Stayed here May 23. Pleasant hotel in general. Food and drinks were of a decent standard. Only downside is if you are with Jet2, they will give you the worst position rooms. We paid for a swim up balcony and it got no sun on it til after 16:00, then it was only on half of it. A bridge went over the top of the half the balcony too. The lady receptionist was the most rude and arrogant receptionist I’ve ever come across. Only other rooms available were upstairs rooms. Although the hotel was quite nice, be aware of the room positions they give Jet2.

Booked through jet2 . Was a good experience. Room was clean and do cleaning every day.Good variety of food and drinks. Supermarket, pharmacy and doctor were all 5 minutes walk away. Will consider coming back soon because my kids like this place as well .

i am currently in this hotel. rooms are very bad smells like dead rat, also sea is not clean side stinks, lots of stones and dirt. you can swim very difficult. for a family with 2 small kids you don't give room on the other side of the hotel I have gone for change a few times, the responsible person is a woman. She is not a professional, doesn't make eye contact, diet like or busy has no respect for customer. General reception staff who are not good. Staff restaurant quite good. You have to stand often and very long for food. to take as you have easily lost 45 min Few more days of our stay then they were going to give another room. we had waited more than an hour then we just left. very rude!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ max 3*

Stayed here 11 September 2023 - 18 September 2023. Loved this place and wouldn’t hesitate going to go back again! Yes, they were a few areas, that they could improve on (especially mattresses), but they would be negatives anywhere. Food was plentiful; staff were amazing; complex was brilliant. Swim-up room is a must! That was the Cherry on the cake for me. There’s a Facebook page, relating to this hotel. Get on there for some great photos and lovely people to answer any questions. The members are all past, present and future guests. This will give you a ‘real’ indication of what the hotel is really like.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. Although we gave it a second chance after the 2020 refresh. Two weeks before we arrived we requested that the rooms we book be close because we were traveling with our 4 year old grandson. And although the response from the hotel was positive, when we arrived it turned out that we would be accommodated in two separate wings of one of the blocks. After our persistent request for the rooms to be close, we were accommodated in two opposite rooms - one with a sea view and the other with a side sea view. We accepted the offer and settled in. It was stated that regardless of the fact that the hotel's concept for 2023 states that the children's pools are heated until 31.05.2023. for dates 29, 30 and 31.05.2023. this was not the case / we were resting from 29.05. until 04.06.2023/. And despite the cold weather, the kiddie pools were cold. .The hotel is mainly aimed at families with children, but definitely, apart from the children's pools and water entertainment, there are no other interesting entertainments for the children to play in the evening and in the morning and when the weather is not suitable for the beach. A simple wooden children's playground and a children's club with two tables, chairs and mostly old, broken toys. I describe for boys, for girls there was a separate corner for a children's kitchen. The cleaning of the rooms is good, but we had occasion to call the Reception to clean the room after we had set off a cleaning alarm. The cleaner simply opened the door and turned off the alarm without even looking at the towels lying on the floor in the bathroom. Very weak animation, for both children and adults. The biggest problem for us was the food - extremely tasteless, the cheapest and poor quality products are used. Poor assortment of fruits. There is a children's restaurant, the food served there is food from the restaurant for adults - fried chicken bites, fried potatoes, pilaf. The soups are flavored, spicy!!! A true nightmare for a toddler! The hotel definitely does not meet the conditions and quality of the price we paid. I do not recommend the hotel for people vacationing in Turkey not for the first time. I would not go back a third time under any circumstances!
