitely need to stay here! Update: We just got back from our second stay and it was even better than the first! The breakfast options have been greatly expanded.

I had an amazing stay at Rotana! The one-bedroom villa was outstanding with a pristine pool and exceptional cleanliness throughout. The beach was perfect with clean sand and cozy sun beds. Dining was a delight, offering delicious breakfast and dinner options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience truly five-star. I highly recommend Rotana for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Looking forward to returning!

Had the most delicious Easter Brunch, The Market Brunch, at Sim Sim on Silent Saturday. Patience was our waiter, and made it a more than perfect experience! Worth every penny, special thanks to the baker/ pastry chef. The bread was AWESOME!!!

One of the best hotels for families on the Saadiyat Island, having tried two other hotels before. The team is very professional, friendly, and very accommodating and the rooms are spacious with very unique design. The kids pool is also very unique with lot to do and enjoy for the kids. The beach is spotless with white and soft sand and very see through sea water. The breakfast and dinner buffet is endless with so many fresh and local dishes. Excellent value for money especially for families. Very goos shuttle service to local malls and attractions.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of days. We can note the cleanliness of the rooms and the politeness of the staff, spot on. All the staff are very friendly. We also wanted to mention the food in the restaurant, a very varied selection of dishes. Our child spend the day at the kids' club and we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday. The hotel now has unobtrusive animation. I attended volleyball , my wife joined aquazumba. We enjoyed it, not many hotels do. The weather is comfortable now, but we preferred the pool cause the sea was cold for us.

Diamond Queen

We had a very pleasant experience in this hotel and definitely will come back! The hotel is neat and clean, it has a few varieties of pools and restaurants, a beautiful beach, an exquisite interior and a very green area. All the staff were extremely polite and really helpful! For example, I grabbed the cake in the buffet and immediately one of the servants asked me if I'd like some tea 😊, or when we came with our baby to the pool with steps they helped to carry our stroller without asking. They mostly see what you need (they've been trained really well haha). Since the mattress was too soft for us they even changed our mattress to a more firm one when we asked, although we were there for a very short stay. They all work as one team and do the best for the guests. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, we booked a premium suite and enjoyed our time here! The property was amazing, the F&B, housekeeping were also friendly! One member of the team Mirza really was amazing with interacting with my daughter, he gave her the binoculars that she forgot at the table, our teas were customised to our liking… near the beach is such a boon the beach was clean and our balcony (and from the bathtub too) view was breathtaking….the breakfast spread had a wide array of options! We thoroughly enjoyed 🙏🏻♥️

Great stay, amazing check-in experience (thanks to the staff member that warmly welcomed us at the time of check in), tasty breakfast, lovely atmosphere, and nice facilities with direct access to a very beautiful beach. But, the check-out experience was extremely bad. The hotel insisted on charging me additional charges for breakfast, even though it was included and clearly stated in the rate. The manager, Latifa, handled the situation very poorly. That destroyed the whole experience, which is the reason for a 2-star rating, which would have been otherwise 5 stars. I should add that this is the first time I get asked to pay fees at checkout that I didn't sign or agree to.

Hey google, for a place like this, you need more stars. It's rare you go to a place and it's so good, you actually look for flaws because you're thinking 'well there must be something' - I found one.... in a week of blissful stay. 1, 1 tiny, measly, irrelevant, nothing - but was just glad to have found something, because everything else was nigh on perfect. Rooms were ample lay out from shower to balcony was well thought out. Views in main lobby were a dream. Breakfast was varied and delicious and every member of staff from check-in, to out butler Summer, through to the gents offering free ice lollies on the beach were impeccable. Obviously not appropriate for a Muslim country, and of course it's now very dated, but 'if Carlsberg did hotels...' etc etc Brilliant.
