It's an amazing hotel right on the beach front. The rooms are lovely, nothing special. Just what you expect from a hotel abroad. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough to help you. Our room & terrace was cleaned every day to the highest of standard. The spread at breakfast was amazing, I've never seen so many different foods at a breakfast sitting.

Very disappointed with this hotel. I was supposed to be flying in to a wedding but due to a severe medical emergency am not able to fly. I called for days with no answer and when I finally got an email back they refused a refund. I am not unreasonable but due to the circumstances and the fact that the other 3 hotels I am staying at are giving a refund I am so disappointed. At this point they will not even pick up my calls or answer an email and thats the worst part. I would think twice about stay here since the customer service is lacking.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel as it had a pool and jacuzzi along with beautiful spaces all around. The hotel is right on the black sand beach in Kamari. The rooms were little dated but comfortable. There does not appear to be heat in the room but there is a fan that can be used for those warmer nights. The building is a concrete material therefore we felt more moisture than normal. When you leave the hotel to head toward the beach the view is amazing and instagram worthy. There are restaurants and shops along the beach to enjoy. The hotel has their own dedicated area on the beach with lounge chairs with cushions and umbrellas. The hotel provides towels for swimming. The water was chilly so we did not see alot of people swimming during my May visit. The town of Kamari is small and very walkable. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Also you cannot watch the sunset from this side of the island as the sun rises from this side.

Absolutely recommend this hotel. Reception is 24/7 so always a lovely member of staff happy to help. The rooms are lovely and clean, slightly small with 2 large suitcases in there but manageable for a week! Its a short minute walk to the beach and beach front bars / strip. However the rooms were so quiet, even with the strip and the planes going over (I'm a ridiculously light sleeper) Will be staying here again!

The receptionists were so kind and helpful. This hotel made our holiday much better. Staff are very happy to help. Although our checkout was at 11am we could enjoy the day at the beach and the hotel facilities. Before going to the airport we could use the shower that they provided with clean towels, shower gel and hairdryer for 30 minutos free of charge - you just have to book a slot in advance. I would choose this hotel again and again. Highly recommend
