Just home from a lovely stay at Oku Ibiza. Tagged this place onto the end of our trip and definitely don’t regret it, the perfect spot for some RnR! The good bits: hotel is stunning, clean and the design is cool but comfortable and super welcoming. Staff were very friendly and we were able to check in to our room early, which was great. Lunch by the pool was delicious (had the Caesar salad with shrimp), along with a great cocktail and wine menu. We personally loved the music, made the vibe by the adult pool a bit more interesting than everyone just lazing around and it is Ibiza after all! There is a family pool which was much quieter when we were there. Breakfast was also fantastic, such a huge choice of food and great fresh coffee. A few points of improvement/recommendations: we were only staying 2 nights so booked a superior room which was fine but very small, no seating area other than the bed which isn’t great for a 5 star hotel. The ordering/check in/check out system and process is long-winded and the systems at the hotel seem to make everything take a while. Fortunately we were early leaving today but we were at reception around 20 minutes checking out due to one small query on our tab. We also had a technical issue in our bathroom quite late (around 23:00) and it was fixed but then occurred again the next day. It was fixed again but there was nothing done from the service side to acknowledge the inconvenience to us as guests. Overall would recommend but some streamlining required to justify the star rating and price tag!

We stayed at the OKU Ibiza for a week. The hotel itself is beautiful and we loved the attention to detail and design in this place. Normally, we are not the people to hang out by the pool a lot while on holiday but every day from 2pm to 6pm they had a DJ in the main pool area and we really enjoyed the music and having a drink or two either in or by the pool. Overall, quite happy with the experience, most staff were very friendly and helpful. However, subtracting one star because I think they could really work on training their staff better as there were multiple occasions which definitely didn't live up to the 5* standard I would expect. One time, a valet told us to pick up our car on one side of the parking lot (normally they would drive it to the front desk for us) and as it turned out, our car was parked on the exact opposite site of the parking lot. Not very professional. On our last day, cleaning staff just came in the door of our room at 10.30am (checkout is at 12) without even knocking first. At breakfast (which was one of the best I've experienced in terms of quality and offering) we ordered two coffees from the waitress responsible for our area, yet they never arrived. Lastly, one of the hostesses working the restaurant and pool area was generally quite rude and obviously didn't care much about providing 5* service. It seemed that browsing the computer for things to do on her trip to Dubai was much more interesting. Overall, though, we will definitely come back to this hotel. If you like good music by the pool and a laid-back hotel feel and can overlook the occasional flop on the staff's part, it's a great place.

Absolutely loved staying in this hotel. Incredible attention to details, service was outstanding, perfectly clean rooms and champagne on arrival. Location looked a bit far away when we first booked but it’s 15 mins away from everything, so wasn’t a problem for us at all. Will be recommending this to all my friends.

i love the hotel the food and nearly all about it but the staff is ignoring the customers been here for the second time now and there is so many people working on the pool area but the just ignore you when you ask for something waited multiple times for the bill more than an hour in the restaurant at night the same thing all together they still get 4 stars from me but the service pissed me of actually dear oku team please train your stuff a little better… and the early check in at 3 is also quiet late

Oku Ibiza offers a captivating atmosphere with friendly guests and above-average pools and sunbeds, perfect for unwinding under the sun. The poolside ambiance is elevated by superb soundscapes, complemented by DJs starting around 4 PM, setting the scene for a relaxing day. However, while the staff by the pool are super kind, service can be very slow, particularly for simple requests like asking for the menu or a drink (15-20 min for a beer for example) either way they charge a tip for the service which sounds contradictory. Communication in English may also pose challenges at times. For a 5 star hotel, it could be better. In addition to the poolside experience, Oku Ibiza Hotel excels in room service, offering prompt and efficient service. Accommodations surpass expectations with impeccable cleanliness and exceptionally comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. Whether basking in the sun by the pool or enjoying the comforts of your room, the hotel promises a memorable and rejuvenating getaway.
