Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff who seemed to count us one by one as we disembarked from the boat, making us feel more like numbers than valued guests. The treatment of my special needs son, who is a child but considered an adult by their standards, was particularly disheartening. Despite the fact that he could have easily slept on the sofa bed provided in the room, we were charged for an extra room with no consideration for our circumstances.
Half boarding went to complete waste. The hotel decided to closed two of its restaurants, leaving only one with poor quality and limited food options, forced us to order from the extremely limited menu throughout our stay (we were meant to have buffet access, we were not informed of any events or restaurant closure when we booked)
We were left surviving on fruit and toast for three days. The AC in my room wasn’t working, I had to call maintenance twice and still wasn’t working to standards, the room was quite hot. When I went to the front desk to inform them we cannot sleep as it is too hot, the clerk replied “The room is new, it should be working fine.” After our going back and forth she frustratedly said they she will get maintenance to check it. The maintenance staff tried to fix it by resetting the AC, but the issue was not rectified.
Most of the workers were unfriendly. The workers seemed to despise their jobs, creating a negative atmosphere. Even transportation on the buggy to various locations was a harrowing experience, with drivers speeding without regard for passengers' safety or belongings.
The only great feature of the hotel was its beach. I would strongly advise future guests to explore other options in the area, as there are plenty of resorts around Phi Phi with similar beachfront settings and hopefully better hospitality.
To top it all off, the hotel's insistence on inspecting rooms before allowing guests to check out was a final inconvenience. It felt like we were being held captive until they were satisfied with the condition of the room. They even instructed us to remain seated and told the boat driver to remain where he is. We were even allowed to load our luggage. The entire ordeal left a sour taste in our mouths.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want a luxurious stay on Phi Phi.
The private beach is probably the village's biggest asset. It's beautiful. And there's more than enough space on it for all the guests not to feel crowded.
The service is brilliant. Whenever we wanted something the staff were happy to oblige.
My main recommendations to guests would be to walk into the village behind the hotel if you want to book any excursions or boat trips to other parts of the island / other islands. It's much cheaper than the packages through the hotel.
The same for food. The hotel food is lovely, but you're paying luxury hotel prices for the setting. If you don't mind something more rough and ready, the restaurants in the local village are excellent.

During our three-night stay for a party of five, we primarily dined and enjoyed the hotel's amenities. The rooms and beach were delightful, although the location is somewhat secluded, requiring a 20-30 minute journey by tail boat to Phi Phi Town. However, our check-out experience was awful. We discovered significant discrepancies in our final bill, with thousands of Bahts erroneously added and our receipts mixed up with others, bearing different signatures. Despite our efforts to rectify the situation, the initial response from the staff was disappointing, even resorting to threats of involving security and police. It took considerable time for the hotel to acknowledge their errors, including different signatures and additional charges on our bill. We found that we were overcharged by 10,000 Baht which is not a small amount at all. If we hadn’t checked our receipts and went along with the not so clear final bill we would have paid for things we did not have. Such service falls far short of even a one-star rating, let alone the expected five-star standard. This incident serves as a stark reminder to thoroughly review receipts, emphasizing the importance of vigilance beyond the final bill. In light of our experience, I advise caution in trusting this establishment. Absolutely appalling and just unacceptable service. PLEASE CHECK YOIR RECEIPTS WHEN CHECKING OUT. I would go as far as to say that they were trying to steal our money this way. I wonder how many people overpaid without checking their bill.

Gorgeous beachfront resort with picturesque clean white sand and crystal clear aquamarine waters.
We stayed for four nights total and found this to be the perfect amount of time to enjoy the beaches, village, excursions, and the main port.
The hotel has a wonderful app service where everything from housekeeping, food, drinks, carts etc were easy to navigate. For instance, while lounging on the beach or one of the pools, you can order a drink by typing in your table number and they will bring your item to you so you don’t need to leave your spot.
Strongly recommend the upgraded Garden Deluxe Villas that are newly renovated, as they are up to date with modern technological features such as a touch screen vanity mirror, huge walk in closet with seating, ample counter space, spacious and bright walk in shower, and separated lavatory space inside. The bedroom has a king sized bed, flatscreen TV pivoted on a wall mount, coffee machine, and sofa with a table. We had minimal issues with insects as we were in a new villa, but being on an island it is only natural to have an odd bug (which the hotel supplies spray should you need it). There is also a lovely terrace with each detached villa where you can relax and enjoy the views.
Breakfast on the beachfront is beautiful, although we preferred the nearby local village for authentic Thai cuisine. The people there are charming and very gracious hosts to travellers. Our favourite restaurant in the village was the “Pad Thai Restaurant” because of the amazing fried sea bass and fruit smoothies. They use only bottled water in their kitchen so it’s perfectly safe for those from abroad.
We also recommend going to the village for any excursions as they charge a fraction of the cost.
Overall, we had an amazing time at Saii Phi Phi Island Village, with friendly staff, quick and responsive services, and pristine beaches that were much more serene and scenic than those from the main touristy areas.

Lovely getaway to phi phi island.
Amazing resort with superb service, views and facilities.
The staff were friendly and professional.
The room was in very good condition.
Easy to navigate through resort. Good number of dining options.
There is a local village few steps away where you can have local food, tour booking and other shops.
Breakfast was really good and have wide variety of options.
Transportation from/to the resort can be a bit confusing but there are so many options.
